They offer No financing, however they accept applications on their website for financing. I filled out an application and then had to call in a few days later for them to tell me they don't actually do financing.
It seems pretty shady when I spoke to the gentleman he said due to the way that website was formatted or made it would cost him $100,000 extra to not include that finance application section , but insured me they delete the information however it leaves me skeptical on the overall feeling of doing business.

I was contacted by Paul.... the car I wanted was sold but he told me about another car so I plan to visit and see that one...people are nice
I had called this dealer to check the status of a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek as advertised on CarGurus. I was
contacted by Paul promptly at the dealerships opening the following morning. My wife and I met with Paul later
that day for a test drive. We took the car out for a drive and everything worked out wonderfully. We went back
to the office and spoke with Paul about purchasing the car. Paul was great and even took our car as a trade in.
We went back the following day and met with Ryan, who was also wonderful, for the vehicle pick up. All in all, it
was a very good experience purchasing this car from Carbidz, we will definitely return for all of our vehicle

Paul got back to me right away but the vehicle had a shaking sound in the engine that Paul try to tell me that was normal for Ford Focus which
I do not agree with. Looked up under the hood and the engine was shaking so bad I thought it was jumping out of the car. Thanks but no

I called Paul to check that the car was still available, made an appointment to come see it the same week. I was able to test drive the car as well as bring it to a mechanic for inspection prior to buying. When the inspection checked out, Paul gave me a suggestion for a financing company. The price of the car was fair, overall great condition and would pass state inspection. I would recommend this dealer.

After calling Paul to confirm availability of a vehicle on his lot, I drove from an hour away to come have a look. Upon arrival Paul handed me the keys and said go have a look and let me know if you wanna take it for a test drive, which kind of socked because I had some questions but he insisted that he had to take some photos of new cars that he had just received. Long story short, I went to the vehicle and tried unlocking it and both key fobs were busted, there were several rips tears and other cosmetic issues that were not in the pictures (the pictures were of a different vehicle clearly), AND to top it off the vehicle would start because it had a dead battery. I told Paul of my findings to which his response was "what'd ypu expect, your looking at used cars? I can jump it for you." This dealership is a classic example of a place that buys junk cars from low end auctions and puts them out for sale as is. Stay away!

Robert, you are right for being unhappy, driving any distance to see a car and then it has a dead battery is disappointing and frankly should not happen. And I apologize. Research has found consumers prefer to look at the vehicles without a salesperson beside them hovering and watching...we even take it a step further and actually allow unaccompanied test drives. I am always available to help answer questions, print vehicle history reports and always have the CarFax available for our guests see.

I contacted carbidz and they got back to me right away. I went and test drove the car and loved it so I put a deposit down on it. They allowed me to pick up the car and drive it to my mechanic to have it looked at before i bought it. I came back to pick it up and Paul put together all the paperwork and got everything ready for me. I was at the DMV for maybe 20 minutes. I’ve never bought a car before but that had to be the easiest thing I’ve ever had to do and Paul was a tremendous help. I am so in love with my car I would do that experience ten times over!

I enquired about a car via e-mail, and the reply came soon after.
I could make an appointment for looking/test driving the car right away.
I had a pleasure of getting to know Paul McDermott, the sales manager, who was
one of the most courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant person with a rock solid
personal integrity.
With Paul's help, I got to know the history of the car, got it pre-sales inspected at a
local garage, got the car's health report in quick succession.
When the time comes to look for another car, I would definitely want to do
business with Paul again.

Dealer called me promptly to confirm my interest. I expressed a joke to break the ice, nothing offensive. Dealer hung up on me! I called back because I can understand the misunderstanding, I may have seemed as if I wasn't interested and just goofing off. However, the dealer was very much dismissive to the idea of me rectifying the situation. Probably a Monday misunderstanding, but that in my opinion is a red flag.

Huge inventory...many fleet vehicles to choose
from. Although the car dealer was the only one
on the lot..he let me try whichever car I wanted
to try along with providing all the specs on all of
them on one of the computers they have set up
for buyers to look at they're cars...all they're cars
had correct autocheck report because i checked
many cars with Carfax and found they matched
in how well these cars were taken care of..the
Carfax will show all the actual repairs which on
most fleet vehicles are all reported..I went to see
a 2007 Avalon because i love the Avalon's they
have now ..they last forever..the dealer has a lot
of fleet vehicles...everyone I drove was super
clean and everything actually worked unlike the
dealer I bought my car from..I should have
bought the Impala but many cars there had too
many miles for me and were rental or fleet so it
made it difficult to take a car with that much
random use..Very pleasant dealer with a
huuuuge inventory..I would go back!

Found a great looking Chrysler 300 with just under 83,000 miles on it, priced at a very reasonable $6500. I really liked the look of a car, but was cautiously optimistic because I’d never seen any very cheap and this one seemed too good to be true. I decided it was worth the hour and 20 minute drive to look at. It was in much better shape than the pictures suggested, and I knew after I had looked it up and down and driven it that I had to get it. Put a $200 deposit down and bought it the following week, absolutely worth it. Very low pressure sales environment, Paul was incredibly easy to work with, Amy the receptionist was great. I was able to put my plates on the car and drive it home. I junked my old car through Everett‘s auto parts in Brockton and Paul had no issue with letting me leave the car there overnight until the tow driver was able to get it. Great people, great business, would definitely shop here again if I needed to.

Came to this dealer looking at this mazda and
there was an airbag light on and even the dealer
advised me not to buy it because I wouldn't be
able to pass inspection. He sat me down and
went through every car he had and if they had
anything wrong with them which they barely did.
Ended up leaving same day with a Volkswagen
Jetta and I couldn't of been more happy with my
experience. He's a really nice and patient guy.
This was my first car I bought on my own and he
was more than willing to walk me through each
step I had to do to register and steps with the
bank I had to do. I went with my girlfriend to buy
this car and we both agreed that in the future
when she's ready for a car she'll be coming back
here and when Im ready for a new car I definitely
will be coming back here

They were honest, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about them. They have great vehicles at amazing prices. I contacted them the Tuesday before Thanksgiving in the late afternoon, and I was at their place by Friday morning by 9:15am. I drove 3 hours to get a car from them, and it was worth every penny and every minute. The transaction could have been done in 30 minutes, but they were so friendly and professional that I stayed and talked with them for awhile. Dealing with them is like dealing with great friends and family in a professional setting. I can really go on and on about them, but I think everyone gets the point by now.
