They said it takes a month for the car to be removed from their website once it is sold. That should take less than a day.

I walked into the dealership and met with Dan who was very accommodating and told him about my interest in the advertised Range, he explained to me that they ensure that all their vehicles are checked and double checked before sale and that the vehicle was being double checked on that day. I made a deposit and returned two days later tested the vehicle and purchased it immediately. They satisfied all my concerns to the last minute detail.

I did a chat and phone call with a Sales Agent. I asked if there were any specific issues that I should
be aware of - Just a minor accident, no damage to the body. I arrive to the dealer and when the
Salesman got out the car, the smoke smelled car was horrific! Damage to the body was in the front,
the hood wouldn't open, the trunk mechanisms was broken, the blinker was shots, new tires needed.
The dealer wanted me to drive around the corner and come back, I took it for a drive for about 10
mins and that's when the noise of the vehicle came to light. I pointed these issues to the sales person
and he advised the person before me smoked in the care on their test drive. I explained to him the
stench in the car was from more than just one drive. It was a total waste of my time. Very
disappointed.

The "smoke" stench is understandable although we did not smell anything we have 2 auto detail professionals on site and offered to get it additionally detailed. As far as we remember you never took it on a test drive? Terrible. The "salesman" couldn't answer there are different sized tires on back(37") and front(35") and lied about the $4000 price INCREASE,when I asked ablut it. Vehicle smelled of cigarettes and wasn't even vacuumed or wiped down. Total scammers

I bought the SUV on a Saturday and the transmission was
shot by Monday. The vehicle was towed back to them
and they wanted me to pay 50% of the repairs. I was
clearly within the 72-hour period In which you can bring
the vehicle back and get your money fully refunded or for
them to completely get the vehicle roadworthy within 10
days. I'm extremely angry and disappointed in my car
buying experience with them. This happened a week ago
and they won't return my calls in regards to the
transmission being repaired... they have my car and my
money.

I was originally interested in the 2016 BMW 5 Series 528i xDrive, but I ended up finding a
black Lexus GS350 and took it for a test drive. The car rode smoothly and was exactly
what I wanted in a first car. All of the paperwork took some time to complete, but I ended
up only putting $1,000 and got the best deal for car insurance and was able to drive off
with the car after. Highly recommend this dealership.

& Cigarettes everywhere sloppy work place
They juiced up the down payment from 2k to 4K to pocket extra hidden fees that they won’t speak about when they figured out our income
The car cost 9k & my wife is Co signing
So between me & her our income is 120k annually
Score was low but go figure they wouldn’t approve because we did not go for the hike in down payment

Whatever the downpayment (and we always try to get our customers the lowest down payment as possible) we simply get the rest from the lenders. More down payment does not equal a higher price of the vehicle. I called to inquire about the car via telephone and they answered right away. I went in to see the car he let me test drive. I did the paper put a deposit on the car so they can hold it for me, I went back couple days later car was still there and ready to go. I had a smooth ride and I love my car very clean.

Dealer responded a week later to tell me the car was still available. He then emailed me two hours later to say I can come check it out. About twenty minutes later he told me there was a deposit on the vehicle... Unprofessional.

Hi we typically respond same or next day and if we do not receive a response back we try again a week later. Not too long after we told you that you can come see the car and it's still available, a different person came and saw the 07 BMW you were interested in and left a deposit. So that you do not waste your time and out of our decency we emailed you right away to let you know. Another person might have been appreciative as other dealers would have you come anyway without saying anything. Sorry for the trouble and hope you find what you're looking for.
The Prius Touring is the most expensive model for the year 2007-2009.
This is advertised as a Touring, but it's not.
A Touring has a larger spoiler, 7 spoke rims with larger tires, different rear
and front stabilizers and different rear shocks.
You'd only be able to tell from these pictures from the tires and spoilers.

The car that was posted online was a 2010 with cream interior, so when I went to go test drive the car he insisted that it was a 2011 with black interior until I showed him the ad which was a total different car

Confirmed over text the car was available in the evening (7p). Drove 3 hours to get the "sorry we sold it yesterday" excuse. The exact behavior that gives used car dealerships a bad rep.
