Guy was too busy told me he would call me back after he lft DMV and never did

EssQuick responses from dealer to my interest in car I ended up purchasing. He walked me through process step by step. Personable. No pressure.

I was contacted immediately by one of their sales representatives who was very straightforward, knowledgeable and professional. I was given all the information needed concerning the vehicle inside and out. He also recommended different types of vehicles that were similar to the one that I was interested in as a comparison. Overall the experience was definitely a positive one.

I test drove this vehicle the other day and glad I did…when changing gears the car jumped which was unusual.. most definitely a transmission problem. Also, the car has a rough vibration when starting up and pulling off, would not recommend buying this car!

I wish I could give lower than that I wanted to make a purchase was approved for that purchase drive 4 hrs to not even meet the salesman name of Joe who even texted me on his days off about purchasing the vehicle I think I overheard him speaking about how many times I called as if he didn’t know how long of a drive I had and I was not going not to drive off the lot with SOMETHING. He knew I was coming that day as I spoke with him. Long story short Joe was rude unprofessional he never came out to speak or even acknowledge me and my family, but stayed blowing my line up for the vehicle still cant put a face with Joe Id save time, money and text non stop with the anonymous “Joe”

The dealer communicated with me via text, email and phone, I'm appreciative for their communication.

Was told the car was sold, but I spoke to someone who said it was just being repaired. Lots of good vehicles on the lot, but too many of what I was looking for, weren't ready to be sold. Said he would keep me updated, haven't heard from them since.

The car I purchased was not properly inspected. They kept resetting the tire monitoring system instead of checking the tire pressure, which was low in all of the tires and one tire had a nail in it. I wouldn't take a vehicle there for an inspection EVER, after how they "inspected " the vehicle that I purchased.

Personable, felt no pressure, he said he has fixed 1 item and arranged for us to get a second key at a VERY reasonable price (I know because I had to replace a Volvo key for my other car). We are buying and picking it up tomorrow.

The salesman that finally reached back out to me was really nice, but they're not willing to work with customers on pricing - particularly cash deals. I had my own financing and submitted a cash offer for a particular vehicle, but they wouldn't budge at all from their asking price. I wouldn't recommend.

Joe is the man Very professional and knowledgeable.

Very easy and friendly buyinig experience, they responded quickly to a texted inquiry. Upon research I found that prices listed online were close to market prices, and only a single added doc fee upon purchase. Both people I dealt with were straightforward and low pressure in their approach, and were helpful in arranging financing. I recommend this business as a good one to do business with.

The dealer finally adknowledged my finance rate approval had dropped 10% (YES 10 %) after I contacted the lender on my own. But somehow, the final numbers were the SAME monthly payment that I was given (in writing) at the inflated finance rate,and DOUBLE the cash down payment!! Wow. Nope.

Worst experience. None of the cars on lot have prices. Lots of dents and scratches on the two vehicles I was interested in. Vehicles over priced. Saleman told me that one of the vehicles I was inquiring about was not ready but has been on site for at least 1 month. I had cash to pay for car but dealer was not interested in negotiations. Dealer fees were $499 which is high for a used car dealership and not including taxes and tag. Never will buy a car from them.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. It didn't work out for me but I definitely recommend them.

I found the right car for the right price. Unfortunately after I purchased the car there was not a lot of cooperation assisting me afterwards. I have had troubles with my insurance due to miscommunication between the broker and dealership. There were promises made about fixing the some problems on the car car that were not seen through. I notified them numerous times that I was going to pick up the car and I needed it to be ready, but it was not. Maybe it was because this is my first car that I purchased, but I had a very unpleasant experience and customer service with this dealership. Do not be fooled by this dealerships good reviews as I was.

What a great experience! This dealership went above and beyond to meet with me on my schedule after hours. The vehicle was all that was advertised and in far better condition than all others of the same year model I had viewed at other dealerships. They were very open and honest, and the transaction took very little time. Not only do I recommend this dealership, but I will check here again when I go to make my next purchase.
