Wonderful experience!! Quick to respond and to follow up with request! Dorian and Lilly Jimenez have started something special, a different kind of car buying experience. One that is more laid back and family oriented as it is a family owned business. Mine was a purchase of a 2019 Chevrolet 2500 High Country I had been searching for over 6 months to find and basically was able to come to terms from over 600 miles away and still was my best car buying experience in my 60 years!! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, stop in and see them today at Classic Chevrolet and ask for AB and tell him Scott sent you, trust me you won’t regret it, my family and I sure don’t!!!

Smicklas was quick to respond to my request for information and set up a time to test drive. The sales manager prices the cars very competitively, not taking advantage of the market. Beware: there is an up charge of $695 applied to every vehicle for protectant already applied by the dealer. That charge is NOT reflected in the price advertised.

The worst! Spoke to someone, told them I would be there in an hour to test drive the Jeep. When I got there, they told me it had just sold. Total bait and switch. I will never shop Smicklas Chevrolet. If there was a way to give them less than one star, I would. They completely wasted my time.

I am out of state, so a test drive wasn't an option at that time, but the pictures and literature were a great help. I am still in 'the hunt' for a vehicle and she will be my 'go to'. There are a few things they could work on improving but based on what I have dealt with when trying to find a car, I would say they are probably the best you’re going to find. Trust me, I don’t stick around playing games and have no problem just walking out. I bought the car. Only because they are pretty much straight shooters. Beats they games most of the dealers out there want to play.

Not very effective service. I submitted my credit pre qualification through cargurus, forwarded ti smicklas, they claimed never got it, the system wouldn't let me submit another one, 3 days went by and the truck was sold to someone else!!! Ooh and they offered me $1.00 only for my trade in!!!

Horrible experience vehicle was misrepresented had damage that was not initially revealed after letting me know the vehicle had extensive scratches a broken windshield and rear tires needed replaced they asked me to wait until saturday to take delivery instead of Thursday then received a call Thursday evening that it was being sold to someone else I would not recommend this place

Smicklas was great. Promptly got back in touch with me. Answered all my questions honestly even to the point of letting me know that someone was on the lot looking at the truck I was looking at. Unfortunately for me the truck was sold. I would definitely do business with them on other vehicles.

I knew what I wanted before I got there I came in the building they spoke I asked for mr. David and I met mr. David we went to see the car that I wanted to purchase and we took it for a drive talked about it and we talked about the price he came back they agreed upon the price so I purchase the car it took about 15 minutes to 20 I have purchased a car laugh out loud the paperwork took longer then me purchasing a car thank you mr. Salesman was great, did his homework on the specific vehicle we inquired about, very upfront about fees and pricing, and had the vehicle started and a/c running a few minutes before we got there (from a few hours away no less). Sales manager was kind and willing to work with us. Great experience.

Save u some trouble there actual sale price is 29k says 26,999 b it they added other things which wasn't coolshould being the price listed there just trying to get peoples attention this price is only available through financing through them even then it still will not be 26,999 it would be 27,600 minimum

DO NOT BUY FROM SMICKLAS!!!! After several emails with Chris about a pickup I made an offer on it, and he said that he and his General Manager would accept it, but they wanted me to put a deposit on my credit card to hold it until I arrived if I could get there at the close of business on Friday, when I had already told him that I couldn't be there til Saturday morning. I told him no on the deposit and I'd take my chances on it still being there Saturday - and it was. After driving it we made 2 other offers (there were undisclosed faults in & on the truck) and they turned them down. When the offer that was made AND ACCEPTED in the emails was brought up, and then rejected, they said it was because we live out of state, but THEY never asked "where do you live" before they accepted the offer, that we drove 5 hours to sign for, and it was our fault. We contacted the General Manager and told him the situation, and he hung up on us. We posted a Yelp post, and he responded with "Sorry for your experience. If you'll come back, we'll take care of the issue." (or something like that) - if he wanted to take care of the situation he should've done it before hanging up on us. We ended up buying a MUCH nicer vehicle at another local dealer.

We were intentionally misled on specific conditions of a vehicle. The dealer misrepresented the vehicle to be much better taken care of than it was. We drove several hours to see a pickup, and the dealer knew that we were driving a long way. I will never go to this dealership again. Be careful if you call them to ask questions about a vehicle!

I was working on a deal with one of the sales associates and i was told that if i put money down on one of the vehicles that they would hold it. We had everything ready to go and the day we go to get financed they tell me they sold it the night before. This is after they promised me that wouldn't happen.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Worst experience ever. Advertised price was NOT the true price nor would they budge one bit after raising the price tremendously. We went to Hudiburg and purchased the same car for significantly less with no hassles or negotiating beyond initial quote. I will NEVER do business with Smicklas. Very disappointing.
