Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very easy purchase and delivery to my home. I would highly recommend Car Connection if you’re looking to make a purchase of a high end vehicle.
-1 Buyers Beware! I think I contacted them more then they did myself. I have been ghosted after asking questions and paperwork needed to be able to buy this vehicle! They haven’t responded back to my bank nor me now after this!!! Plus the vehicle jumped a extra 6,000 HOW? They just stop responding when you ask important questions. I even had a huge amount to put down! If confronted about hard questions be warned they just ignore you. The price on this jeep was 20,499 when I started my process and now I see it’s 22,500? Again How? BEWARE!!

DO NOT buy a car! (Much less this Porsche) from this Dealership! For starters, they are a
HONDA dealership! They cannot service the car, and they cannot sell you a warranty. In
addition, they advertised this vehicle on CarGurus BEFORE the performed a pre sale inspection.
When I offered to pay for it myself at a dealership in Columbus, the retorted and sent it to a
Porsche dealership in Cincinnati. I asked politely to be contacted to so we could discuss what
the mechanic had found. I did not get an answer. The car in question had cosmetic damage,
which I wanted to explore as far as negotiation on the price. My concerns were never addressed.

Good Customer Service.
People contacted me and were responsive. After driving 2 hours to get there the 2 vehicles I was interested in were not
pulled out and ready for test driving. Both vehicles had mechanical issues. One could smell burning oil from inside the car
and the other wouldn't start. After jumping 3 times it stayed running with a loud ticking sound. I politely thanked them for
their time and left. Manager tried calling me back but I continued back 2 hours home.

I’m going to start by saying I was very worried when Sal told me they did not take deposits on vehicles, but Sal is the man. I explained the situation and he held my keys hostage until I was able to get there to buy my car! He kept us updated through the whole process of him holding the keys in case someone else was interested. Because of that I was able to leave with my dream car!!! Sal took his time working with me, and I mean he worked with me. I was not an easy customer by any means, but Sal was genuinely great the entire time. He dealt with my difficulty with ease. He was patient, understanding, and kept it real the whole time. I cannot recommend Sal and Car Connections more! Their lot had many options and all of them were in mint condition. I’m incredibly pleased with my purchase and car connections as well!! Please go see Sal, you will not be disappointed!!

The experience was great!
Trying to buy from out-of-state. I have plenty of experience doing this. Mike Tobia was high-pressure, insulted my car inspector
(to me, privately) before even seeing the inspector's report (which I did not need to share--but I was trying to get him to leave
me alone once I told him I was not buying, and he was telling me the inspector was a rookie and I should not trust him). Once
he did see the report , he called it "false" without seeing the pictures, and once he finally saw the pictures, denied the issues that were plain as day--including bald tires,

Roger was very helpful in my search for a vehicle. He kept constant contact with me, good follow up and very courteous.
Set this company 1318 put him in line with my bank for another 18 grand.. one week later they still have the truck it's still on the Internet and it still has not been shipped..... I pull the plug on the deal for I am upset waiting on a vehicle that's already paid for..... The company ended up charge you MI $489 for restocking fee for a vehicle I never received I've never seen in person and that they never shipped..... This is a shady car company for sure I will be posting more negative reviews on this company ASAP very disappointed in the whole deal

helpful and responsive as I gathered info on the 2012 MB SLK 350 I purchased. The car showed up 2 days after wiring the

I was on the search for a Toyota FJ and called CC to see if the car was still available it was. This is one of the nicest used car dealerships I have ever been to. All the staff was very polite and helpful. I dealt with Anthony , Ruby and Cory but the star of my experience was the service manager Michael Tobia . Part of my deal with Cory was that they make sure that the remote for the car was working it was not. I was told that it would be sent to me the next week it was not so I called and talked to Michael who immediately went into action . I told him that the front center cap had come off on the way home he said no problem. Within the next week he had me my key fob and cut me a check for the new center cap. This is the kind of service you don't get at most places especially after the sell. If you are looking for a good used car give Car Connection a call they might have what you are looking for and you can buy with confidence knowing that they will stand behind what they say and sell . Dealer responded but didn’t answer my question at all. Just tried to get me in the dealership to test drive the vehicle. I explained once again I wasn’t going to drive two hours without knowing what the best price on the vehicle was as I was looking at a few. They never answered my question again so I went somewhere else that did answer my questions.

Even though I wanted a very inexpensive older vehicle just to pay cash for I was treated like I was buying a very expensive vehicle they took pictures of it they treated me very well they sent me the pictures I would also like to add that DeVor did a lot of work and he was a pleasure to do business with I know I will keep this dealership in mind when looking for a vehicle even though I live in Pennsylvania I would rate this dealership five stars and would have no problem traveling 700 miles to buy a car from them

miles even though they asserted it had IMS
and RMS repairs. Carfax stated they had "20
records" on the car but after I paid for the
report, Carfax stated they could not (? Would
not) provide a report. Red Flags!!!! Really bad
vibes.

I bought a car from car connection and the price was $7,889 and i put down $5,000 and Sean the finance manager up the price without informing me. Me and my mother complained yesterday to them they offered her and her husband free lunch and a zero deductible to work on the car. Today the owner Michael called my mother this morning at 9:30am begging her to take down her review and he would give her 4 free oil changes and my mother refused so he offered her 10 free oil changes and said that's the best he can do. This place is beyond sad at the way they operating business. Im a first time buyer with no credit putting $5,000 down and now they got me paying $11,700 for a $7,889 car. Such bad customer service. I didn't deserve what they did to me.

These dealers on here are using these cheap cars as clickbait so you can click on their link so you can get in contact with them so they can get you to spend a Lil more money.I was told that the Chrysler doesn't even work,but yet it didn't say that in the details! Nah I wouldn't buy from them at all!

Asked same question 2 times through email. They just said it was still in stock and to call if I had any questions. I had one and I wanted it answered through email. So I missed the sale. There was no need in calling. Next time just answer the question.

See that picture?> It is not a photo of the ACTUAL listing. It's a deceptive
and misleading tactic for a dealer to attempt to plant in your mind the
IDEAL of what that model of car was meant to be when it drove off the
production line brand new, rather than an ACTUAL photo of the ACTUAL
listing. I received so many emails from them, each utterly devoid of actual
information about the listing I asked about. They only had dealership
information and their website, which also had nothing at all about the
ACTUAL listing- just generic model information. Frustrating and ridiculous
waste of time, this dealer.

Auto trader etc. Unfortunately , pictures are not necessary available until the vehicle arrives at our store and prepped for sale. The search sites will place a stock photo of that vehicle based on the vin # Usually in your situation the sales will take pictures of the vehicle if you request it. Cold and indifferent.....When the dealer called I asked him
while they had raised the price of the car a thousand dollars
and his answer was this is a fair price for this car and I told him
that according to CarGurus the car was overpriced and his
answer was this is a firm price so my opinion is that they do
not like to answer questions and are cold and indifferent unless
you play at their way.

I came in from Michigan to buy a Hummer H2. Got a price from a sales person
and live a $500 deposit. 45 minutes later I get a call from the general manager
saying the deal cannot be made at the price that was already agreed on and the
deposit would not be ran. This was a shocker to me I thought the deal was done.
So the price changed by $400.00 and I instructed the general manager that I
wouldn't be in on Thursday, he was about to run the $500 deposit I inquired what
I be able to get my $500 back if I didn't like the vehicle he stated no because he
was taking it off the market I responded by saying I am coming in from Michigan
no one buys a vehicle sight unseen. Then in good faith he said I will take you at
your word and come down on Thursday. I got in late on Thursday after hours they
stayed open for me and one at the deal to be done before I left. Test drove the
Humour saw a couple of things I need at the dealership to fix before delivery I
was told that those items cannot be repaired a leaky window and a bad front tire
but if I wanted to pay the difference to get that stuff fixed they would send it to me
at their price. I thought the whole experience was unprofessional and totally a
play on my intelligence. I would not recommend anyone to do business at that
location

We never give up on helping the consumer get the vehicle they really want. Sometimes our Finance Director can get one of our banks to give exceptions and finance vehicles that have more miles than their program guidelines call for. This was obviously the case here so we called the consumer to let her know she could buy the car she originally wanted

respect... Even though we didn't have
great credit, they were still able to get is
approved, and treated us as though we
had a Fica Score of 750....' I would highly
recommend this dealership if you are in
need of an exceptional vehicle... Hands
down they were the best around.. The
cars there all look like Showroom cars
every one of them. The cars are in great
condition and you have the option to
purchase warranty at a reasonable price!

The customer service rep was outstanding answering all questions and helping make decisions. However the vehicle depicted was already sold, but still shown as available at CarGurus. Car Connection is down to earth about information, quality of vehicles and price. I will recommend this business to my friends.
