He answered all my questions, didn’t pressure me, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward.

Things started out rocky upon arrival. Car wasn’t ready parked behind four rows of cars in the back. Mo told me to give him some time and the car would be ready for a test drive. Another salesman Mario reassured me Mo would handle it and I would love the car. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he called me back as soon as I sat down to eat just down the street. Mo promised he would take care of me and I feel like he did. The car needed a few things which Car Lux took care of and delivered to my house three hours away. Over all I was satisfied with the service and treatment I received from Mo and the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend Mo even Mario if you speak Spanish.

I set an appointment but the salesman was a no show. A different salesman took over and was helpful. The vehicle was not ready, it was buried in the back of the lot with other cars and took some time to get it out for a test. The vehicle quality was as advertised. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to an agreement on price. Make sure to ask about any dealer add ons. Also, the location is in a pretty rough neighborhood in Los Angeles and parking is difficult. Don't leave anything in your car and lock the doors.

When I called I was met with confusion and no clear answers, I was told that they didn’t have that vehicle on the lot, then I received a text message asking if I was still interested in that vehicle with a link to view it, upon clicking the link I was taken to a completely different vehicle. Please everyone do NOT go to that dealership, they are very very dishonest! First of the wrap was already installed and a rep told me that they had to pay someone to add the wrap for 3k but it was not true.
Second the car was NEVER inspected, neither no oil change, the engine was filthy, the back boot inside was falling apart. Dealership? Don't buy from them ever!! You'll have a lot of problems w a car if you ever buy. They do not care for customers, only money that's all

The pictures on the website are not the car that I saw the pictures on the website showed it in pristine condition when I got there it was absolutely trashed. Inside. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. We came in to check out an SRT Jeep and were immediately concerned. The car was unlocked
with the windows down, collecting dust and pollen. Under the hood, there was NO coolant and signs of possible overheating. The salesman
brushed it off, saying "people had been test driving it" but coolant doesn’t just disappear.
We checked other cars on the lot and saw the same thing: low batteries, no coolant, barely any gas in the tanks. It felt like they do this on
purpose so people can’t test drive them properly. After waiting HOURS for a key (despite telling them we were coming the day before), they
finally made one and had to go BUY coolant just to get the car running. Red flag after red flag.
The car barely started and lost power during the test drive. Check engine light came on and the car slowed down with the pedal to the floor.

sale of their warranties so it ended up
being the same price. They told me on
the phone that the price would be one
thing, then when I got there it was

They responded well, where very nice and i did like the price listed but they have GPS tracker installed that they can't remove which adds about an extra 2k+ to the price listed. I only found out about this when I called, they say they will work with you on this and I understand there's taxes and registration fees but it feels a bit deceptive when you think it's one price just to find out they're going to charge you more then what's listed. Call dealerships first before making a trip.

Incredibly disappointing dealrship.
The salesman tried misleading us by claiming a $300 custom bumper cost $3000 to sweeten the deal.
Worse still, they unexpectedly insisted on a mandatory $2400 GPS-Anti Theft system, which they only mentioned at the last minute after two hours of negotiations. So
whatever the price they say, add 2400$ on it for that. The funniest is the overcharge for this.
In the end, I left without purchasing the car and wasted my time.

Although Jordan was nice on the initial call and he was upfront about the additional fee for the GPS system I didn’t hear back from him for days. I had to call the place a couple different times to get another Salesman and since I’m out of state it was recommended that I get a third-party mechanic in there to check out the vehicle which is all fine but the reality is if the vehicle is Priced at a certain amount you’re expecting to pay that plus state taxes and some fees but they’re tacking on probably eight to $10,000 more when it’s all said and done so it’s misrepresentation of the price and they never gave me an actual quote as far as out the door pricing which I don’t see why that’s such a big deal …. Anyways, I wish I would’ve bought the vehicle, but I’m not gonna pay that much more for it. No thanks.

Be aware when buying a vehicle here, there is an emergency tracking system they install on the car that you’re required to purchase for an additional $3500, but they won’t tell you that beforehand. I was purchasing a vehicle that was almost 15 years old and didn’t need the tracking system, but they refused to remove it, so we walked away.

I set up an appointment to come see the car for 10 o’clock in the morning. I had to drive one hour to get to the shop and when I got there no one knew who I was or knew that I had an appointment. I found the person that I’ve been talking to on the phone and she passed me off to somebody else and that person didn’t know what was going on. They didn’t have the car ready and told me that it was going to take at least a half an hour to get the car over to me. I was still patient at this point but kind of getting frustrated. Then she shuffled me off to somebody else who told me that the car dealership installed an anti-theft mechanism that is mandatory. The cost of this is going to be somewhere around $4000. I was not expecting hidden fees like this, and so I asked him not to put it on and they told me , this is how we make money on the car. I said I don’t want it etc. etc. etc. The final price was over $10,000 more than what they had listed on car gurus. Do not go to this dealership

First contact never responded when I replied. I called got second sales person, asked for specific additional pictures, never sent and gave me attitude when I asked. I called again, got third sales person. He did send the pictures but when I asked about a condition of the car, I was told he would have to ask his manager and get back to me. Never did. Then a week and half later during a massive storm, I received a rude and argumentative text. Demanding of I were a serious buyer I’d come buy the car that day. I live 3 hrs away when the sun I’d out. And I think MY contacting them on 3 separate occasions was a serious buyer.

Terrible dealership!! Lied about the car and said had no problems untill I found out on the test drive then lied about the problem being fixed and had me drive a hour away 3 days in a row for nothing! They also never mentioned it had a cracked windshield till I pointed it out and didn’t even offer to fix it! Then after that tried to throw in a 4400 ceramic coating and anti theft add-on that’s “mandatory” when it’s not and never mentioned it not once untill the absolute end. Car was priced at 15,850 and my out the door they said was 22,400 AND I had my own financing LMAO. These people were disrespectful when I asked about the “add ons” and why it wasn’t mentioned this whole time. The dealership staff was rude and ABSOLUTELY unethical. Do.not.waste.your.time.

The car was overpriced and they would not negotiate. I was told when you buy a car from them there is a “mandatory” $3,000 breakdown policy you have to buy. I walked out disgusted and went straight to an Audi dealer where I bought a car.
There was no highest priority, simple and painless way to purchase a vehicle from this dealership so there was no customer satisfaction period. What happened to bad credit, no credit, drivers license, etc; in their introduction of their dealership!? We drove 5 hours in hopes of negotiating a deal for my daughter, instead it was a bitter experience with a salesman who was unprofessional and unhelpful in his line of work emphasizing it was all about credit and a crazy amount of a down payment for a vehicle around $13,000 dollars. I spent $80.00 just on gas don’t get me started on food and water…that cash could have been saved for a vehicle in a friendly environment, instead it was all about credit with no compromises!!
Don't waste your time with these people. Requested information and pictures 2 times via email and 2 times by phone. Never received anything from them. The sales manager emails me several times a week asking if he can assist me. When I respond to his email I get an automated reply saying the users mailbox is full.

absolutely lie about their pricing. they bury costs in hidden, bogus dealer add-ons and they tried to
"bait-and-switch" and hide those costs in the sales sheet. I didn't even try to haggle when I went to
their lot. I was willing to pay their advertised price. But no one came out to help me. I had to chase
someone down to get a salesperson to even engage me. the car I wanted smelled like smoke and that
wasn't listed on the site and should have been. nevertheless, I offered to buy the car as advertised and
when they rolled up the listing it as $4K+ more than the internet price. This company is shady, shady,
shady. Read the reviews. run away fast. Do not do business with this dealer. They're bad news!

there were no photos because the car needed
to be detailed. I waited over a week for a
single photo (contacting them every other day!
Only to find out that the car was being
serviced. After a week of begging for even a
cell phone photo⦠I noticed that the car
exhaust didnât look like and MC as advertised.
I questioned them and they eventually came
back and said it was a different car that was an
MC⦠not the car that was advertised. I then
questioned them about the price and they did
not offer any discounts even though the car
wasnât what they said it was â¦. Then the
salesperson got an attitude and I eventually
hung up and said forget it⦠I do not trust this
dealership and I would be weary about the
quality and the actual validity of the vehicles
they offer⦠stereotypical used car dealership.
Went in really wanting an f150 regular cab 5.0 I thought the price that was advertised was the price to pay minus taxes and registration fees after everything the price was close to 10k more than advertised due to alarm system and premium wheels… very disappointed wouldn’t recommend save your time going somewhere else

Come in and see Dave and Pete. They’re both very friend and helpful.
First off. Do NOT go to this dealership. They will tell you the vehicle you’re looking for is at a specific location then you get there and it’s at their other location. I insisted it’s okay I’ll go to the other location but Ray Foroutani decided to go to the other dealership and bring the vehicle. So I waited for 25mins and while I’m waiting Liz from the other dealership is basically telling me to tell him that I’m her sale so I told him this and the money hungry salesman says no drive the car you’ll like it. I told him I’m leaving to talk to Liz then he decides to raise his voice and give a lot of attitude so I just decided I’m not giving this dealership who treats people like this my business.

3. I understand it’s a business but you’re treated like just a $ sign and nothing more
4. They do not communicate well with you and beat around the bush
Trust me do NOT waste your time here.
Listen to the reviews like I should’ve! Price went from $10k to north of $15k after the dealer added security package thing. Also told me to ignore the imperfections (big dents, scratches, etc.) and to focus on the rest of the car. Just weird. Car interior was also filthy, covered with black dust almost like soot. So I went to a different dealership, got the same car but 2 years newer and with 10k less miles for 16k instead. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY
I scheduled to test drive a vehicle 10 hours before the scheduled time and when I arrived, the salesman Julio took me up and down every single row of the lot looking for the car and could not find it. Eventually I found the vehicle and it had the wrong year listed on the vehicle. The car had a flat tire, the key fob didn’t work, there was buffing compound all over the car and in between body panels, and even after being buffed there was white paint all over the black car. Salesman told me they could buff it out and after I told him it looks like it was already buffed he said “well it’s a used car”. When I opened the hood, there was SAND all over the engine bay. It was on the radiator, intake manifold, turbo, fuel injectors. The engine cover was oily from detail spray but they clearly did not actually clean the engine bay. Once I told the salesman I would be paying with cash he completely lost interest. HUGE WASTE OF TIME. HORRIBLY RUN DEALERSHIP

I was told there is a $3300 fee for the “anti-theft” devise that was a “really cool app.” I believe this fee included window tinting. How can a car cost 33k and then go to 66k with taxs and fees like am I buying two cars or what.I kept on asking to show me what the bank can approve me for and the guy was saying he can work with me and then I ask him if he can bring me the paper where it shows that the bank approved me and show me my interest-rate that the bank approved me for he said that his printer broke and came back with a piece of paper and wrote down in big letters and numbers in a sharpie 9500 down and $790 a month for 72 and keep this in mind the car cost of 33,000.When I got home I just went on a Tred got the same car with 35k miles less then the dealer car got the car for 35k plus taxes and fees came out to 39,600 .

It was a bad experience, I ask a sales man by the name of Cristian to let me borrow the key to take a look at BMW X6 that was sitting on the car lot and his response was..This is a 54.000 Dollar car let me if I can get an approval to get the key…

I had the approval for a $60.000 but I went to make business with another Car Dealer that have better car inventory,

Car Lux advertises they can get anybody financed. But after going to the bank to get a cashier's check for 10k to put down on a 17.5K car, they informed me that they could not get me financed through a bank and I would have to go through a "broker". The APR was 21% (which I begrudgingly accepted), but then I was told it would be an additional $2800 for a loan fee! I cancelled my appointment and found another car for cash. I would recommend buyers who need special financing to beware of Car Lux.

They want 26.5k for a truck on here but when you get there its 34k out the door 3k for lift and 3k for tires. I inspected the truck its a cheap lift and cheap wheels and tires. Its just a body lift, fake off roading spacer. And the paint dosent match up has definitelt been repainted and crashed.

Anastasia) and test drive went well. I returned a day after I had told them that I would be back, so I think they were somewhat surprised to see
me when I finally did show up. Ultimately, I did purchase the vehicle. While I had originally intended to pay cash, a hold-up by my insurance
carrier resulted in me needing to finance, but even that seemed to go pretty smoothly. So far, so good. Good group of people to deal with.
My experience at car lux was a disappointing one. I had called to schedule an appointment for a 2016 beetle. I’m 2 hours and a half away from this dealership keep in mind, I talked to the dealer Andre the day of my appointment and he called me twice an hour or less before my arrival!! Once I arrived they had told me the car was picked up an hour ago. Meaning, someone had already made a deal for that car and no one had let me know. Andre, didn’t even let me know, another guy had to step in to tell me. Very unprofessional. He then says “want to look at other cars.” I’m glad I didn’t buy the car because I wouldn’t want to do business with them.
Told them I have my own financing and they kept trying to get me to run my credit with capital one. Added $1100 for some theft registration bulljive. Left that lot and basically found the exact same car just one year older at another lot. Ended up paying sales price, taxes, and registration
Worst dealer ever, asked for vehicle history report twice and they kept on avoiding it. Turns out the Durango i was trying to finance was in a huge accident and had frame damage. The seller Ray was just gunna sell it to me with out letting me know first. Anyway i saw its been sold, really hope who ever bought it was aware of that!
I worked with the salesman who was able to provide additional video of the car since I was not local. Once I agreed to the
price and asked about any additional costs I was transferred to the manager who added another $1100 for "anti-theft" (which

I had prepared to purchase the vehicle from another city and asked for any additional information Iâd need to help with the process before arriving. While CarLux was kind
enough to offer to pick me up from LAX, I didnât receive the all-in final price until the night before I was to depart. The price quoted to me was $1k higher than advertised on
Car Gurus, plus the additional âaccessoryâ of Theft Clear for $1100. The final quote still had the same monthly payment, albeit with a down payment more than twice what I had
suggested. When pressured as to why the price went up, they did not stand behind their advertised word, but instead cited high demand. This was over two weeks ago and
sure enough the car is still listed. The whole process was very poorly handled and far from transparent. I was told the car I was searching for was very rare, but with very
focused searches I was able to find a nearly identical car through an online based dealer, with warranty options and delivery as well.

Great experience. From the moment I walked onto the lot my salesperson Cristian and the rest of the
staff were friendly and helpful. No sales pressure whatsoever. I could tell right away that they took pride
in the quality of vehicles they source for sale, and my truck was no exception. Excellent condition, very
low miles, and fair price. Cristian came in a couple of days later on his day off to help me close the deal,
and he went above and beyond to make sure that it was perfect for me. There were a couple of small
cosmetic issues and the owners (also very nice guys) worked out a fair negotiation to help me with
costs to repair those little (non-mechanical) issues. After driving the car for a couple of days I was in
love with it, but a couple of small issues arose with the battery and brakes. To my surprise, Cristian and
his team took care of it without hesitation (they have their own repair facility on the premises). I'm very

We test drove the car and was ready to buy, but when we sat down to make the deal, the price of the car went up. They wanted to charge us $1,100 for a security shield. By the time we would have added their other miscellaneous fees and tax and licensing this car was over $11,000. That’s double what the car is even worth. I was willing to overpay for the car due to the low miles and good condition. However, the added hidden costs was incredibly ridiculous. We bought another 2008 Jeep Liberty from someone else. Oh, and it was $9,200 out the door.

We made an agreement, in writing, about a price for a car; and I agreed to purchase the car for the agreed price.
That was 8 days ago - I have not heard a single thing back from the dealer, no text, no call, no email. Either the
dealer sold the car to someone else (unlikely, because it is still listed for sale on many websites), or they 'changed
their mind' over our written agreement. Regardless of the reason, basic human decency involves telling the person 'I
will no longer sell the car to you at the price we agreed upon' to at minimum, close the agreement.

I didn't buy a car from this dealer but communicated with them several times and they were responsive to my emails and questions.
Went to the dealership, and was greeted with a “what do you want? Why are you here?” Attitude. Very poor service. Before I was even able to look at the car they sat me down, ran my credit score, and discussed payments on the car. Then when we discussed payments they continued to insist that the car was worth more than the advertised value and tacked on another 1000$, this is a company that doesn’t go about selling used cars, but a company that insist on scamming people out of their money.
*update 3/11/20* dealer continued to raise the price of 22,999$ on 3/2/20 to 24,399$ on 3/11/20, again this dealer obviously doesn’t know how to do business, if a car doesn’t sell after 140 days on the lot, people obviously aren’t gonna but it after you increase the price

Very happy with my experience with carlux and the fj cruiser I got. Sean is a great guy and made the sale smooth and easy, he even stayed after hours to sell the car to me. The only reason I give a 4 star is all of the general maintenance like oil, brakes, air filter etc. needs to be done to it right off the bat and for what I paid for the car that should have all been taken care of. Other than that very good service.

I asked inquired to Sean about M-benz C300 and Infiniti Q50.
He told me about the prices and showed me some pictures.
I told him I will make it to the shop by 10:00 AM in the morning and he confirmed that he will be there.
I happened to be there 15 mins early. Shop was all locked down with no workers inside.
Sean showed up at 10:25 am in the morning telling me without any apologies that both of the vehicles were sold this
morning.
I asked him "Why didn't you tell me?".
He told me"I didn't get a chance. The vehicles were sold "this morning".
I was there even before any employees and he was telling me that is was sold on THIS MORNING. I was staring at him
and he realized he didn't make sense and told me it was actually sold yesterday but was picked up this morning.
When I got there early waiting at the front gate, NONE OF THE VEHICLES WERE PICKED UP.
I do not know if they did it on purpose but it seems like they are liars to me.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
Arman and Pete both helped me out extensively with my car buying experience I know what I wanted when I walked in. They have excellent prices on high end luxury cars. I Love my car. I was a little skeptical about where the dealership is but I understand once I saw the type of cars they had with appt only. Lower the cost of overhead so you can still give your customer a good price on a car and still make a profit. Everyone wins. They have some really nice cars there for very fair prices. Go see there selection and u will see what I am talking about. You can buy a luxury car for half of the price

We came to the dealership wanted to purchase BMW . Hudi- finance/sales expert was extremely rude and unprofessional. The car was listed on car gurus for 24,900 when we got there the sticker said 28,800 we asked why there was a price difference and he’s answer was if you have a bad credit and you need finance the car will cost you 28,800. We didn’t want any finance and tried to offer a cash deal, Hudi being extremely unprofessionaly raising his voice told us “you could leave now I have other things to do” while showing us other 6 files that was on his table. “Why did you come to us if you were thinking to negotiate the price, we don’t negotiate any prices”. I went to meet with the sales associate and he never once came out to greet me. The car was not to my standards.
They are really professional and very honest. Arman is the best of the best salesman I had ever known. Basically he was a mechanic and so he is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic for the cars. I am very satisfied with this dealer and I will let my friends buy their cars on this place. Of course, I will buy my next car with this dealer again.

They claimed they had an excellent mechanic who worked on the vehicle, yet this
mechanic failed to fix the one problem that caused the Master Warning Light to turn on.
When I tried to negotiate the pricing considering it had aftermarket rims, no spare tire
(which is something you definitely should have especially on our long California roads),
and the Master Warning Sign being turned on they refused to negotiate and the
salesperson claimed their dealership does not negotiate pricing and that their car ad on
Car Gurus or Auto Trader stated this. This was a lie. No where on their ads did they say
they do not negotiate on pricing and I even took a screenshot of their ad to disprove their
statement. The salesperson I was talking to even had the audacity to get on the phone
when we were in the middle of discussing about the vehicle's issues.
I did what any sensible man would do in that situation, I walked away. After working in
the legal field for many years, I knew this was a bad deal.

ZERO Stars!!! I was shopping online for the last month. I asked our
salesperson Salvador three times if the car was very clean and
specifically mentioned if there was any dings, dents, scratches or
damage. He replied three times (twice via email) that there was no
damage and in excellant condition. I explained I wanted to make sure we
had a deal and the car is as expected as I was driving an hour and a half
to pick it up. After back and forth we drove to pick it up and there was
multiple areas of damage including two holes on the rear passenger door
that looked like someone put a screwdriver through the door. I was not
happy and Salvador just said, "it is not a new car man." Really. I asked
three times about damage and was assured there was none. I wanted 5
hours of driving as there was a major accident on the freeway.
Ridiculous and Salvador didn't car. He should be fired for his lies. I
explained to the manager what happened. We will see what happens.

Beware of these buffoons. They will not let you test drive unless you let
them qualify you first. I had wanted to replace a vehicle that was totaled.
They kept saying they would not qualify me till I gave them paperwork
showing the other car was paid off. I was pretty sure my credit could hold
both loans. But I was not going to be bullied into a hit on my credit if I did
not like that car. My BF strongly confronted them and they said "its the
rules" As much as I liked the car they lost the sale. Car was filthy and
smelly too. Clean your inventory. It's like asking someone to use a dirty
toilet. I like the car enough to clean up your mess. Went to another dealer
with the newer year of this car and was approved for both loans. BIG
MISTAKE TO THESE GUYS! HUGE! Sometimes you acclimate the sale to

Got to the lot and the dealer immediately talked about pricing and papers without me looking at the car first. Eventually got to do the test drive and loved the car, but when we got back to the lot he was already pushing paperwork. Had to slow him down and talk about price. Car was listed here for 12,980, sticker on the car said 14,—something, and he priced us 15,000 due to financing and fees. I’m not sure how 3 grand got added onto the car and he wouldn’t explain, yet complain why we were asking for what it was advertised. Left pretty upset and confused.

I went back and forth with this dealer for a week and was paying them exactly what they asked for. I offered to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle and I was told it wasn’t necessary. I was preparing to fly from Michigan to California and received a text saying they sold the vehicle. Horrible way to do business.

I didnt get a response on the web so I went directly to the dealer. The car wasn't on the lot and I was directed to an older model similar color. After some discussion they told
me they would bring over the car listed on CarGurus from another lot in about 15 minutes. I waited for about 45 minutes, and was directed to another car again. No one

Despite reading all the reviews on Car Gurus and Yelp, I decided to drive the
hour and a half up to Inglewood to check out a car I was seriously interested
in. Despite confirming a meeting time, I arrived to learn the car was being
housed at their "other lot," which is really a derelict building with a fenced in
yard cluttered with cars. That was all fine, until I learned that my car was
behind another in the showroom. Despite being busy, the owner demanded
that he move the car himself, so I waited 15 minutes for him to finish

Called specifically for this vehicle. Asked if it was still
available they said yes. After a two hour drive, I arrived to
be told the vehicle had been sold that morning. I felt it was
a ploy to get me to come in. The salesman almost
immediately tried to sale me other vehicles.

We went to see the VW Beetle advertised and had a good
experience with Eryck. He was very nice and informative.
We thought we would buy this car, even though they were
not willing to negotiate the price. We placed a $100 hold
and requested a few things to be repaired. They did these
few minor requests but In reviewing the CarFax provided we
became very concerned with all the service records and our
good feeling about the car was removed. We went back to
the dealer to explain our concerns and requested the $100
back. They were very accommodating and even offered 3
free months of warrantly. We still needed to walk away. I
would go back if looking for another vehicle.

I had a very bad experience at this dealer. I so the price it was on
line 15,979, the financing manager told me that it was for cash or
good credit only, the salesman told him that my credit was over
800 so I qualify for that price, but before I singned the papers he
the financing manager change the price and I didn't pay attention,
then he told me you have 48 hours to return it if you don't laike it,
but he didn't give me the contract, I didn't said nothing because it
was a thousand $ pendind that I supose to bring the next 3 days.
When I saw the agreement I see what he did he increase one
thousand $ to the original price so now I have to pay over two
thousand $ with the taxes and interst. The person who did this
fraud his name Chris.I want to alert people from doing bussines at
this dealer.

I bought my 2006 Mercedes AMG
from this dealer about three
months ago. After contacting the
dealer I got the real fast response
back from George. He was very
knowledgeable and friendly and
set me up with an appointment to
see the car. I went there the same
day in the afternoon to see the
car. It was love on first sight, I
always wanted to have a Cls and
this one is a black on black AMG I
was so happy but at the same
time afraid because of my bad
credit I was afraid not to be able
to be financed. After seeing the
car and test driving it I was
introduced to Hadi a very young,
cool and friendly finance
manager. He worked his Miracles
and made it happen it was little
bit more then what I wanted to
pay monthly but with the little
down payment that I had I was
happy to be able to get the car.
George is a great salesperson I
would definitely recommend this
car dealership. I actually sent my
coworker that was looking for a
car there. Nice modern

available on their lot for viewing. I drive to take a look the day after
when done with work. The car wasn't there. "Oh we sent it to the

This dealership was the only one to respond after many inquiries to various others. Not only did they respond but they produced quality service above and beyond reproach. They were professional and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Mike who was outstanding!!! If there was a better word to describe the customer service I would use but this is it for this old military man. OUTSTANDING!!! I recommend Car Lux to ANYONE looking for a good, well maintained luxury vehicle!
