I had financing in place prior to going. I was upset that the dealership pulled my credit report trying to upsale my bank. I let the finance manager know my disappointment.

Great experience. I was treated as though I was the only customer. The car was placed on hold with a deposit, I was able to have time to observe the car and speak wih the business/accounting department thoroughly. I was offered an extended warranty at a reasonable price once the car was purchased. The car was delivered to my door on the day of my choice. Neither party in the transaction was disappointed.

Because I purchased from a Ford dealer, they couldn’t tell me too much about the Honda. I basically had to learn how to work the car myself. Steve was fantastic!

Truck was not at the dealership when I went to look at it. My trade was not valued at what I felt it needed to be. Basically said we are too far apart and didn’t even try to sell me a truck.

Cella just sent a stock email and did not respond to my specific questions. None of these dealerships respond directly to specific questions...they just send out a robo message and make you resend your questions...getting tired of this kind of treatment by companies.

They contacted me quickly. There was no photo of the truck so I was unable to see details and after speaking with them it was not what I was looking for,but they were very nice and helpful.

Did not have a good experience, talked to the salesman for majority of the morning and he stated he had the car pulled around waiting for me and upon getting there it was not, then the price was uped from original quote after driving an hour, then the car was damaged with cracks in the windshield and front end. It was overall not a good experience and would not go back...ever

I called immediately after the car was posted, ( before the weekend) and I was told the car was not ready, then told it was going to be ready by Tuesday. Then called and told there was a lot of interest come right now on Monday. I had my son and his family at lunch when I was called. And said I cannot come right now. I arranged My financing but when I called she said someone else had put a deposit . She never told me I could put a deposit although I called first, several days before and she put me off. Very unpleasant experience which felt underhanded. It was disappointing.
