I seen price online which is what got me here.
They gave me an out the door price which was fair. But after that i was told they had to charge me state taxes since im from out of state so price went up more than 10k from original price and that to get that price i had to finance through them. I wonder how much more price would go up if i dont?? Oh boy these dealerships always tryn to rip people off. How come they cant just be legit? I know everything is just about the money but man we work hard for our money!!!

Efren, purchasing a truck from us follows the same process as purchasing one in your home state of Texas. The state sales tax in Texas is 6.25% of the purchase price, which in your case amounted to $4,990. We understand your desire to avoid paying interest on this tax and suggested putting down this amount to offset it.

Excellent experience. Very easy to work with.
Even through email and phone calls they very extremely pushy!!! This salesman, Dilibe Umerah, according to his trade, kept persisting to get a hold of me when I didn’t correspond via the initial emails that was sent to me. He searched my name and called me, that was creepy! I did not like or appreciated that from him.

Terrible negotiation skills. Wanted me to write up the contract myself basically and wasn’t willing to work with us at all to get a deal done. All about making them money on their end. Was gonna charge me $1500 just to use an outside finance company if I didn’t finance through them.

Great experience! A manager, Barrett, contacted me the same night. I went the next day to view the truck and he turned it over to a salesman, Marshall. Was was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and cut me such a great deal that I had to buy!

Quick to respond
Have had mediocre experiences with all Landers sales people up until recently. Usually they are very ‘sales guy-e’. Never have felt they were genuine or honest. This notion was laid to rest when working with Alex and Shannon recently. Would not purchase from anyone at a Landers but them.

Their ad said they would be open all Labor Day weekend. Telephoned to verify they would be open on Sunday as advertised. They said yes. Drove 133 miles one way. They weren't open. They did not respond to two emails asking what happened and why did they advertise and then tell me wrong info. Telephoned them to ask about a specific car. Sales person said they would email all the info. Never heard from them. Bought a car from another dealer.

The Charger I initially contacted them
about had been sold when I arrived at
the dealership on 4/4. If someone had
contacted me prior to my arrival to let
me know this, I would not have driven to
Benton and missed out on the Charger
that I now have. Landers did a good job
but still has a few things to work on like
call backs when they say they will to
keep the customer informed of any
progress or problems.
