Typical shady dealership. Made me drive 80 miles for a better deal and end up increasing the price by $1500. Avoid them at any cost especially if you are driving long distance. The vehicle was dirty as well. Don't trust their online bait prices.

Contacted Cavender Auto Country just before Christmas. They replyed back to me within hours. Sales staff provided all the information I asked for regarding the CX40 That I was interested in. I am still working off the Holiday Turkey and considering the XC40 as my next purchase. I am still in contact with the very helpful folks at Cavender.

I gave Ms Bacon a couple of opportunities to answer just one question; does the Compass Trailhawk have an Active Drive II transmission. She finally responded that it did, but, I know now that it does not. I explained that telling me that she did not know would have gone a lot farther than telling a lie.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience. I received a quote for my trade through email and when I showed up the new car was waiting for me. Once the paperwork was done, Scott showed me all the features of the Encore. This was probably the easiest experience I've had buying a car.

He even brought the Tahoe inside from the rain to take additional photos for me and stayed in constant contact with me for whatever I needed or wanted to see. His name was Keith.
