Their site clearly states, free carfax, but when you click on it, it does not give you the carfax, they request information. I filled out the request and added to please send the carfax. They then respond with "thanks for your interest, yes, it is available" and here is all this other info which I did not request. No carfax. I guess they do not read. If the carfax proves to be worth looking at the vehicle, then I will get in touch. Still have not received it, it has been over two weeks, the car has been there for 100 days or so. you would think they would like to sell it. Go figure. It must be part of the game they play, not providing information.

Salesman, C.J., was very responsive until we made the deal. Because the transportation cost was nearly
$300.00 than indicated on Car Guru's and they added in Virginia sales tax and licensing costs, there were
problems. I was preapproved for a loan through my credit union, but the value of the vehicle and all the other
costs were more than they were willing to lend. Throughout the process, I got bothersome text messages and
emails which were essentially AI solicitations to buy a car which I had already agree to buy. When the deal fell
through, I had Fed-Ex'd a signed draft and Purchase Order to the dealership. I spoke with two different people
and sent C.J. an email asking for confirmation that the original documents had been shredded. No response.

So I went and got a car here. Do not purchase "as is" from here. I hadn't had the car a whole month and the rear diff was about to go out. So I called because I agreed in the office that if there was any major issues we'd try to work it out which isn't a problem until they say they're going to get an answer for me and call me right back. The first time I didn't get a call back was a couple days after I got it and the blend door actuator started ticking. $20 fix but I still wanted more info from them about the car. The second time was to see if I could get a service contract because I'm able to up to 90 days after purchase and to see if there was any way they could help me with the rear and to find out exactly what their "potato of a mechanic" did. It was said it was the rack and pinion but now I'm thinking she meant a pinion gear. Either way that was 3 days ago.
Overall my car buying experience with Car Cloud Auto Group was very good. I dealt mostly with Jeannie by phone and she was very friendly
and helpful. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle online, and the communication from the dealer could have been a little better - but I
was also somewhat skeptical and on edge about the process from the beginning. In the end, the vehicle was delivered as agreed upon and
everything met or exceeded my expectations.

The dealer contacted me via e-mail. to schedule an appointment . It was an out of town dealer
so we did not accept the appointment . We needed someone local.
I had a very bad experience with this bad dealership. They sold me a car with a lot of problems!! I discovered the issues after purchasing it. The car wasn't even safe to drive home and I discover that driving home on the highway. I called to let them know that the vehicle had issues and they got mad and asked me to return it!! I did so and they have not yet returned my money or any phone calls. Buyers beware!!!!!

My experience at car cloud auto was amazing. They did everything in their power to make sure I got a good deal and that I was fully satisfied with my purchase before I closed the deal. The staff there is amazing and very nice. I am very glad that I chose to get my vehicle from there. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants an amazing vehicle for a Good deal. I promise you will not be disappointed. I know that I am not. I have already been telling my friends, family and Co workers about this place and giving them the information so they can get a nice reliable used vehicle that looks and drives like it's brand new. This place in v.a is definitely the go to place for your next used vehicle.

Very professional.
Lousy.....Setup appt. Was running behind getting there due to interstate traffic because I had to
travel some distance to get there. Called and texted them several times to let them know I was
En-route and WOULD be there. They called and said they sold it while I was en-route driving
down there and only about 15 more mins more drive to dealership. What a waste of a day for
myself and son! Sketchy! Don't bother.

VERY SHADY PEOPLE! Did not like the Jeep Compass once I drove it. Engine rough, steering stiff. Test drove a GMC and was willing to
buy it cash. There was a 90 day 3,000 mile warranty sticker on the window with the name, make and VIN number of the vehicle across the
top. First thing said, when it was time to draw up the papers, there was a $695 charge for the 90 day warranty. After I wouldn't fall for that
(suddenly they GAVE me a FREE 90 day warranty) they brought the paperwork. They wanted me to sign BLANK documents. They kept
trying to get me to sign one page at a time without letting me read all of them first. The documents that had the GMC information on it had it
big bold writing that the vehicle was being sold as it, the dealer was not responsible for any problems whatsoever, and there was no refund
under any circumstances. They tried to throw out the warranty sticker that was on the windshield but I went outside and got it out of the
dumpster. I shredded my papers and left.

We found Car Cloud Auto Group through a link to CarGurus on Facebook, were looking for a Grand Cherokee that's not either white or black. They had listed what we were looking for. At the dealer, Javeria helped us with the purchase quite thoroughly. Unfortunately I found the numbers she showed us concerning the price they charged for the vehicle. The numbers shown to us showed one of the estimates of retail value (Edmunds, NADA, or Kelly Blue Book) have absolutely nothing to do with the dealership's profit on the vehicle that we were purchasing. We, as customers, have not even a clue what their profit margin is or should be.
Our trade-in got less than half of the rough trade-in value.
We are very happy with our purchase although probably overpriced.

Crazy business. Was supposed to try and get me more favorable financing than my own prearranged. I called and they said they would call me right back. Never did.
They then texted a cryptic message to which I called them and was told they would send me another detailed message?! Then they never did.
If you want to deal with crazy people then by all means shop here.

Car was fairly rough. Was told the 90 day warranty was optional on the phone and by the salesman in person(650 dollars). The buyers order showed the warranty and when I asked to remove it the manager said it could be taken out but the processing fee would increase by 650. Actually told me they have to list them cheap on CGurus to get activity and build in their profits with fees and “warranty “. Wasted 2 hours driving.....

Jason was very easy to work with. We got a great car for our nephew.
I called to see if car was still available for a test drive and was told yes. I drove an hour from my house to the dealer who said the vehicle was in the shop for inspection and not available for a test drive.

Eric and Tim were attentive , knowledgeable and professional. They go the extra mile to make you feel like family.
I went to this dealership with the expectation from salesman staying over the phone I was approved. Only to get there to find out the vehicle I was interested was taken to the their shop for repairs. So I Tim let me look at the over vehicles, so he was very friendly and helpful. I tested drove a few cars but decided on a 2012 Chevy Cruze only to find out they couldn’t approve the deal for a car almost $3000 less. Which like I told him I had already been approved with the same bank for a vehicle $400 more than this one. Make a long story short I was a afternoon with a pregnant wife sitting in our truck for almost 3 hours. Not too mention 3 days of horrible deals with banks with ridiculous interest rates. I had known I didn’t have an approval I would kept my 2010 Scion and would have saved my credit ratings. I truly irritated with the entire ordeal.
The staff at this dealership is super friendly, patient, and helpful. I would definitely consider this dealer in the future.

I had a great experience working with Car Cloud Auto Group. I first contacted the dealer on line and received an almost immediate response. I tend to get busy with work but, Eric faithfully followed up on my promises to get back with him :) A few days later when I was able to make it into the dealership, I was greeted by Tim who led me to Eric, both were honest and friendly and lived up to every promise. Although my husband was at work at the time and unable to make it into the dealership, Tim & Eric were patient enough to let me call him and bring him into the process. Eric took me right to the car I was asking about when I arrived. Cloud Auto does not try to bring customers into the dealership with one car and then sell other higher priced cars after customers arrive. I believe I got a great deal for my money and the process of buying the car was quick. Eric did not spend lots of time trying to sell me additional plans or accessories for the car that i did not want nor did he try to pressure me into making a purchase. I made a joke to Eric, prior to buying his vehicle, "that I had decided to purchase another car somewhere else, after I had already agreed to purchase one of his cars". Still, he did not loose his cool, and only thanked me for looking at his cars and told me he was sorry we could not do business and hoped we could do business in the future. I laughed and told him I was only joking. I walked away from this experience, getting the car I saw in the picture and the one I wanted, having made good use of my time, believing that I had gained new friends and giving my son a birthday gift that made him happy but, also one that made me feel he would be safe and it would be reliable with him in it. I would diffidently recommend Car Cloud Auto Group to my friends, family, neighbors and anyone else who would listen.

The inquiried vehicle had already been sold so they pushed me into looking at another truck. The salesman calls me every day to try to get a deal. And is very persistent. After I told them when I’m ready to purchase I would contact them. He still calls every day

It was not the best experience. on this dealer The first day I was in this
dealer I talked to two people who were brothers were very kind but we
did not reach any agreement on the price the second time i contact the
dealer was not with the same people
We exchanging text messages be this site and We were able to agree
on the total price out of the door for the car be text messages
so My family and I drive an hour to the dealer With the cash amount we
had agreed.
I drove the car I liked and at the time of talking about the money they told
me that they did not accept that amount of money for the car .
I'm a businessman too, but I do not play with people's time.
