If you would come down to a KBB rated price. Include delivery, full tune up because of mileage and dp like 100 point inspection because of miles I'd be at the negotiating table today
That is a good lot to buy from for certain types of cars. A little higher miles, a little older, but in good condition. Looks like they have a good solution. It would be unrealistic to expect a transaction to go any smoother. Al was our sales person and I would recommend him as well. Probably hard to get a better deal

Called the dealership the night before and they told me that the vehicle was still available. Showed up the next day and they said the vehicle was sold and tried to sell me a vehicle that was wrecked. (not funny). I'll never go to or recommend them to anyone.

I had an exceptional experience from the time I arrived on a Saturday to look at the car until I came back the following Monday to purchase it. The salesman, Tank, and the Finance Manager, Bill, where extremely personal and helpful. They communicated everything to me clearly, so there were no misunderstandings. This was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had!

Great experience dealing with Car Sales Express. Very laid back and comfortable car store operation. No pressure or sales pitches. My main point of contact, Al was very nice and answered all the questions and concerns I had about this moderately priced older vehicle which fit my needs perfectly. He didn't try to upsell or anything out of the ordinary. Overall a very low threat, high-yield buying experience for me and I plan to consider Al and Car Sales Express for future vehicle purchases.

Car was not as described. Sales manager would rather stay in office than come out and meet with customer. I'd reccomend another dealership.
The dealer responded to my email. But never supplied info I requested. Agent kept telling me to call, I told them I would only text, no calls. My questions were for condition of vehicle, color and pictures. I replied twice asking for it. All their responses were the same - call us. No thank you.

The best car sales place I’ve found on car gurus. They let in touch with me for a week. I had made an appt and the salesperson was there. Showed me around and the car I was looking for. No pressure at all. I didn’t purchase the vehicle. No fault of the dealership. Another option presented itself. I will go back to this dealership in the future !!
Mary was very nice, however, when I went, she happen to be off. Her boss
directed me to a Nick, who was also nice. The truck turned out to not be a fit,
and he was starting to search for what they had, when their boss Ken
came back and tried to really push the original truck, which I kept
saying why not, and he kept pushing and pushing, so we finally said an
emphatic NO, and we left. Will not be back Mary and Nick gets 5 stars, Ken
gets a ZERO.

I asked about this truck as I did with many others. Instead of answering my questions I just got a phone number to call a salesman. No mention of which truck I had asked about and frankly I had forgotten exactly which one. Asking about so many trucks in so many places, It would have been nice if salesman would've referenced what truck . Just like this email did. Now I remember which truck not the questions but the truck, and I still like it. . In the future reference the truck, answer the questions, and then leave a contact number.

Sales rep was young not helpful at all, they sold the truck after setting up an apointment and I drove an hour plus away, no effort was given to call and when I got there he did not even know we had an appointment and then stated that it was probably an automatic response.

Spoke to a woman named Mary over the phone to try and get details about the car, she knew nothing. She doesn't know cars at all. She later then didn't respond to my emails for 3 days. And finally told me to drive (3 hours) to see the van and we could come to a price that we both agreed upon, after viewing the van and seeing the extensive work it needed, she wouldn't budge one dollar !!!! Shady and shiesty group! Not friendly either.

The car I drove 2 hours to check out was no where on
the lot . The dealership tried to pass off a completely
different vehicle as the one I came to see . It looked
similar but had different mileage a pin stripe down the
side and different interior. Also had an oil leak. Buyer
Beware of this dealership . Would never go back

Did not advise me that the vehicle was from Canada until we were very far along in the paperwork processing. They sell used cars from Canada that will have NO factory warranty! My vehicle turned out to be transferable. Otherwise it was a good experience.

They responded. I did end up purchasing a different truck from them. Issue was when we arrived the sales manager had taken it for a weekend camping trip and they could not contact him. We was told that was one of the perks for being a sales manager. To make it up they have offered free delivery, a full tank of gas and one free oil change. I'm still waiting to see truck before I sign off on it tho. Other than that, Ryan was very friendly considering the circumstances and manager was very professional explained everything in detail.

Everyone we dealt with was super nice . A great experience and an absolute pleasure to say the least. To say that we are happy with the deal and the dealings is an under statement..
