Very unprofessional from their GM down. Non responsive to several messages that I left them with text and voicemail. I had shown them a noise issue with a car that I was ready to buy. I had even taken out cashiers check and waiting for them to resolve the issue that I had pointed out. Then they went quite. They lack basic curtesy to even return calls.

Great folks to work with at all levels! I would definitely recommend them.

The worst dealership ever ; from salesperson, front person, general manager and finance person;A very bad experience buying a car to this dealership!!! First nobody shows me how to operate the technologies in the car, Secondly gave me wrong informations about payments process, Third they promised me to deliver the car in my house in certain day but they did not , Fourth they delivered the car very dirty, Fith all there promises never happened!!

Received canned reply after initial inquiry, but never heard back about requesting Carfax.

Drove and liked the car, dealer would not negotiate with the price, so I purchased a 2020 model similar miles for less from a dealer who did negotiate.

I only interacted with one salesman at the dealership and he was soooooo bad. He was scheduled to bring the car to my apartment for test drive. Didn't bring it. Didn't even inform me. Gave excuse of family emergency. When I went there, he couldn't get the car out for test drive. Promised to bring the car to me next day. Again didn't bring. Again said family emergency. I had to come over. I asked for detailed quote. Never gave me one. And he never followed up. Only i reached out to him. I said fix one thing in the car and i will buy. When I followed up the next day, I was told the car is sold. Its like the dealership never even made an effort.! Pathetic treatment of a customer.

Purchased the 500X and while the entire process still took 2.5 hours including a 20 minute test drive, the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was done under strict COVID-19 protocols with masks, distancing, shields and hand sanitizer.

After looking at a used car, I ended up buying a new one. That was on my own initiative with no pressure at all from the salesman. He was helpful in every way. My whole experience there was good.

The prices was good, but unfortunately they don't do long distance sales. After several emails and texts and having me looking for shipping to my house, they told me that they rather not do long distance sale and I would need to go in person to sign the papers. That is very unfortunate as they had me looking for the shipping companies to come up with you need to come all the way here to sign the papers.

This car sold to someone else right away, but Alex P notified me shortly afterwards of a similar 2015. No pressure, knowledgable, polite, articulate. I just bought the 2015!... after looking for months. Alex P and all at Capitol VW were great to work with.

Overall a good experience with very helpful and friendly staff. Only deficiencies were an hour plus wait to begin the sale paperwork, and the car delivered with an empty gas tank (which they corrected, but again required and excessive wait time).

Shady salespeople, they don't listen to the buyer. It's all about them and their commision check. Not trust worthy at all.

We did not end up buying for Capitol but they worked with us like true professionals. Great and will come back when we need another VW.
