Nellie, our saleswoman was amazing!!!
Sales and financing were awesome, the only thing that bothered me was it only had one key, and the car was
there long enough to order and program a second key but they didn't provide me with one and when I went to
order and pay for one I was told I was getting a discounted price because I just bought the car there but it was
more than another dealer in the valley, I have always provided 2 keys when I sold my cars, I think it's a safety

Thank you for your review. You purchased a used vehicle from our location. Used vehicles will come with the number of keys that the previous owner traded them in with. Everyone who trades in a vehicle will provide 2 keys. We do have vendors that we utilize for services but we are also subject to their pricing. Having only one key is not a safety issue and it would be the responsibility of the owner to get another key if desired. This was not something that was promised upon the purchase of your vehicle and would not be the responsibility of the dealership to do so.

I had to play phone tag and also the sales representative liked to lie a lot and when I called them out on it they would backtrack. Tried to force me to buy a car right away as well. Overall unpleasant experience attempting to do business with them.

Went in to look at the GL450. Since it was just traded on it still had to go through service. Unfortunately, the Mercedes had a transmission leak and the GM said to send it to auction. The salesman Todd contacted me right away to let me know the car was no longer for sale. I appreciate their honesty and timely communication.

We agreed on a price that they advertise plus tax and license,I fill an on line
loan application,but after a few days they contact me and said the Sequoia I
was interested was sold,,but they did not sell it,they just raised the price by
$1,500 dollars.
They said my credit was not run and my information was safe,but they lied
and were very dishonest about the whole thing.I regret filling out a loan
application and giving them my personal information.
If they would have been honest and told me they price the truck too low I
would it consider paying more ,but when they lied after they agreed on a
price that they advertised,that is shady business practicing.

Unfortunately there are some dishonest
business practices at Chapman VW. I was
skeptical of the low reviews until I had my
own negative experience this week. I
reached out about a vehicle which fit my
criteria and was priced really well. I inquired
and received a response. I was discussing
the vehicle with one of their salesman for a
day or so. After going back and forth about
the vehicle and itâs history a few times, the
salesman told me that they âsold the car to
a small dealer in town and the vehicle is no
longer availableâ. I was disappointed but
understand the fast pace of car sales. I
figured someone beat me to it. However, the
next day when I resumed my search, the
vehicle was still available (at Chapman VW)
but for $1200 more! I was pretty shocked.
Seemed like possibly a mistake but I was
curious. I had my wife inquire on the vehicle
and sure enough, it was still available to
purchase for the higher price. Pretty
disappointing and unethical in my opinion.

I asked for a quote, got 1k in dealer add
ons, asked yo have dealer options removed,
and then got another quote with a window
tint option for hundreds. I found that most
dealers in Tucson and PHX tend to include
mandatory options that arenât disclosed in
the online listing except in the vaguest of
terms (see the fine print âtaxes, fees, docs,
and options extraâ).
I shopped at another dealer in Northridge
CA and they were great. Spent a couple
days traveling round trip (ok, and visiting
family) but dealers need to be upfront about
pricing or they will lose business.
2 stars for quick communication and
responses. That is better than nothing.

I was all set to finance a 2009 Dodge Charger R/T, left a down payment.... next day I get a call(from a different salesman)that the car needed
over $5000 worth of repairs and I had to either come up with another $800 or they were gonna raise my payment! I refused on the spot over
the phone and had them mail me my down payment, not happy with my experience at all! FYI: My original salesman Greg Proctor was
suburb! He did do his very best to work with me, I can not take that from him!

This dealership was great the saleman went through the ropes and calculated everything from purchase & delivery, although very diligent in his work, I had to pass on this FJ only because the delivery cost exceeded my budget. But if I save a wee bit more, I would definitely consider shopping here again in the future.
I appreciated everything they did for me and Im sorry I just couldn't afford it at this time.

Was working with a sales rep and planned to visit on weekend. Went to dealership to be informed that sales rep #1 was out and I was passed
to another rep. Sales rep #2 was pleasant and answered questions. I said i was interested but not in a hurry to purchase and she was
available for other questions when i'm closer to a decision. I had not left the dealership for 10 minutes and i get a call and text from a
completely new rep asking if I was still interested to which I replied that I had just been there and talked to sales rep #2. Later that evening I
get another text from what seemed to be sales rep #4 again asking if I was still interested. Sales rep #4 cannot even address me by my name
in the texts, but instead is using another name. I would strongly suggest that this dealership gets their reps to communicate better and if you
want to earn someone's business, you better at least call them by their name.

The price was not honored from the website. We were told prices change so take it or leave it. The dealer would not work with us on financing even though we were putting down $7k. We later found out there was a mandatory $997 fee for car detailing, window tint and door trim. None of which was done or wanted. We will never use this dealer again.

I was shopping for a Jetta GLI Autobahn for my daughter as a graduation present. In response to my e-mail solicitation, Chapman quickly
made an excellent purchase offer. Of the 6 offers I received, Chapman's was the lowest. At the time, there were no Autobahns left in Las
Vegas. The only hold-up was trading in my daughter's car or selling it independently. I would have gone with the Chapman deal had a LV
dealer not come up with an Autobahn and took her car in trade.

Had and appt. to view and test drive the car. Sat in the dealership for over an hour waiting for them to find the car! It was a total bait and switch! They don’t even have this car on the lot!!! They will reply to you then "let the games begin". Listed price $24,725 asked what the out the door price was (cash buyer willing to buy today) and their best offer $ 28,500. Asked for a breakdown of the amount from their Internet sales Manager (Elli) No response. Guess it looks like a typical sucker you in on price. Do the math $3,775 difference. You can buy a new 2019 Alltrack SEL (not a SE) from 28 dealers for an average price of $30,500. I previously bought 3 cars from Chapman (2 BMW's and 1 Chevey) Never had this type of Bad sales experience. I would recommend "Buyer Beware"

The vehicle was as advertised, however the price out the door was over $15,900 which included 2 antitheft policies which I thought was part of the dealer prep. They have not responded when I called to their attention that the policies were voluntary, and that was never explained to me. I feel "used"

Horrible. I saw the vehicle at Tempe dealership and it had not been fully
inspected. I was led to believe that the car would be inspected and I would
be told the true condition. The salesperson never called me back after
offering me the vehicle at a price. Then I was told the car was at
Scottsdale. I went to Scottsdale and the car could not be found. No none
seemed to know what was going on with the vehicle. I wrote the manager
at Tempe and was contacted by someone who again acted as if they did
not know where the car was and then finally four days later, called me
back. It was a mess and then I received a message from your site saying
the car was no longer in stock.

Sold a subaru right out underneath me as I was in transit to buy it. Then internet manager really blew up mediocre customer service and copped to small print at the bottom of the page. I will never patronize this dealership. These places think they can treat customers like crap.

I had a very good experience with the contact. He gave me good information and tips about this car. Unfortunately, AZ is a bit too far to test drive the car and added expense to ship the car. He was very professional.

Dealer failed to disclose on the phone all of the issues the Tiguan had. Didn't find out until we drove the 40 miles to the dealership that it would cost an additional $2000 to get it driveable.
