truck had a problem the dealership wasnt aware of. In spite of that they offered to work with me up to actually giving me my money back if necessary. It wasn't, the issue was resolved....but they offered. And that meant a lot.

Orlando and Samantha are a solid car selling team! Samantha sent me the Carfax within minutes of calling about a 2013 Honda they had on their lot. She guaranteed an offer would be made on the trade of my '09 Acura when I arrived. With about an hour commute to Ellenwood, this was key to me knowing the drive was worth it. After a test drive, and OBD scan, the Honda seemed ready to go but I was concerned after the scan reported it wasn't Emissions ready. Regardless, Orlando gave me a promise they would take care of any issues that could arise. Purchase process, Appraisal of trade and Securing financing was smooth and simple. The true test of their customer service came after the CEL came on after driving 130 miles. A quick call relaying the error code and Orlando had the part ordered and service appointment scheduled at no additional cost the following weekend! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

They had a great car for a great price but it suddenly wasn't available the day before I was scheduled to see it with my mechanic. We had just confirmed I was coming late the day before. I'd spoken to the said representative who said it was still available. Less than 2 hours later, after I'd arranged for my mechanic and I to go, it was "sold." Oddly, it remained listed for sale. I guess it takes time to remove an ad.
09' Honda Civic was broken into and ignition area is busted on too if where you insert the key. Price is WAY too high! ABS light is on but not specifically for the brake system. We took it to Autozone. Someone stuck a sticky cover over the dash board. Driver side sunviser is missing and passenger side wont stay up. BRAKES AND ROTORS DESPERATELY NEED TO BE REPLACED. As we pulled up they were cleaning it. So that indicated it has been sitting.

Typical used car salesmen. They paint most of the the cars they get. Orlando wasn’t very helpful and he tried telling me KBB isn’t up to date on their market values. I wonder why banks base car loans on what KBB says if they’re so behind.

Hi Jack, KBB is consumer guide, it does not dictate the current market price of a giving vehicle in today's market, years ago it did, now, not so much. With multiple website all showing a different value for the vehicle, which one do you choose to determine the best purchase price (CarGurus, CarFax, KBB, Edmunds, Autotrader etc). KBB also lists vehicles for sale for dealerships below the pricing tool (Which are almost alway about the KBB Value). The most outstanding thing about Carmazen is their website. They clearly put a lot of money and effort into
that. Unfortunately, several of the cars that we looked into there came from either South Florida or the Houston
area. And the corrosive environment in those areas really showed in the cars. That certainly explains the
otherwise attractive prices. We did find one vehicle there that was not from a corrosive environment and it's
non-negotiable price was 2.5 times the price suggested by KBB or Edmunds.

The salesman Orlando was on point, he went over and beyond to make sure the deal stands on what was agreed on... He was very helpful with the little hiccups that popped up.. He tried to make sure all that I would have to do is come in test drive they car i wanted and then sign my paperwork and off with my new car... Thanks for the wonderful buying experience... Would recommend them to everyone i come in contact with..

Very strange. made a deal on car as was presented, then the dealer sent me pictures of the car showing terrible
paint damage which of course killed my interest. Very strange. The pictures were obviously not the same car.we
made a deal on. Would not recommend this dealer.

Hi Jeffrey, thank you for the feedback. The pictures were of the same vehicle. The purpose of us sending you the close up pictures of the faded/damaged paint areas on the vehicle was to be transparent (Very difficult to see in pictures on a white vehicle). We did not want you to make a 3 hour drive expecting the vehicle to be perfect. No deal was made at the time the pictures were sent.

Manager didnt want to give me time if day. Didn't make eye contact with me, didn't engage in conversation, didn't seem interested in selling vehicle to me. Would not recommend to anyone.

Other then the long process overall it was good experience they offered us coffee and water. The main thing the truck has been awesome so far in good shape no issues other then an coolant cap they replaced but no major complaints they was friendly and nice but I will send friends or family because they work with you even with low credit score to rebuild they give u a second shot at life
Contacted us back the first time but not the second time. Very helpful
and informative. We did not buy the car because although it was in very
good mechanical shape it was too dirty inside leather was torn and a
few things were broken in the car that we did not see in the pictures.
But they did let us know if we bought it they would clean whatever we
asked and try to fix a few things. The sales people gave us all the info
we needed as and was able to answer all questions we asked.

I called the dealership and the woman I spoke with was nice enough on the phone. The vehicle that I was interested in it was listed on the CarGurus site is âgood
dealâ but after additional research on sites like kbb.com I determined that was not the case. I asked the woman on the phone if they were going to be flexible with
the price. The dealership told me that they will not be flexible with the price and they thought it was fair. Being the vehicle was listed $2,500 over fair market value
our conversation ended on the phone, even though I received a text soon there after.

Car was Great,Except for Drivers Seat,Worst one I have seen,for Only 77,000 mls.Looked like a Seat that Had ,250-300,000 mls.& dealer Said he Could have an Uphostrey shop repair or recover it ,But @ My Cost.& doc.fee was Excessive for a 19 year old used car.If I have to Pay $8400,Inclusive of All fees for a 2002 Car,Drivers Seat Should Not Be A Disaster.
