After they added all the fees (several added fees) and taxes the price was 37,000.00 not anywhere close to the listed price online, don't waste your time
Truck was supposed to have bumper damaged fixed before I came in to see it. They called me and told me everything had been fixed. I drive 40 minutes to see it, and none of the damage had been fixed. Then, we talked price so I could figure out if I was wasting my time. Asking price was $43,499. The OTD price they showed me was $52,500. That’s over $6k in fees if you subtract out the tax, title, and license. They told me that’s how they make their profit, by gouging people with fees when they show up to buy a vehicle at the asking price. Would never do business with this dealer.

Carlos has no idea about the 3 cars she showed me. I asked a ton of questions and he had no answers. Kept answering the phone while on the test drive. Had the audacity to tell me I had to cut my test drives short bc someone else wants to drive this car.
A salesman left a message. I called him back and hour later. He never called back. Someone else from the dealership emailed and said they would get of hold of me, but never did.

Out the door price is between +$6000 and +$7000 more
than the price you see in the list. So I wanted to purchase
their 2022 Tesla Model 3. The price in CarGurus was
about $30,000. When I asked for the final bill to proceed
with payment, I got the bill of more than $37,000. And it
seems to me that it is all mendatory. I have decided to
buy from official Tesla website because of this
dealership. I cannot recommend when there are too
many hidden fees.

Internet price was not the price they charged. They added window tinting and customer care package without my consent. I complained and they charged me about half of the extras. About 2k over internet price. Deceptive marketing practices

Awful experience. Probably the only negative review I have given for something in 5 years. Absolutely awful place. Shady, manipulative, lies, terrible customer service. The dealer sold the car I already committed to (three times—Tues said would like to purchase it in a text, Wed again via phone call with salesman, and Friday morning at 10 am I very officially confirmed purchase and was told to purchase insurance and plan pickup, which I was literally in the process of doing—literally BUYING insurance—when the salesman texted me that it just sold. He then tried to blame me for not being “in” the dealership and waiting until two days ago to fill out their application (again, already had financing but they wanted to make their extra money on financing so had to fill out theirs, and the car didn’t sell in THOSE two days, rather two hours after I literally “purchased” it). To make it worse, no remorse or effort to make up for it. Would never use this dealership again.
Would not recommend this dealer. To many hidden
fees they donât tell you about. I already had an
approval with the bank I wanted to use but they still
ran my credit and then lied to me telling me my
bank denied me. I had to have my bank contact
their finance manager. They were not eager to help
me make a purchase, they tried to force me to add
on a family finance plan for 3,000. When I refused
the plan they did not want to sell me the car. After
calling the next day to talk to the manager, the
manager informed me that they would lose a sale
over the family finance plan, but they already did.
Awful experience. They have no respect when it
comes to respecting the customers time.
The dealership did not honor the price advertised on Car Gurus. They forced a extended warranty into my contract even though I declined. The sales associates were professional but they brought me the car on an empty tank. The indicator started going off right away. They should have made me aware the tank was empty. I barely made it to the nearest gas station. Their excuse was, they only give full tanks when you purchase a NEW vehicle. SMH

I did not but the car, but Rob did try hard.
The told me they were taking a soft credit check to check eligibility. Within minutes credit karma notified me that they’ve done 9 hard inquires on my credit report. They lied!!! Then on seeing my eligibility decided to charge me on invoice 799 for window tinting and 3000 protective service that they claimed they did when car was added to their stock and conveniently not added to the asking price displayed. In reality the x3 was not $30250 it was more of $34000. Total rip off. Include that in sticker price if it was done prior to me inquiring about car. So now I have 9 hard inquiries for an x3 that I would have not entertained if I knew it was 34000.

I reached out about a vehicle on their lot and
they were responsive and even sent a video of
the car to verify it was on the lot. We didnât
purchase because of sticker shock once
everything was on paper. Be aware there are
outrageous fees added into the price work up
which shocked us.

The online was price was 22,500,when we got there
made a trade in deal , the new price was 23,800 or so
made the sales guy aware of that. We thought they
honored online price after we made them aware of that
and looking at the contract they didn't change the price
shady tactics. Don't care about customers just making

Don’t waste your time… 3k hidden fees, found the car on the website, called to ask if is available, and the answer is YES. I drove for 1hs to see the car and wasn’t there. Try offer another car, with a lot of hidden fees…
I’m so stupid and I return to the dealership 3 times because they called me saying they have a car I want there. BUT ALL IS A LIE! Never is there! PLUS 3k-4k hidden fees!

I totally understand why they have more one star ratings than 5 star ratings. I found a car that I liked I contacted the dealership they said great come on in. When I arrived they did not have the keys to the car that I wanted knowing that I was coming in. They said they would give me a killer deal on a new car I found one they had on cargurus That had been discounted on the Internet. The 1st price that came back with me was total list plus. The car that was on the Internet was $36750 The price they came back to me with was over $51000. This was after I traveled an hour and a 1/2 to get there just to get blown off. Bait and switch then screwed.
Read the reviews!! We were told the key fob for this car was “dead” so the car wouldn’t start, yet it somehow unlocked the door. Since the fob was dead, it had to be reprogrammed, which would take hours. BUT the new ones are “only $4k more”. It was more than double. My 22 year old son went in to look at, and possibly buy, this Jeep and was offered a lease on a new one. Buyer beware. This is a bait and switch. And if you call them on it, they will argue with you. Worst experience at a dealership I’ve ever had.

Read the reviews,, I didn't but should have. This is a trick they pull oftten. Don't pay attention to their stock, it's just click bait. They will tell you that the vehicle you're interested in is available in text and over the phone. When you get there "it was just sold but we have similar vehicles in the same price range" ( newer, more expensive, with a 10k markup). I will never go there again.

It is actually a great looking car. Just as shown in the pictures. However, selling price shown is way apart of the reality. Somehow added fees that are “mandatory” for car care or tune up, gets you from $12k dollar cash purchase to almost $19k final price. So if you are doing a long driving to see the car be aware.

After driving an hour they wanted to add 8,000 worth of fees for a 19,000 car... making you pay for what they fixed prior to selling it. Marking up EVERY SINGLE FEE. While we caught it the financial adviser said “you caught me” because he knew they were marked up. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Take your business elsewhere. I should have listened to the reviews.

Would not recommend! Had a salesperson give me an out the door price. Told him to remove unwanted service plan. He did, but then raised the sales price. I called him out on it and he said that was the best he could do that day. I purchased at another dealership.
I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I asked
specific questions to them and they blatantly lied and
then were condescending. I live 1.5 hours from
dealership so I requested a bottom line price with all fees
included. I requested this so I would not waste my time
or there time. I understand trade value may change but
wanted to get the price figuring no trade in and we could
negotiate from there. There actual price was
approximately $7,000 more than quoted. I have bought
many cars and this was by far the worst experience. I
understand price can fluctuate based on variables, but
they seem to pray on the weak. They even claimed to
"loose my keys" to my trade to try and trap me and my 2
year old son. Stay away!

Be careful! I reserved a car, set an appointment, received a welcome email from the GM, received an email confirming that the car was on hold, drove about 160 miles before I got a call that they were "very sorry" that their system failed. THEY SOLD THE CAR OUT FROM UNDER ME. The car is still up on the web. Don't trust them. Wouldn't drive 5 miles to do business them again. Its a large corporation without local care.

Horrible experience. Had a 7k markup on the vehicle trying to add “value” to the car. They ran my credit when I never gave permission and when I requested a call back on the matter I never heard from a manager. Save yourself the time and shop elsewhere

BEWARE the Fee's. 2995.00 on top of the price of the vehicle as a value package Fee. And Dealership Fee of 999.00 . They have a application for a trade value and they don't even use it the go Way below That number.

Dealership uses a trade in evaluation system that they don’t utilize in the actual deal. They offer less than the minimum value in the evaluation and aren’t willing to negotiate the price of their vehicles. It’s a take it or leave it business model that works for those that make an emotional decision versus a financial one. Don’t let the smell of the leather hook you into a poor decision.

Dealership made me drive all the way to their shop to then tell me the car was sold. They was trying to get me into a car I didn't want. Then I found a car that I could see myself in. They told me NO. They told me I would get another opportunity to view more used cars the following week but, They never called me back. I have been trying to contact this dealership to purchase a used truck but they don't have any time to help anyone because their main focus is their walk ins after they told me they do everything by appointment only.

We ended up buying the vehicle but just realize the price they advertise cannot be purchased for the amount they are advertising. They have a $1,000 conditioning fee, a $1,000 trade in requirement, $1,000 financing fee and a $999 dealer fee. Sales people were nice but just realize there is no chance you are buying from this dealership at their advertised price. They will say it is in the fine print to justify the cost.

It was okay, but going in the price changed drastically and mileage was wrong and
insurance broker lady completely lied to me when trying to "save me money"..
More like she just wanted her commission and so she "saved me money" by
changing my insurance to farmers, but she said all my coverage she kept the
same... Which was a lie, she changed a few things and took off certain things like
uninsured motorist and lowered my property damage to only $10,000... Also,
dealership ended up doing THREE HARD INQUIRIES on my credit. Why they
needed to do that many, is way beyond me. I am completely mad about it. Other
than that, all went well.
Went in for this vehicle advertised for 17991, offered the salesman 16000 plus tax and registration, he went away and came back with a manager who had a proposal for the vehicle at 17991 (advertised price) plus 1000 for trade help, 1000 for financing help, 1200 for prep fee and 995 dealer fee plus the sales tax and registration fees for a total of over $24000 for an $18000 dollar advertised vehicle and told me to sign it and they would get me out the door, well I went out the door but without a vehicle.
They only want to sell you a vehicle if you have a trade in and finance through them, I was trying to pay cash.

They tried to convince me to buy a NEWER $15,000 vehicle without a co-signer. I was't comfortable being stretched outside my BUDGET, SOooo......

Vehicles touch screen was inoperable when we arrived for test drive/purchase. We were advised that the vehicle would be taken to the Cadillac dealership for repair. This did not happen. They called and stated they would not have the car repaired unless I guaranteed that we would purchase the vehicle with a down-payment. I emailed the GM my concerns and never heard back. This is why consumers HATE car dealerships. The car should have been 100% operational. I was planning on purchasing this vehicle that day and even had it insured before we left for the dealership. It's a shame
Though my salesman was great, the deal they offered was definitely not. They advertise a very competitive price for their car which brings you into the dealership. But then they had extra fees like a reconditioning fee and “no finance assistance “ fee which adds thousands of dollars to the advertised price. I quickly walked away.

My wife and I tried on three different occasions to do business with this dealer, first with Dominik Kazmar who did not know how to work with us and called his manager Westly Guzman who tried to confuse my wife and I with extra fees, therefore affecting the purchase of the truck. We decided to leave without making a deal, the next day another seller contact me Gabriel Freire, who said one thing on the phone and when I went back to the dealer for the 2nd time he changed everything, he even showed me a document with numbers and when i ask him he said not to look at numbers above, which made me understand that he was trying to trick me with the numbers and decided to leave, the next day I received another call from another seller, my wife spoke with him and numerous time said he will like to help us buy the vehicle but he just repeated the same information that the others did. Do your proper research before visiting this place, they will put fees in you purchase and make it seem normal.
It started off good until I got to the dealership. The person I had been talking to on the phone was busy so they gave me another sales rep, who had a serious listening problem when it came to what I was looking for. They immediately told me that the sale price listed on Car Gurus didn't include another $2,000 in bogus fees they somehow failed to include in the add. Then when I insisted on test driving that vehicle they came back amd said it was sold that day. Strange because I drove 4 hours through rush hour to see the truck and no one seemed to have enough respect to let me know this important information? They then tried to push me into a brand new truck, albeit a rear wheel drivetrain. Not what I was looking for. They then tried to question me on why I needed a 4x4 and that I should spend more money than what my budget entailed. It was so frustrating. I just walked out. Come to find out that the truck I wanted was actually still there and they completely lied to me.

Good price and accomodating staff...bought the car!
The car I have been given an appointment for was not there. They said it had problems and will be sold at an auction after I drove there. They tried to sell me other cars without knowing my criterias. They are polite but aggressive in terms of sales. One word of advise if they are reading this. You need to be honest and transparent if you want to be a good salesman.

Drove all the way to check out this car and it was not as listed and what salesman told me in our texts back and forth and through his video. He told me the car had everything I requested in my text message. Get there and it wasn't even close. BUT Jennilee Esteve and John Labate made up for the misinformation from their other salesman. Unfortunately I walked away without purchasing. I would really like to do business with Jennilee in the future. She was very caring, prompt, listened to me, very understanding of my needs and was not pushy. John had presented some interesting offers to me but it was not quite enough to make the sale.

They did a great job considering they weren’t familiar with the car and the fact that they had just gotten the trade in. It was located in the service department. If I had one criticism it would be not to advertise it until it comes out of the shop. I drove an hour and wasn’t able to test drive it. However, I was able to see how the previous owner had taken care of it which perhaps was more revealing.

warranty, from Central Florida CDJR, because of our experience.

After having a problem with their salespeople calling me back I finally was able to talk to
someone who was willing to deal with me. Once the purchase price was agreed on I was
e-mailed a buyers order and the personal service by Javier Atencio when I went to the
dealership made up for the aggravation. They do need to learn how to detail their vehicles
a little better though.

The sale person who took me on the road was super nice, I don’t remember his name though. However prices end up way more then they are listed. If you don’t finance thru their banks expect an additional $2000 added to the price before taxes/tags/registration. There was also no wiggle room in the price even tho the vehicle I was looking at had been sitting there almost a year and clearly had damage that was never reported as an accident on the car fax. I personally found a newer year with less mileage cheaper in Jersey so I recommend doing your research.

I had a problem with some very rude people here. And they charge an 800.00 dealer fee! You're going to over charge me for a car, under pay me for a trade, and then hit me with 800.00 bs? No thank you. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is bc they have a nice inventory, we were happy with the service department 1 time, and the head sales manager called me back to hear my complaint. My experience may have been isolated but it was enough to make me uncomfortable to do business with them. Approach with caution
