When you tell a salesman you are paying cash and you have a budget, I did not appreciate being hounded by a disrespectful salesman. Sending me te cts on how I can save my cash and he can finsnce a car. I wax the customer but g
He seemed more concerned about what he was going to get. This is one dealership that I will never think of buying a vehicle from, ash or financing!!!

Dealer knew nothing about the Subaru they sold me. No maintenance report on what they did to the car was provided. I don't know if the oil is changed or tires rotated. All the maintenance settings for the car were cleared with no dates for anything. The service dept cracked the windshield, they did agree to reimburse us for the repair.

GM ... Zach Boccieri was my salesman and he was the most (Professional Salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I made a long distance purchase from NC to his dealership in Phoenix Arizona and he answered every question ❓ got me more than enough photos videos of the car like I asked him too and was very prompt with each of my demands. Also I feel that he got me the best deal available for my purchase. I'd say to anyone looking to buy a car please ask for him if you are looking to get 1st class service and pricing.

JJ was great and worked with my every step of the way, though I had to follow up a few times there was never added pressure. He was also transparent about the cars issue. However the manager at the last moment jacked about the price far beyond fair market value, I pity whoever actually buys the 2010 Hyundai accent. Because it’s going to need some work, and if you’re spending $9k on a used car chances are you won’t have money to fix those problems!

Would have been 4 stars, but they didn't give me the $1100 lower price now advertised! Other than that, pleasant sales experience; but only 1 key! that doesn't work well ( apparently went through washer or had a drink spilled on it or something).

Cesar was quick to respond. Unfortunately, we were about 5 minutes too late as another person got there right before us who happened to want the same car. Didn’t care for the “pressure” to look at it at the same time as they were and basically rush them out of the way to test drive it directly after them. Felt like they were more concerned with trying to make a sale without fully listening to what we wanted. We were cash buyers and in no hurry but they kept trying to get us into something that had high mileage - something we were not interested in at all. Just wasn’t a great experience after driving an hour. Luckily, we found something else at another dealership that met all of our requirements.

Tim was great as well as the finance gentleman I worked with. I would have thought when buying a car and spending $16k+ I could have got a full tank of gas. It was a little under half. And I asked about filling the tank and I was told the tank will be left as is. Half more of a tank was probably $30. Also they said they were cleaning the car and getting it ready for me, the windows were still smudged on the inside from where the signs were and all. Looked like they just put the floor mats in and that was it. Otherwise, nice people, we were a little pressed for time, they were pretty quick about everything. The gas thing just really bothered me.

Stick to your guns when you deal with these folks. I traded in my Ford Expedition for a new Maxda CX-9 and was told "You know given the age of the vehicle we can only give you $2500.00 for it as it (the car) will go to auction." Went back two week later and they had my car on the lot asking for $7999.00. Do I think I was fu*&ed? I'd say yes but that's what I get for not believing in my own research. Just saying. Also, the car I ask for ultimately came from another dealership --- How do I know? The other dealers service reminder was in the car when I took possession. After I waited over two hours for it to show up. So long and short --- buyer beware. On the other hand the service department was more than fair and straight shooting about the OEM items I wanted installed --- and at a fair price too.
