While we didn't end up purchasing (have not purchased anything yet), we will definitely consider this dealership, based on the interaction I had. I also appreciated his attitude, he was not rude or condescending, which I have encountered from other sales people.

Representative reached out promptly after I sent an inquiry. They were friendly and ready with car details for me that I found extremely helpful, likely would not have known to ask being its a car style im unfamiliar with. All follow-up communications have continued to be pleasant and informative.

The experience was not too stressful since I had researched the vehicles with CarGurus and knew what price I wanted to pay. Even though I had an offer from another dealer the salesman tried to convince me that their offer wasn't genuine, that they and other dealers combine cash back offers, financing offers etc. to lowball their listed price even though in reality you won't qualify for all of them simultaneously. They eventually met the other dealer's price so I'm happy. All in all, everyone at Campbell was chill. That said, I could see how people would flock to Tesla just to plunk down 100 bucks and avoid the whole Dealer experience, i.e. haggling or trying to up sell extended warranties on a car rated best in class by J.D. Powers!

I made an appointment to see this Mazda3 and met with the salesman, who was great to work with. I loved the car but it was the first one I drove. If the one I ended up buying wasn’t exactly what I was looking for , I would have gone back for that Mazda!

The salesman who I had spoke with the evening before was not available when I arrived. The salesman who helped out was distracted and seemed uninterested in me as a customer.

I was very disappointed in the condition of the vehicle we viewed. The dealer admittedly had not looked the vehicle over prior to our arrival. He stated at when we got there that it had just come back from detail. That was obviously incorrect as there was sand all over the back interior rug. The engine appeared as if something had exploded (dried red fluid spots everywhere) and the battery terminals were corroded. No attention to detail was our experience at Campbell Nissan of Edmonds. Very disappointing when we had clearly stated we were coming from out of town and had a very limited time to view any vehicles. Would not recommend this dealer.
