They don’t haggle! No negotiating on price
whatsoever. They only go by their computer
model price. Period. We went back and forth
for over a week. They said a cash sale didn’t
matter to them as far as price so I offered to
finance and I would pay off my loan in 3
months so the dealer could get the
commission on the loan still no reduction in
price. The general manager of sales FINALLY
offered me and another person bidding on the
car $500 off full sticker price; I refused. It is a
2022 Camaro 2SS. That’s a 3 year old car, it’s
not worth 52000. My starting offer was 47k,
cash but they NEVER countered, until days
later with 500 bucks?! Ridiculous.

I went to the dealership with back check in hand to purchase Model X. I placed a $1k deposit also. I arrived after driving 2 hrs and the sales person was rude and very unprofessional. He knew I was traveling from 2 hrs away and the vehicle had only half of a charge. I refused to give them my business and left with my check in hand.

Flew out to NC to buy thus vehicle: all the paperwork was done. We just had to test drive it to make sure. I was told it is in “pristine” condition. Test drove it and car made awful noise and was told it was an issue they never got around to fixing it and were aware of it. I had to waste even more money to return back home. Awful experience and awful dealership.

Wish I could have just had it delivered instead of driving 3 hours one way salesman was nice the truck is great although it doesn’t have heat I had to take it to ford the day I got it but other than that super clean truck runs and drives great only reason for not giving a 5 star is because when I asked about having it delivered it seemed like a big deal turned out to be like $250-$500 which I would have gladly paid

I made an inquiry. They responded in a timely manner. Vehicle priced too high.
The initial process went well, the salesperson was friendly. After driving the vehicle I asked if it was ok to bring the 4Runner to my mechanic. Salesperson was perfectly comfortable with letting me take it for an extended test drive so my mechanic could take a look at it. Was assured that the car despite having had a few accidents was structurally fine, otherwise they wouldn’t be selling it on their lot.
Mechanic found that the frame was bent, and rust was evident and would be an issue in the future. He also said the sound the transmission was making probably meant there would be issues in the future. Was told NOT to buy truck unless it was being sold at half the listed price. So much for honesty when it comes to car dealers. Very disappointed.

Fast response but wouldn't recommend them for buying cars. Never really got direct answers when asking about price negotiable. For example what the price difference if I finance or buy vehicle cash.

We started the deal . i put down 5% deposit. Got the paperwork on
Thursday to then get them the Check and signed information. They sold it
on Sunday, which they do not have regular hours. So the experience was
not that good. they sold the car that we thought was a done deal and GM
did not even have the dignity to call me and explain why. I get a Text with
message and pick saying we refunded your deposit. Issue is trying to get the
CASH deal together, i lost money starting the process.
This was a great experience with a dealership ! The salesman Grayson
was the best ! He was very informative on the vehicle and willing to help
us any way he could. We bought the Tundra from him and are loving it !
My husband is enjoying his new truck very much! We definitely
recommend this dealership and Grayson!! Should we need another
vehicle in the future this is where we will go FIRST !!!!!!

Very fast and responsive. I have been in contact with Richard and he has been like a long time friend just a call away. He even picks up on his day off an answers my questions. Me and my father went and test drove the truck I was looking at. It was no hassle, we talked numbers, I was already approved through a finance company but couldn't get enough to match the price of the vehicle I wanted. Richard said hang on a sec I got you. He comes back with a better deal and I am expected to pick up my truck on Friday. My Dad even got to talking to Richards boss not sure what his name was but seem to be either the owner or manager of the place. Very nice young gentleman he an my dad talked about fitness an health while waiting on me. It was a very nice experience since this was my first time purchasing a newer vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership! They have a wide variety of inventory!

Gr8t customer service. Unfortunately, I did not make a purchase.
Dealer had a 9000 mile ram 3500 dually for super
cheap. It had back up sensors which I really felt I
needed and other amenities. In the time it took to drive
there, they changed the car guru ad to that of a stock
ram 3500 with no back up collision sensors or
Bluetooth. Truck was a good deal, but they were
dishonest. Two employees eye balled each other as if
saying, "oh crap, they got us". A good deal on a barely
used truck is always worth investigating but use caution
if driving long distance to go here.

I worked with Donnie Pack. 90% of the transaction was done over the
phone. I flew into Charlotte, they picked me up at the airport and drove
me to the Lincolnton location. The paperwork took about 45 minutes to
complete, the mechanic reset the oil life setting, and the car was ready to
go. Car perfectly detailed and as advertised. The dealership personnel
were all professional, friendly and accommodating. Their inventory is very
impressive. The sales price was very fair and I am completely satisfied
with my experience with Carolina Auto Direct. But for the fact that I live
in New Jersey, I would be a repeat customer based on my experience with
C.A.D.

They were extremely helpful. We did not purchase a car from them as we happened to find one elsewhere that more closely matched our search for a used car, however, Carolina Auto Direct was very courteous, helpful, and professional. I will definitely keep them in mind for future needs.

arranged a time to take my wife for a test drive and felt no pressure to make
a quick purchase. These guys are super friendly and very low pressure. We
didn't buy a car from them but they still took the time to talk with us and
provide tips for buying in the future. I would definitely recommend shoping

The process was pretty painless and the personnel were all very friendly and easy to work with. I was disappointed that there was only one key (not a rare occurrence, not one that is necessarily the dealer's fault) and the that one fob, looked like somebody beat it with a hammer (disappointing in a 1 yr old car, but again not really the dealer's fault). There was no owner's manual which on a modern car with all its electronics is a big deal (but again, most likely not the dealer's fault and something I could have/should have checked). These are things that I would expect of a car that was several years old, but not one that is only a year old (and as such should have perhaps been disclosed) . Thus 4 stars. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend Carolina Auto Direct to others.

They will try to rip you off. They did not
tell me about some issues with the car
until I took it to an auto mechanic. Some
of the staff can be rude and disrespectful.
Stay away from them, and go with more
honest dealerships. I almost bought the
car until I found out they were lying, and
then proceeded to be rude.

I clicked on excellent- and the 4 stars shows Dealer never responded- that is incorrect- nice place to buy a car- they took car of the minor items and followed up promptly on all requests- I would recommend
They were AWESOME!!! Such nice folks up there. I had to drive an hour to go see the car, but it was worth it. Not pushy or "salesy" at all. They let me take it for a 20 min joy ride by myself. I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. However the Dealer experience was very good. I had two interactions with them at the dealership and many phone calls. They responded well, answered all the questions I had, and followed up in a timely manner with everything. As a dealership I give them 5 Stars for service, they were great in every respect.I did not purchase the vehicle because had some tire balance issues, which they were to address, but the car sold before I could travel back to purchase it.

When we took the car ( consignment car
on lot ) to be inspected before buying, it
was not what dealership advertised and
other expensive details were found.
Dealership should have had looked at
the car before advertising and disclosed
up front all issues. Waisted time, be
cautious! :(
Overall I had a Great Experience with Carolina Direct. The car was
in great condition.. There were minor concerns which were resolved

Direct for a great experience. I would recommend and do business
again with you guys. I'm loving my 2001 MR2 Spyder.
Since I had been pre approved on the
dealer website for the loan amount of
the car, the deal was short and sweet.
When I arrived at Carolina Auto Direct,
they were waiting for me, and the entire
affair took less than 30 minutes, not
counting the test drive. They had a
number of great looking cars and trucks
on the lot. I would definitely look at
these guys again when the time comes.

welcome me, i had to go inside to get help and both salesmen
where at there desk doing nothing, no customer or anything. got a
very cold welcome like I was bothering their day by being there.

Beware!! very, very, rude salesman,once he noticed that I suspected vehicle was not what they advertized. Car fax stated no accident but it definitely had signs of accident that we could clearly see. Big discrepancy on actual Mileage on vehicle and car fax. Cover up the rust w/Fresh paint underneath to block off showing rust. I do not trust this dealership or their car fax. Make sure to take auto mechanic w/you or stay clear away from this dealership before you get into a major heartache & expense.

Establishment was very clean and well organized with a comfortable, relaxing environment. Unlike popular dealerships I wasn't "ambushed" by a salesman after I pulled into the lot! Great work!
