I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I drove an hour and a half with my daughter and spent
several hours negotiating what I thought was a fair price. Later, I realized the $200 deduction for the damaged steering
wheel cover was never applied, and about a week after the sale I discovered the car needed all new tires. During signing, I
was told the car would receive a fresh detail, but when I got in, it was clear no cleaning had been done. I was exhausted
from the long day and still had a long drive home, so I didn’t have the energy to insist they fix it. While I take responsibility
for not catching everything, a trustworthy dealership should disclose issues upfront—especially safety-related ones. This
experience left me feeling taken advantage of, and I will not be recommending this dealership to family or friends.

They did not have this car on their lot . I Have to order a car to be picked up in a different state and they'll be charged $1800 from that dealer and that dealer will deliver in 8 days. An there was no Guarantee that the car will be available at that dealership.

I set up an appointment to look at the vehicle and when I got there they couldn’t find the key. First I was told over the phone they just got the Jeep then when I got there they told me they had it for a while and can’t find the key.

John was extremely nice and helpful. They worked with me to make a deal and overall it was a great experience. They were quick to reply and the car was in great condition.
I received a phone call from Rashaun, and went to check out the SXT that same night. After spending about 2 hours with Jordan, I was driving home in my new car. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership by far. Only issue I had was I didn't get as much as I had hoped for my trade in, and had to put down more money than I planned, but it's only money...paying an extra $1,500 to drive home my dream car is a no brainer!!!

Horrible!!!!! Horrible!!!!! Horrible!!!!! Their
internet department is a train wreck.
Conversing with them for days and it turns
out they incorrectly listed the price by $4k
under what it was supposed to be. Was
going to buy, but they won’t honor the price.
I was in touch via text with internet sales person and they confirmed the truck was still available and price negotiable. Made an appointment. Drove 1 hour to the dealership. Arrived at the dealer and was told the truck was two blocks away being detailed and not on the lot. Sales person informed me that they would return in 10 mins with the truck. When he returned I was told the truck could not be located anywhere. They should look into their shrink numbers and find out how a $27,000 truck went missing from their inventory. Also told my payment would be $500/month based on $27,000 and not the advertised price of $24,000 + on this site. I had a trade in vehicle and sales person did not take a look at it but instead told me it's worth $5,000 based on their 33+ years experience in business. Terrible approach to a customer/potential buyer. I've bought vehicles at other dealers and never treated the way I was at Cherry Hill Jeep Dodge. Stay far away from this dealer!
I went to this dealership on a busy Saturday and within a few minutes of walking around the lot, I
had the nicest gentleman, Earl, assisted me. He was patient and listened to the specifics that I
was looking for in Jeep. He spent a great deal of time with me that day. Unfortunately, I did not
find my dream car, but Earl was so courteous with his follow ups within the days and weeks after
that. I did end up buying a car elsewhere and it was a huge mistake! :( In hindsight I wish I would
have worked with Cherry Hill Jeep to find that dream car. The dealership I purchased my vehicle
from is actually asking Cherry Hill Jeep to fix it. Being that I've worked with both sales and service,
I can attest that they have the nicest service people as well who give updates and are even taking
it one step further and fixing a factory recall while its there. I drove over an hour to get to this
dealership and I would do it all over again! We need more 'Earls' and dealers like this!! Thank you!

Wonderful staff very satisfied excellent. People at this dealership
Made an appt to see the car in 2 days. Was told they would have the car ready. Got there and the car was at their overflow lot 15 minutes down the road. The car was parked in a muddy lot and the car was filthy inside and out. I tried to overlook that and take it out for a test drive anyway. Soon as i started driving it, a loud banging from the right front wheel started. The salesman tried to tell me they just got it and didn't have time to check it out. I told him that's not true because on Car Gurus, it stated that the dealer had the car for 114 days. When we got back to the dealer, he went inside and didn't bother explaining what was going on. We just left. Now the car is up for sale at a reduced price which to me means they didn't fix anything, they just stuck it back up for sale. Buyers beware. I'll never deal with them again.
Josh was phenomenal. EVERYONE else who works for this dealership are horrible. DO NOT do business
with them. I was in there for over 5 hours and we came to an agreement on a deal, however by that time it was after 11PM and
the banks were closed. I was insured and promised by several people that the vehicle would be held for me and they would call
the following day after hearing from the banks. I heard back from my credit union that next morning about being approved for a
loan and tried calling, emailing, texting them ALL DAY and never got a response back from anyone other than the receptionists.
I later found out they sold they vehicle out from under me. I called the manager above the finance manager to let him know of
my troubles and he outright called me a liar and said nobody promised to hold the vehicle and that I told them I wasn't
interested. Never have I had such a terrible experience as a customer, ANYWHERE! Even McDonald's treats their customers
better!

Took a little while to find van.
We test drove van looked all around checked the features not to many basic which I liked not to much to go wrong.
Sales man was very nice showed all features stow and go very nice blue tooth hoping for backup camera but did not have overall good van

Well first they stuck me with the newest salesman who didn't really know a lot. we where there for hours and finally a finance manager came over and moved us along even though he wasn't suppose to. When we tried to leave none of the lights would work so they gerry rigged it so we could get home.
Then no more than 15 hours later the engine blew up and the van was dead. There is no fixing the engine. I have to buy a different one and have it installed. I bought it as is, no warranties, ect ect. so I'm screwed. I'm going to contact them and see if they would be willing to maybe help a little. Like split the engine cost with me or something while I swallow the majority of the bill. This may allow me to maybe fix the lights so it's safe to drive at night. We shall see.

I told the dealer I was over an hour away and requested more pictures of the vehicle since the three they posted only showed the truck from the front and did not include interior pictures. I asked about specific things like rust, condition of the inside and if there were any noticeable dents/scratches. The dealer said they would send photos and then email back and told me that no photos would be sent, if I wanted more info I could come test drive it.

Purchased this vehicle from the dealer. The customer service was nice, however they seem to try and rush the process. They were supposed to repaint the number however when I went to sign the papers it wasn't in there and thankfully I was able.to catch that or I would've been out that paint job they promised. I would say that just check the paperwork and don't let them rush you. Other than that they were great. Alec Alex was my salesman and he was awesome.

The old bait and switch. Told me the price was after
trade in? Internet sales gave a price of $23,895 and
when I arrived was given a price of $29,895. When
given proof of correspondence, they told me it was a
different car. I'm not an idiot, I compared the vin # and it
was the car that was quoted. Then told that they were
going to sell the car that day for $26 to a whole sale
dealer???
Slimy; is what I would call this experience! Drive the car look at their price
they quote show them the same car/ same lot # and $2000.00 less on their
own website listed as a certified. They came back and tried to say not same
car but their stock # matched website..... then switched to saying it was
$1900.00 dollars to have car certified! Very shady! They refused to even
honor price on website! We where ready to buy that day but I refuse to deal
with such shady practices!

Horrible experience! Bought one car there but never again! Internet sales contacted me throughout the process and advised that he spoke with his sales manager about the price I was willing to pay (approx 1500 off with cash down, not a horrible offer). After calling to confirm the price one last time and again.. confirming the same via documented text message, I arrive to the dealership to purchase the vehicle and found out that if was just a SCAM to get me in there!.. at this point I was very upset considering I had proof of the conversation and alleged price agreement both on my phone and in their system, their best solution was pretty much... "oh well". I should have learned my lesson from an earlier experience in the summer time when I went to look at another vehicle on their lot. I was told the vehicle was spotless/flawless for its age and when I arrived, it was a rust bucket with more scratches then paint!. Unbelievably horrible customer service from everyone! Never again!

Leon the sales person was extremely nice, not pushy at all he was a pleasure to work with through the whole experience! The only downside I would say - I asked for a realistic quote when I was talking with an internet rep knowing the listed price would not be the real price. I live 2 hours away and didn't want to drive for a $6k discount I wasn't going to get. They were not straightforward at all on that but besides this far have been a pleasure to work with.

Absolutely terrible. I was contacted over the phone at least 5x by different people during my 2hrs drive to Cherry Hill to view the vehicle. I had an appointment and advised them multiple times that we were on our way. Upon arrival, we were informed that they had to go and find the vechicle. After about 2hrs of patiently waiting in the hot, uncomfortable " Vip" area, the vehicle was located. I loved the car, but short, they refused to negotiate with us as cash buyers and allowed us to walk out over 500 dollars. 2 days later, I decided to see if the vehicle was still available. They told me it was, and I decided to leave a 1,000 deposit over the phone and come in and pick up the vehicle the next day which they said would be okay. I called in the morning bc I noticed that my card had not been charged, and was told that the vehicle was still ther . After driving for about an hr, I was contacted by the dealer ship and informed that the vehicle was sold the day prior. I will not do business with a company that does not care about there customers. This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I ended up purchasing the cat from another dealer, received a better deal, and much better service.

arrived at the dealership was told the car was sold and the salesman tried
to sell me another vehicle that I was not interested in. I would have

I did receive a call, but not much follow up after that. Really
interested in vehicle, but will not purchase there due to lack of
making me feel important/follow up.
Still working them, they responded to my inquiry, they have the veicle i want, I believe may is a terrible month to buy a car, specifically a hellcat.
The 2015'S are in the mid 60's.
The 2016'S are in the low to mid 70's
That's alot of money, I'll keep shopping until the right time and the right price jumps at me.

They assured me that the car would be ready for me to test drive. I drove one hour to the dealership. When I arrived the car was not on the lot. We drove to a storage lot 2 miles away. We finally found the car which was extremely dirty. I asked to test drive it anyeay but it didn't start. I that point I left. Terrible experience!! Don't even think about dealing with these people. They are slick how pressure salesmen.

I was very disappointed in the dealership, their were many sales people walking around and they had to go find someone to assist me which I didn't mind however, they knew I was coming in to view the car and the sales person had us walk to the very back lot, they did not have it up front like I was told it would be and when we went inside to discuss one of the men who was sitting at the front desk was eating his lunch for such a large dealership I would have thought you would have had a lunchroom overlooked that but when said person was sitting there flossing his teeth for everyone to see I knew no matter what I would not buy car from them. I was very offended that someone could do this right out in public!

Car was in terrible shape. The inside was filthy and the outside had a huge dent on the side that the picture does not show. Also, the sales environment was extremely uncomfortable and loud.

door the person who took us tryed too start
getting information from us even though we
wasn't there for him and told us write away we
weren't going get approved by the banks
because of what I told him of my credit. Didn't
even at least try too work something and fetus
approve. He judged the banks decisions by
what I told him .smh as fast as we walked in
was as fast as we walked out .. Terrible terrible

Salesman was not honest about where cars came from. I asked if
cars were rentals due to the high milage he said no. I found
Enterprise documents in the vehicle. Other vehicles had body
repairs from accidents. Very disappointed.

I would never go back. Played lots of games, broke lots of
promises. I was speaking with someone on the and nothing she
said was accurate. When I got to the dealer one of the cars was
sold and one was "lost"(then i was told it was sold, and a week later
it is still listed for sale).At first they tries to talk me into an older car
with more miles than I had. And then they tried to show me
something new- but when I ran the numbers- I was paying 41,000
for a 28,000 car. The car with I spoke with wasn't even a sales
person, they set me up with someone else, and while I was sitting
there they changed sales people. Also, I received multiple emails
stating that they would offer 3500 more for my trade, they offered
me less than any other dealer I set foot in. Total waste of time!!
