I drove almost 2 hours away to go test drive the edge when I got there they told me the car brake system had went out on the car I inquired about this car several times and no one ever stated the car was not driveable they should have said something about that before I wasted my time going there to test drive the car was not satisfied at all

At first they were good. Then I test drove the vehicle and found some issues, ie a check engine light they never checked. The salesman tried to excuse it as an o2 sensor but when I used my Fixed device it showed a transmission issue. Then they gave me excuses about why they had not checked the car out, citing Costas a primary reason. Then when the "sales manager" came out to talk to me I was given 2 different names for this individual. At this point he starts telling me that I should go through a credit union. When I him that I was leaving, he got very belligerent and eventually said that I was never going to get credit from them. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE.

Not a Good Company to Purchase From. I Was Given The Run Around From The First Moment That I Contacted Them. I Was Never a Priority, I Never Felt Like I Was Important to Them and I Never Got a Straight Answer From These People. I Eventually Made a Purchase at Another Dealership. I Was Never Given a Definite Price For The Tahoe That I Was Interested In Purchasing, Despite Several Requests, Made to Two Salespeople. This Went on For Almost a Week. Any Other Questions?

would have been 5 but some salesman was not very friendly when i asked about the price of the Jeep when i heard it was in. He seemed more interested in getting my DL info and where i lived other than just giving me the price as the customer asked. No sale for you! Needless to say i went back got a another salesman Miller and he was very helpful and sold me the jeep the same day.

Internet Sales reached out quickly, but said they could not provide any details. They said that I would need to go to the dealership and see a salesman and the sales manager to get any information. I didn't have the time to go to the dealership so I asked if someone could call me, but no one ever called. Very disappointing.

Well i had a specific question, got an email to call or text.. I’m guessing this was their way of avoiding my question and hiding the fact they are marking this type of vehicle at least 10k over msrp. Needless to say I will not be doing business with this dealership.

I received what looked like a "generic reply letter" from a woman who works for Chuck Stevens Ford. She did not answer any of the questions that I asked her about the Mariner. Told me to come visit them or call her. I haven't decided if I will or not, since the reply was so impersonal. Sherry

Very very super impressed with the whole Chuck Stevens experience. I even personally met Mr Stevens...super nice guy he and his wife both were. I got a good deal on my truck and the dealership went above and beyond to make sure everything went right. Mr Stevens if you are reading this I will do your commercials for free!

Sales representative met the customer's satisfaction skills, I was pleased with her, but "Her boss" according to my personal/professional opinion needed improvement on his professional skills. A good price of a product is not Always what makes the sale but how you treat the customer.

The best experience I've had buying a brand new vehicle, the staff is down to earth, they make you feel like one their own. A lot of dealers make you feel like an outsider at Chuck Stevens you leave there with new friends and people you can trust!!!!! I will recommend them to everyone they are great!!!
