That car was just crap, I have never seen a motor more dirty as the inside of the car. With so little miles on it. The one thing I did not like was the salesman sent me a picture of the car telling me he sold it. I could not care at all on that car it was junk. I’m still looking for a car but it won’t be with you guys. Good day.

This Dealership wasn't professional with dealing with Sales out of State. Mariah was helping me with this sale and she advised me to put a deposit down before actually seeing the vehicle I asked her the night before if she could send me a virtual she agreed but never did so so the unit to another customer when I already had everything in place with the banking just wanted to see the walkthrough before I put the deposit down, so with that she Sold the Unit Before Sending me the Virtual and that Pissed me off, because I had my bank pull my credit report or for nothing but to get a hard inquiry on my report. I called the general manager wanted him to be aware of the situation and maybe they'll do something different next time but don't lead your consumers on thinking that you're going to do something and then do the opposite just to make a SALE!!!!

Dealer follow-up was timely. I reached out via CarGurus on the 23rd, looked at/test drove
the car on the 24th and purchased on the 26th. The Team at Champion was courteous.
They worked to ensure I had the best experience as a buyer.
Todd is considerate and respectful. He supported all requests I had during the buying
process. I recommend the Dealership!

I was looking for a truck and I was pretty picky about what I wanted and was willing to travel 200 miles to find what I wanted. So this truck came up on CarGurus about 50 miles away so I went and took her out for a test drive and cut a deal. The sale men ( Todd ) was super down to earth and made sure I was satisfied and had it serviced and detailed. I would definitely recommend this dealer to ANYONE

Dealer responded within an hour and I was told the vehicle I called about was available and ready for purchase. Upon arrival it was determined the vehicle was not going to available to the public but they would show me a “comparable” vehicle. The 2 vehicles I was shown were not comparable because one had almost 100K more miles and the other was $20K more expensive.

Excellent purchase experience. Allen Bolden (Sales) was a pleasure to deal with. We discussed price and financing options openly and there were no hidden agendas. When I went for my test drive and reviewed the contract, everything was as discussed. In addition, I want to thank Sarah Waits & Kaitlin Woods from the Customer Care Team and Melissa Sutton from Finance who were extremely helpful in addressing any other questions I had. I highly recommend checking with Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC when you are in the market for a new/used vehicle.

They told me that the car was being serviced and never got back with me. I see now that they have raised the price.

They sent me photos and video and were very helpful, was very interested in vehicle but bottom line they were just too far away for me to drive. Decided to wait and try to find the same thing locally. I may regret it, price was right and they tried hard to earn my business, without being pushy.

They advertised the same vehicle for 2 different prices
online, when I inquired about the $10,000 price. They
said, “ it’s really 11,000” I wasn’t trying to finance. I
was paying cash up front. They would sell me the car
for $10,000 if I would finance through them. If I wasn’t
going to finance through them then the price would be
$11,000. Bait and switch scam!

This was the worst car buying experience of my life!! My salesman Miltin was nice although new and tentative. After 2 visits to both test drive and talk numbers, I had decided to buy even though the car was slightly overpriced and higher mileage compared to the average. During an appointment to come back and sign paperwork, I was presented with a higher interest rate than what had been verbally agreed to, as well as, being treated unprofessionally by the Sales manager. They DID NOT intend to back the verbal commitment they made to me the previous day.
I DO NOT recommend Champion in LaGrange because they seem to be the stereotypical "car salesperson" that tells you one thing and does something else.

Everything was tops. They have been the best car dealer (other than Davis Olds) when they were in Shelbyville, i have ever dealt with. Service was excellent, vehicle was as quoted, and the personal were very helpful. I would go back to them when i get ready to trade in a heart beat. I drove to the dealership to test drive an Acadia. When I arrived
and spoke with the sales rep I discovered that GM does not
make an Acadia with a dark interior roof. This did not meet our
needs at this time. No follow up was needed.
