I saw the car and looked at the carfax. There was no accident on it. The salesman acted as if I was bothering him. Then called back later and said the car wasn’t available because it had a major wreck before, despite it not having been on the carfax I’d seen.. And that was that.

BUYER BEWARE--they advertise one price and then in tiny print they forget to tell you about the special dealer add on pricing! This is a classic hell let me bring you in with the price and unless you have super detective skills you will never find the small print about this huge extra fee; plus the fee is not insignificant--several thousand.
Here is the exact wording from their website, "Selling price excludes inventory tax, sales tax, title fee, dealer prep fees, registration fees, inspection fees, shipping fees, doc fees, and any other add-on fees associated to the sale." yet they do not tell you what the add on fee is--was $2500 on the car I was interested in---WOW thats a huge fee; bait and switch on price. NOT transparent and NOT someone I would ever do business with...beware if you get sucked into their web of a low advertised car because it does not include this insane markup and fee...beware the price advertised is not the price paid!

You can do pre purchase inspection on any of our vehicles, but when you ask for a ridiculous amount off of a car that is reasonably priced there is no point in taking it in the highway for joy ride. Hopefully this will clear a misunderstanding that was imputed here.

Rich was very helpful and thorough. I put a deposit for a vehicle on Wednesday. I got the paperwork on Thursday signed everything sent back to them on Friday. My car was delivered on Monday morning.

Had a great experience with them. Rich was very helpful. Not pushy and got a great deal on my car. Told him I had my eye on another car at another dealership and I would make my decision after I drove the car. AC isn’t blowing cold which indicates has to be a leak in hose or AC compressor. Other than that the car was emaculant.
The sales person requested information on my trade in and never called back. I contacted him 2 days later, and asked, 'Why didn't you return my call?' And he said, I'm sorry I'll call you right back." I still have not heard from him, and I hope to never hear from him or any company that's affiliated with this person again.
Seemed like a good deal and great place to purchase but the experience was not. Very helpful over the phone and sent in everything they would need to move forward over email. Went to the dealership with my trade in with a appointment and sat around for 2 hrs. Acted like they didn't know who I was. Sales people were helping everyone else taking them to their cars for test drive. I had to find someone for the keys and ask them to bring me the car and still getting no help. I came in with extra cash to put down (5k) but I would never go back to this place to purchase. Went somewhere else and get the help I needed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY Flew into Dallas from Pennsylvania to buy the car with a cashiers check in hand. The car was not ready, the headlight was burned out, they hid a lot of items like a broken fuel gauge, leaking seals, electrical issues, and when I called the salesman Rick back for the second time he said “Oh, it’s you again” the general manager gave us a $500 rebate which didn’t cover the gas to drive it home and said we bought wholesale, which is a lie. I paid cash, I would have rather paid ten grand more than buy a piece of crap that I have to put ten grand into but Kelly the GM couldn’t understand that concept. STAY AWAY!

online, Leann sent more pictures of the vehicle. The communication was incredible and her customer service second to none. I purchased the vehicle and Leann helped work out the shipping
with a third party shipping company. I would definitely do business again with Leann and recommend the dealership to friends/family.
Nice people, but wouldn't match offers on my trade that I showed them I had, and there were items on the S550 that we not functional and
they still were asking a very premium (higher than market) price. I told them if they fixed those items and put together some numbers that
were fair, I'd be very interested. The salesman called me back an hour later to let me know they sold the car...I'm not disappointed I didn't
get the car, but I'm a bit surprised they sold it with some very expensive items not functioning. I wonder if they buyer even knew??

The worst car buying experience I have ever witnessed. I wanted to pay cash for the jeep and they would not accept my money. I didn’t haggle about price at all. The dealership told me to put a couple thousand down and use the rest of my money to buy stocks or bit coin. I told them I didn’t want a car payment And their reply was to set up auto payment each month. I asked once more for the cash price and they replied that they could not help me. Don’t waste your time with these morons.

A Bad feeling from the moment I walked in. Found out the vehicle was previously wrecked. With
all the chatter from them about everything else, they FAILED to verbally volunteer
that Important piece of information. I was there for nearly 2 hours.
Had to ask for my keys 3 times for my potential trade in.
Stall tactic Irritating. SNAKES!
Reinforced my opinion of a typical USED CAR SALESMEN.

Dear Jim, we do not remember this incident, but trade-in process takes about 15-20 minutes to inspect the vehicle, and the key is either left in the car or handed back to you. No one is allowed to hold the key for security reasons. We are sorry if you have encountered somewhat a different experience. I found the car listed on car gurus with a coming soon banner. I called to inquire and they had car photographed (over a 100 photos!) and sent
me a link. I had been looking for a few months and was surprised to see that it had everything I was looking for. I went to test drive it the next
day and purchased it. I love the car! They had a lot of beautiful high-end cars available. I was preapproved, but they were able to secure an
even lower rate and payment. The car (Lexus) only had 22,000 miles and they had even put on a new set of tires! I would recommend.

Bad experience, bad service wouldn’t do business again. Purchased a car engine light came on and dealer was like ignoring me felt suspicious like they knew the car had problems but just lied to my face saying it was reliable.
Terrible customer service. Had to call three times to try to put a deal together. Never returned calls. When I was able to speak with salesperson, he indicated it was the GM Of the store who wouldn’t communicate with him therefore he did not call me? Finally gave up and buying elsewhere.

We take care of all the normal scratches that are present on most used vehicles; simply do to wear and tear and just being used preowned vehicles. Nice guys! Pricing is high and not willing to negotiate. Also, they request a non-refundable deposit, which seems shady. Oversell their
"lifetime warranty" on the powertrain, which I assume has so many disclaimers that it isn't worth much. And, they don't include that if they
discount the car by even $500, so right there it tells you this isn't worth more than $500.

I bought the Mini Cooper from Certified Autoplex, but not without issues during the financing stage that had me
about 2 minutes from walking out. Just be sure to understand the interest rate that they are offering BEFORE you
go into the finance office. I have +825 credit, and knew I could get an interest rate below 4%. I outlined this during
the "negotiations" on the price with my sales guy (who was awesome) who was shuttling offers. They would not
give me the % rate (only a monthly payment amount), but I knew that the quoted monthly was too high. I told the
sales guy that I would cover it with the finance guy. When I finally pressed the finance guy on the interest rate, it
was at 5.89%, not the below 4% rate that I told them I was expecting and was told I would be able to easily get.
Just be careful if you are going to finance, know the general numbers for payment amount for a given loan amount,
interest rate and term, then pay close attention and ask a lot of questions.

Added $6,500 in warranties and bumped the price over $32,000! Definitely used car salesmen.
Disappointed. Sent $500 bucks to have vehicle ready and it was not even close. Inside of vehicle had not been detailed. One of the air vents missing and floor smelled. Dealer misrepresented vehicle online. Did not buy and lost my $500 dollars. Dealer said they would clean and fix items but I would have to wait. Didn’t send them money to have to wait. Will not consider them again.

Our vehicles go throw complete detail before and after sale. During test drives and heavy rain, vehicles do get dirty and will need another full detail after sale; And our detail process it very thorough. Unless you can not wait and want the vehicle just the way it is. $500 deposits are non refundable, do to, we pull them off our inventory and other potential buyers will not have the chance to see that vehicle. There are 100 photo's on line and full detailed description of vehicle and active sales person to answer all your questions.

Bought the car advertised. Extremely well priced. Just make sure to
get your interest rate in writing from fiancé (and not salesman). This is
first time financing was easier than presale. Even with a $2k forfietable
deposit, dealer was hesitant to allow for independent review of the car,
a step strongly encouraged for used vehicles. It’s not that we don’t
trust the dealer; it’s that we buyers often don’t trust the original owner
or auctioneer.

Drove 3.5 hours all the way to dallas to see a 3 series 2013 bmw. I was told over the phone they didn’t have time to send more detailed pictures and seemed like they didn’t care about the customers at all. Still, wanting the car I drove up there only to find out the car was nothing like the pictures they purposefully left out scratches from keys, cracked headlights, torn leather, and not to mention they said the car had never been in an accident and when we took it to a shop they assured us it most definitely had because of the dents in the front that looked to be terribly fixed. Very disappointed a dealership would leave all this information out. Save your time and money.

I found this car online and contacted via email, i then spoke with Rich on
4/17/18 to confirmed features on this specific car, he seemed a little unsure
of his information on the car but I made an offer and he countered with a
price that was $500 under their asking price. I told I would get back with him.
I contacted him 4/18/18 and told him I would take the car. He said he would
write a sales sheet and Demetri would contact my credit union and send
them what the needed, Rich then texted me the actual sales sheet that
would be sent to my cu, then he said I needed to go to their website and use
a credit card to make a $500 deposit
which came off the price of the car, I questioned this as Demetri was dealing
with my cu directly, there was a completed sales sheet and I had already
cleared everything with my cu; this was at 5:25 pm. At 7:49 pm I got a text
from Rich which said, "the Beetle has been sold, sorry" All seemed a little
weird.
This dealership has very well conditioned cars 1-3 years old that were leased. Only the best make it to the floor, but they do has trade-ins if you are looking for something not so new.
They give you no pressure and let you move at your own pace, service all the way for them, in every aspect of the sale. Everyone I spoke with was very nice even before I decided to buy a car. I will definitely buy my next vehicle here and let my friends and family know as well.

The dealership was in a warehouse that looked a little strange with an odd colored door. When I opened the door the cars inside were beautiful. Top of the line and high end cars. I came to look at Town and Country van. The sales person brought the van to me. It was in great shape. A very well taken care of van. I did a credit application got approved for financing at a good rate. The salesman kept telling me over and over I better buy it now because the van would sell quickly. He asked me to put a deposit down to hold the van. (It was about 7 pm that evening when I left the dealership) I told him no but that I would contact him first thing the next morning after I had talked with my spouse. The next morning I wrote the sales person an email (the same email address he had written me from) In my email I made a counter offer on the van. I know he received and read the email that morning because I received a notification the email had been read.
I did not hear from the salesman the rest of the day. I never received a reply saying anything about my email or offer. The next morning I had no email from him either. That afternoon I received an email that said the Van has been sold. When I asked him why he didn't get back with me about the van, his statement was I tried to get you to put a deposit on the van to hold it and told you it would sell fast.
So here is my advice, the cars I saw were beautiful and in good shape nice place, clean, and friendly staff. However from my limited experience with them I though the price was on the high end of retail for used cars. Again from my limited one experience with this car dealership they made no counter offer and never communicated back with me until they sold the van to someone else. If your looking for a nice car that your are willing to pay top dollar for immediately with no ability to negotiate the price, this is your kind of car dealership.
If you are looking for true customer service and a reasonable price this car dealership is not for you! Again I remind you I only had the one experience
with only one sales person.

THe salesman i worked with was the most knowledgable about BMWs. I
found a car I liked a lot, but was hesitant because of the mileage at 44k.
Price was good. BUt then i found a car with lower mileage and only a little
higher.
My salesman was Al. Was contacted in less than 5 minutes after sending
notification of interest. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the cars on the
lot.Took two cars out for a test drive, even had two family members come
and test drive to make sure it was a good purchase. He was very patient
and let us take our time.
I received a very good deal for what I was looking for. He did try to push
inside financing,even had his manager come in to try and convince me.
But I said no once and they let off.
Maria did my financing and she was absolutely amazing and patient. Didn't
try to rush the process like so many at the closing point try and do.

Very friendly and worked through the paperwork quickly while I went and had lunch. I probably spent less than 30 minutes of my time inside the actual dealership!

A totally unique and different experience. If you're looking for honesty, coupled with clean quality vehicles, and top notch customer service/satisfaction, then this is the place to go. From the time we walked in to the time we sealed the deal it was a pleasant experience with no "hidden" surprises. From our sales rep Rich Hill, to the finance rep Jason, to the sales manager Dimitri, these gentlemen were professional, efficient, very courteous, and a pleasure to work with. My son got his Lexus at a very nice price, and this mother (woman) was treated with dignity and respect. just not a good experience with this dealer, provided the lowest trade-in value for my vehicle, worked up a proposal with a higher interest rate than what I had already been approved for with my existing financial provider after saying I would use them and just rework the existing loan, also didn't communicate well between the salesman & finance manager on options that I didn't want to purchase,

Perhaps I do not understand but based on this ad on CarGurus I went to
the dealer to purchase the car. This car was not at the dealer location. I was
told it was at the dealer and would be back shortly. I followed up by
submitting a form thru you asking for a contact when the car was available.
I have spoken with three people and still have not seen the car. The sales
people are very helpful and informative. I'm sure they could do a good job
but advertising vehicles they don't have not good.

Requested pictures of the vehicle. Received a reply with 4 pics of the outside. Requested pictures of the inside and bed. 2 pics of the inside and one of the bed. Vehicle did not appear to be ready for resale which is probably why there were no pictures posted. Responses to emails were same day.

This dealership is high end, very professional. It would even be a great place to work if you were looking.
Our salesperson was Stephen. He is superb! Let me tell you why. The used vehicle we purchased is not the BMW, Ferrari, or Mercedes they normally sell. Even still, with a short notice we were coming to look, he did enough homework on this van to be able to demonstrate is features. He knew it's features, it's carfax, it's story, it's pluses and minuses. He answered each question being fired at him by 2 picky people. He was energetic. After the sale, he did not change. He was still on the job of that sale. He will not leave you to figure everything out after you say, we want it.
If he is a top salesperson at that company, I would not be surprised.
The van was not only what they presented it to be, but, I think in better condition than the promoted material. Then, it was detailed and ready when we got there. Add to that, they provide a lifetime warranty.
If I was ever to want a sports car, I would look at this dealership first.

Dealer got back to me the next day via e-mail which I had requested answering all my questions I had asked about the vehicle. Dealer also followed up with a phone message a few days later asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. I'm shopping around still and in no hurry to buy a vehicle. I would use this dealer again.

Everything worked out great!! I ended up purchasing the 2011 Lexus IS250C with less miles they had on their lot.
Dennis was great to work with .
The car had a lot of touch up paint all over it, no manual, no
navigation cd, no tool kit, no floor mats, no first aid kit.Passenger
glass scratch, also moon roof glass as well!! The interior was in
very good shape but needed extensive cleaning and sanitizing. I
should have gotten a better deal, no price adjustment. The car was
listed at fair market value. The only reason I bought the car was
because they offered life time power train warranty, as long as I
owned the car. Warranty no transferable. Needles to say, I need a
paint job.

I mad an appt to see this car the day
before I would go see it. I was emailed in
the morning to come on up and a sales
person (name withheld) would help me
with the car. The dealership is 45 mins
away with no traffic. I'm half way there
and they call me and tell me that
someone took the car home and it wasn't
available to see. They called me two
hours later to see if I wanted to come see
it the next day that it "should" be there. I
did receive prompt calls and emails
initially.

Customer service needs a lot of work in order
to be great. I inquired about a vehicle, filled out
the financing form and never heard from them.
Then I get a random email with the sales
associate speaking as if we have never spoken
before. I emailed him saying I already inquired
about the vehicle and filled out the finance
form I was told he would call me back. I never
received a call back. At this point if I get a call
back and approved for the loan I will have to
pass on the vehicle and purchase elsewhere. If
this is the service I get when I haven't even
bought the car yet I wonder what would be in
store after I buy the car.

It turned out to be a bad experience that isn't over with yet. I was dinged for an Carfax odometer notice that clearly showed that a service tech entered it wrong in the service area. I found damage to the unit after arriving home, and I felt that my integraty was questioned by the sales manager (if I hadn't taken a pic on the showroom floor that showed it he probably wouldn't have done anything to correct.
