Great service very honest about the vehicle
I was looking at a 2013 Acura. Negotiated a price and
was forwarded a price for a 2017 Acura. I agreed and
signed the paperwork and sent a check to the
dealership. They came back and said that they made a
mistake and that I owed them another $1000 for the
2017. Then they told me that I could get the 2013 for the
same price but would have to redo the paperwork.

Artur was very good to deal with and a real nice guy. It took less than five minutes for us to agree on a price that was good for both parties.
Finance girl was very rude, tried to add additional fees adding up to$ 1,100.00 additional dollars, told her I was paying cash, said doc fee was$325 and additional was paperwork, buyer beware why I. The Hell would I pay that much. Especially when I told her I lived out of state,...Beware!!!!

Buyer beware...
Drove a couple of hours to check out an ML350...
Thankfully, the test drive lasted a little bit longer than
expected.
During the test drive. Numerous warning lights came on.
It had a leaking tire, a marker light out and the last thing
was a brake wear, warning.
The massive red flag is when I got back to the dealership
and popped the hood. This thing was leaking oil like
crazy. I crawled underneath and put my hand under the
bumper. It was covered in liquid oil.
None of these things were disclosed with the numerous
phone calls and back and forth via Facebook Messenger.
You might be able to catch a good deal here but I would
100% have the car inspected by a different mechanic.

Got a car from here just yesterday (09/26/2023). It was a 2008 Scion TC. Everything was in excellent order especially for the fact that the car was 15 yrs old. Albert was extremely helpful and so was Alessandra. They worked with me and helped me get a great deal on the financing with minimal down payment. I appreciate them and I highly recommend going here and checking them out next time u need a car. 10/10

Buyer beware, this car dealer tried to charge me a $995 handling and prep fee! this is a (fake fee) that some dealers are trying to get away with. do your research and don't fall into this trap!! dealer told me this was a non-negotiable fee!!
The person I talked to was friendly enough, but when the topic of financing came up things went sideways, I have the money for the car I was interested in but I don't keep 6000 dollars under my mattress so if I'm going to drive into Chicago on my day off I'm buying the car if I like it, I'll pay it off after the fact. Telling me they won't finance saved me a trip to Chicago an I went golfing instead

Wow! We bought this car for our daughter going to college. We had our doubts dealing with used car dealers but .. Albert our salesman went above and beyond!!! He was very quick with responding to our questions and very knowledgeable and understood our needs. He was such a joy to deal with and made our whole experience a positive one. My husband, daughter and myself couldn't find one negative thing to say about the transaction. The car was clean, ready and we were in/out within 20 minutes. Margaret and Tom were also a great help to prepare our documents and vehicle. I've never had a better experience and I can't remember any other dealer like Chicago Cars US that was so communicative and kind. We felt like family and even though we weren't spending a lot of money! They made us feel like we were the only people in the store and treated us with respect. Quite honestly, both my husband and myself said when we look for a new car Albert @ Chicago Cars will be #1

Dealership is a small business. So it’s not the place in the picture. Met with the general manager and he was very nice and easy going. Unfortunately, the vehicle had some issues that needed to attending to that I was not willing to accept. So, I took a pass on the vehicle. Nice place though.
I took this car for a test drive and got a flat. When I called the dealership the salesman told me he had noticed the tire needed air. But yet apparently did not attempt to put air before my test drive. I tried putting air but the valve was busted. The tire had to be replaced. All tires were also balding. Salesman laughed it off and still tried to sell yo me at sticker price. Needless to say I did not take home this vehicle.

Sales man Albert is a joke .. so he laughed at me for trying to finance this 03 s500. So instead of being a good sale rep and telling me it’s cash only financing isn’t an option. He laughed as I asked … now I have the cash to buy it I was just trying to finance it and keep my cash . But was willing to buy it cash as well . So now not only did you loose a sale you lost a good customer! And I would never recommend this place to anyone ! So unprofessional. He’s gonna ruin your business name !

I wish I could give zero stars. I wasted my entire day waiting to go see a car. One customer before me was supposed to look at it at noon, then at 1-2 and was 4 hours late because I gave them an extra hour to call me back. Then finally before they closed the car was sold. The boss but his personal needs before the next customer in line which is unprofessional. At any other dealership they go to the next customer in line when the other customer before them can't make it to their appointment on time. Worst experience in my life, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

the initial response was that the car was stll available (10:03am CT). After a couple questions by text, while awaiting a response, I got a message saying the car was sold (11:23am CT).

Contacted dealer and revealed to them that the former owner of the car has posted on the internet on a BMW forum that
the engine was wrecked and needed rebuilt or replaced. I disclosed this to the dealer with the former owner's post and
they said they were unaware of the engine situation as it was a trade in. I asked them to let me know if the engine was
rebuilt or replaced and I never heard back - perhaps they were caught off guard or embarrassed at the revelation - but I
would have hoped to hear back. Hopefully they will disclose to any potential buyer the situation with the engine.

Overall one of the worst experiences I have had with a dealership..... I was
supposed to pick up the truck over a week ago.....they keep saying they
will call me but they have not attempted to contact me in 9
days....meanwhile my loan is funded, paid for insurance but no truck. I
call every day and they say they will call back.....Now they took the truck
down from all the sites....including theirs, where they had it shown as Sold
like they do all the other cars/trucks they have sold.....but mine is
gone....everything about this transaction have turned to a ghost (Except I
have a payment due in 2 weeks!)

We spoke several times on the phone and also sending additional pictures,
we put a holding deposit on the vehicle for a couple of days until we could
travel the 7 hours to their location to drive it. Once we drove it, everything
checked good and we completed the purchase! The staff was very
professional and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely check with them
again in the future when we are car shopping!

They contacted me quick, professional and very attentive.
I contacted the dealership and they contacted me back fairly quick. I had set up a day to go see the vehicle and was pleased with the service. Super friendly and serious about their cars, wouldn’t let just anyone test drive them. Didn’t end up getting the vehicle due to other reasons, but the vehicle was super clean. Will follow up with them very soon once I am able to get another vehicle!

I contacted this dealership 3 times before getting a response, which ended up being through Facebook.
I was told that the car had a mechanical issue to be repaired and was being held for a customer on Tuesday, but then the car was marked sold on days before.
Overall, very poor communication. I can appreciate that they were willing to hold it for a customer though, as most Chicago area dealerships will not hold a car, even with a deposit

On line it appears to be a very clean dealership with some great inventory, and
they advertises financing for vehicles. So I called the dealership to ask what
options they had for lending (banks, terms, rates, etc.). The salesman asked
me what car I was interested in and asked me to fill out the online application.
So I filled out the online app and got no responce back, curious, I called a few
days later. The girl answering the phone, who clearly isn't in finance tells me
to go to a bank and come in with a check... do they want me to wash it and
run the paperwork to the DMV/ Secretary of State befor I buy it as well?

I can't say enough about the staff at Chicago Cars
US. My wife and I flew in from Cincinnati, Ohio to
purchase a pick up truck from Jacob. My wife spent
2 months looking locally (Cincinnati, Ohio) for a
specific Truck (4x4, manual transmission, low miles,
clean, runs great and fair price) we found a truck that
fit the bill on CarGuru, only problem was it was 250
miles away. After convincing her that i wasn't
completely crazy to fly to Chicago to "look" at the
truck, she agreedid to give it a chance. We contacted
the dealer, spoke to Jacob in sales and booked a
flight. Jacob picked us up from the airport, took us to
the dealer, was not high pressure. He allowed us to
take our time, worked out all the details within 1 hr
and we closed the deal! The truck was just as listed,
it was extremely clean, ran great and the price was
hard to beat within 500 miles. The service was
amazing, and the staff iso so easy to work with. We
were hesitant buying a car site unseen, but we were
presently surprised by the whole experience in the
end. Jacob made us feel like family from the start.
Answered all our questions and assured us that we
would not waste a trip coming from Ohio. Simply
put... they are not your typical used car dealer, they're
building relationships and it shows. We will not
hesitate to do it again and have told all our friends to
go see Jacob and the staff at Chicago cars us.

Didnt really give me the time of day. Noone came out to actually try and sell me this car and the salesman didnt evwn go for the test drive. He also tried telling me the car didnt need a clutch which it did very badly. Overall i didnt really think he wanted to sell the car. I was trying to talk to him and he would be answering phones and walking away while there was a receptionist just sitting there not doing anything. I would not buy a car from this place very disrespectful people.

I called and was told the vehicle was not sold, but not available to be viewed,
but that they would call me once the vehicle was available. Since I didn't get
a call back, I called a couple of days later and they told me that the vehicle
was loaned to a prefer customer for the weekend and if that customer did
not purchase the vehicle, I would then be called. Long story short, I was
never called back. Too much back and forth... not a pleasant experience.
