Amazing experience at Capital City Auto. The sales staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. I didn't end up buying the GTI but I did end up getting a TDI VW Passat that is amazing! They were also able to beat my rate with ICCU! somehow they can portal over to the bank and beat the in branch rate by over a point! This is the third car my family has bought and we will be back when our son is ready to drive. Thanks again

Absolutely awful dealership with the worst customer service representatives I have ever encountered in my life. I inquired about an eight year old F-150 King Ranch. I made them a cash offer slightly below their inflated asking price. This is the response I received from "Yeah we are gonna hard no that. If you can't afford the truck you're welcome to finance the rest. Just let me know! Have a great day! 🙂" This sales rep assumed I cannot afford the truck. I will never buy a vehicle from them and I strongly recommend no one else give them business.

Jason, I believe you have the wrong dealership. We have no record of ever working with you.  We also have not had a Ford F-150 King ranch.  Sorry to hear you had a bad time at a dealership but, it was not here. Best of luck!

They were good to try all banks. They found a bank that would work with me after a bankruptcy, however, the payment was over my budget at the time. So, I had to decline. They were good, and kind, even though I couldn't leave with a great truck.

Very friendly. But at the same time a little disappointing. Said I was appro ed for the Denali, then got a call the next day trying to get me into a suburban. That was unfair. Now it's sold :( O well plenty of other places.

I did not have a good experience here. We felt pressured to purchase a truck that fit our budget but we didn’t like. Then had an awful experience after we left with a loan pushed through that we did not request. Finance manager was timely with responding to my complaint.

Hi Jason,  Again I am really sorry about your experience.  The sales person who told me you were okay with pushing the loan through has since been let go.  I also reached out to the people who pulled your credit and asked them to send in a letter to the companies to remove the looks.. Regardless, there is no excuse for how that played out and i have taken care of it on the internal level.

Happy! These guys went above and beyond to get me in my car. I went in Monday morning and they got me approved and back home by noon! I've been to a lot of places in town and this place is different from the rest. Very respectful regardless of my credit situation (Unlike a couple other dealers in the valley).. Thanks Gary and Kelly. You guys have a customer for life :)

Odd, "I" filled out app online. I called into them next day to see if they received. I went down on my own to test drvie and check status of app. I know my credit was bad, which was their SPECIALTY. as they all say. He said, I should hear back by the end of the day... Never heard anything, ever. I bought a car next day.
