Typically dealer.. Salesmen was nice enough. Bought a used car from them that a synchronizer is going bad . I doubt they even knew. No warranty on used cars of course.

POOR. I had a criteria, and every vehicle you all suggested did not meet that criteria.

Was very unsatisfied with them. Although the salesman was great they wasn't willing to work with us on the purchase price of the vehicle. And they changed the advertized price of the car as well.

The Dealership responded in a prompt courteous manner. The sales person (Anthony) was extremely professional and concerned with in my opinion providing the best customer service experience.

Initially all was great and I had found a car and communicated that I wanted to buy it. That was confirmed and we were to settle the paperwork on the Monday. Monday I hear nothing and when I reach them myself, they are sad to say that they sold the car over the weekend...

Great SVC!! I Drove out from Houston TX made the deal. The used truck I purchased had a few issues but the dealer agreed to fix them. Luckily they had some business to do in Houston and brought it out to me so I didn't have to make an additional trip out to Dallas. I would Highly Recommend this Chevy Dealer to anyone. Wow!!! Customer Service - these guys are tops! Butch, the general manager, responded to my query on a Sunday evening. He had Paul (salesman) phone me about the vehicle the next day. They worked out a fair price and I was impressed with the vehicle and the way I was treated by Butch and Paul. Then I worked with Debbie on the paperwork - what a nice person! She was so sweet and kind. I have NEVER liked buying a car; never had a good experience until now. I highly recommend this dealership and their personnel. There were a lot of dealerships in the 50+ miles between Allen and Desoto and I would gladly pass them all by again just to work with these fine people.

Jeff has kept in touch more than any other dealers through email I have not bought it yet but I am ready and preamp proved to drive off with it now if I find what I like and want

What an awesome experience. We live 500 miles away and did business via email and phone to purchase our vehicle.
