Horrible. Sold car before I got there. Offered to sell me something else. I wanted a SPECIFIC vehicle is why took a half day off work, drove all the way to Brighton, and wasted my gas. No call no email not communication letting me know the car was gone. This was a pure bait and switch. After looking at other reviews looks like this has happened to a couple other people. Be warned

Very Happy with the service and attention to detail Champion Buick GMC provided. We were able to do the whole deal remotely. Amanda was awesome from the start & all the way to the follow up after the sale. They were very quick to respond to emails which made the purchase happen quickly. I also received better than expected finance rates. They even delivered to my house without any extra fees. I will highly recommend Champion to all my friends and family.

Vehicle had a check engine light on when purchased. Requested that it be checked before purchase and was ensured it was a ONLY a sensor. That sensor was actually diagnosed elsewhere (two different GMC service centers) and advised it was timing chain and belt. What started as a good experience turned into an expensive nightmare.

We ended up with this vehicle. Excellent condition. The dealership was amazing from start to finish. Colin helped us out and Danny helped with the financing. Don the manager was also super nice and there to answer questions or help if needed. They were actually the only dealership that responded to my inquiries and answered my questions. I had contacted at least 4 different ones. Would 10/10 do business again with them. Solid place to purchase a vehicle!

Had to wait a bit. Had to walk far. Car had a lot of problems. Inside was almost hollowed out. They weren’t fair with the price. Windshield had to IMMEDIATELY be replaced or automatic ticket. They wouldn’t even take that out of the price. Really bad experience

I called THREE times about this vehicle, on the way to go look at it. When we finally arrived at the dealer, we were greeted fairly quickly, by some men named Brad, who then had Colin help us. We were there for about 15 to 20 minutes, then we were informed that the car I had called about THREE TIMES, had just been sold. We went to look at another car, but we weren’t really interested in looking at another car. The car we had originally come in to look at was still there, but because the potential buyers had already “signed paperwork,” I wasn’t allowed to purchase it, “because it wouldn’t be fair to the buyers, that were returning with the payment. (We lost interest, and eventually left). I had had a check on hand, ready to BUY right then, but because of what happened, I won’t be returning!!

We bought my daughter's first car here.The Honda we were looking for was not in stock, but they worked with our price range and found us a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. Both the sales person, Dave, and the manager were very nice and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience.

Car wasn't inspected before putting it on the lot. After getting there, drove the car, before it had to many issue's 7-8 in all. Needed tires, pulled to the left, brakes pulsating a little, big Stone chip in center of windshield, touch screen 1/2 worked, reartail didn't open manually or power, dent in left rear quarter panel, overheated steam coming out from grille, because radiator fan not working. That was enough for me, i just had walk away. To many issue's

I informed them of their distance from my home and job. Since the travel time was less coming from my job I scheduled a test drive for the vehicle. While in communication with one of the customer care representative I was reassured the vehicle was available, I even called to confirm the day off. When I arived the Acadia had been sold DAYS AGO and they attempted to sell me something else. I was FURIOUS and wanted to storm out of there to take my 1hr and 57min drive home. Except the NEW sales representative they assigned me to was so charming, charismatic, tentative, friendly and inviting that my original emotions sat quietly dormant until our conversation ended. I'd give him 10 stars if I could, the original sales representative who was in contact with me and their failure to advise is is much deserving of a ZERO!

I had looked at several cars and went to many dealerships, all the same vibes. Very pushy and would not take no for an answer. Found this car and felt at home when I walked in. Kevin was very helpful, was not pushy and was willing to try and get me the best deal. Neno the finance manager was awesome as well, so thoughtful and got me a great interest rate. I ended up purchasing the car and would definitely recommend this dealership.

Manager told me a 2013 Avalanche is a $70,000 vehicle. Was told when I arrived they had to find the keys bc NO ONE asks to drive it. Listed as a CPO and was informed after we test drive that it is not.

Fantastic Experience! Brad Fite and Jeff Armstrong made sure that we felt comfortable and like family. This was beyond a traditional dealership buying experience. The entire team at Champions worked together to make this straightforward and satisfying. I applaud this dealership and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great car and a amazing buying experience.

Love my vehicle so far! This was a pretty easy sale for them since we basically purchased over the phone and drove down with check in hand. They were fully aware that we were coming from 90 miles away and, of course, 90 miles to go back home. We left with 1/8 tank of gas due to thIs is their policy on used cars. But wait! They were ever so kind to direct us to the nearest gas station to hit before getting in the expressway. Hah! 1/8 of a tank? Come on! 1/4 tank would have been marginally acceptable to me, but 1/8?!! Also, my bad that I didn't check the oil monitor cos when I got home I found that there was only 55% oil life left. What?! They did no oil change while prepping this vehicle?! Unheard of in my book! My husband called the next day and they stated that the oil change had been done but they 'forgot' to reset the monitor. Needless to say, I have no proof that it was or wasn't done, but considering the 1/8 tank of gas issue, I certainly have my doubts...... Am I being petty? is this now considered good customer service? Ugh.

Dealer had a phoney buyer pretending to be bidding on the same car when I arrived. Then the dealer said he wouldn't come down on the price. I backed down, so he got weird on me, then ready to negotiate Only if I bought RIght now! right now! He only sold 10 cars this month! What a jerk! No wonder your sales are down.

Salesmen were not very knowledgeable on the vehicle shown and were very pushy. Vehicle shown was not the vehicle I requested to see. Asked for appraisal on my current vehicle and never received the appraisal. I went to another dealership the next day and bought a car where I was treated professionally. Champion seems to be more concered about there satisfaction and not the buyers satisfaction

This vehicle is overpriced and they wouldn't accept my offer and they said that there going to lower the price on Monday of a hundred bucks!!! Should be like $1,500 discounted

Terrible experience. They lure you to see the vehicle without telling you the e price. You get there and have to register with them and drive the vehicle before they give you a price. Which is astronomical for the vehicle Then they send another person other than the original salesperson to negotiate with you. The price ended up over $2000 higher than the price listed due to their fees. The vehicle had a torn drivers seat they wanted to pay $600 to fix and it was filthy inside and out. Not cleaned to show or take home. Very shady and I would not do business with them.
