Very friendly salesman. Overall enjoyable experience. They called me and let me know the TRD Pro had been sold and I appreciated the honesty before I had drove there to be disappointed. They had found another truck that peaked my interest so I still went to see them. I was forgotten in the lobby for an hour but they cut me a good deal and I ended up buying my F150 from them.

I was immediately greeted and directed to the manager that responded to my inquiry. We were able to make a purchase deal before I arrived. I was very pleased with their service.

My husband called the dealership to make sure the vehicle was there and available to purchase because we do not live in the area. We let the sales rep know we are on our way and ready to purchase the car. We drove 3 hours just to be told the vehicle had been sold! I was extremely irritated. These people wasted my time and money.
I was treated as if I was a first time buyer with no knowledge of having experience purchasing vehicles. I was told my fico score was alot lower than it was. When I explained I use credit karma and I have in real time my scores through my bank both the kid salesman and the manager stated that those aren't correct. I was offered 13.9% interest rate which was a joke and a waste of time. Oh ya that was after I was told they add 5k to the msrp. I wouldn't recommend camelback ford to my worst enemy. I've bought and financed around 10 vehicles since the age of 19. By far the worst experience.

When I saw the reviews on this place and it almost scared me from getting a car from here. I contacted both for and toyota, but ford was far more responsive and seemed to really help me with choosing my car. I am very young and switching jobs and they helped find the perfect car for me in my budget. I was also starting fresh with car insurance and they set me up with someone who could help me. It was a great experience and I'm very happy with the car I got.

The online sales manager got ahold of me for submitting my request and she was super nice no surprise, told me there would be a salesmen calling me to tell me and give me any answer or info I was asking for. I talked to Raúl which started nice and attentive then started not responding to my calls or text or saying things like I'll find out and get back to you or I'll ask. There was never a straight answer. I took over a week for the dealer camelback ford in AZ to take my down payment so I knew the car was going to me. I talked to 9+ different people just to talk to the sales director chase or something like that, that finally gave me a straight answer and gave me the info I wanted. After all said n done on Wednesday I started talking to Raúl again he told me the car was going to an other dealership to get a final inspection was told needs 4k for repairs and 4 days later was refunded my down and now Im stuck with 6 credit dings on my credit score. BEWARE STAY AWAY! nomorespace

I would rate less than 1 star if I could. Showed up for test drive on a Sunday - they said they lost the keys and showed only the outside. They rescheduled the test drive for the next day. Monday showed up for test drive, only to find out the car was already sold to someone else. Jacqueline Rodriguez was the "salesperson" I am upset and disappointed about the terrible service and betrayal. However, I am not shocked or even surprised based on other reviews of this dealership. Good luck to anyone trying to buy a vehicle from them!

Was going to buy the car after they repaired a few things I found on the test drive. They told me for 5 days that it was not ready. Called next morning for Jackie and left a message on her phone. She never called back . Called later that day and she said an X employee bought the car. Sounds a little fishy to me, didn’t even bother to call me. I didn't purchase the 2016 truck pictured to the right. I did purchase another 2017 truck. Everything
went fine until the agreement to purchase was complete. From that point forward EVERYTHING was
unsatisfactory. After I signed the purchased acceptance took two hours to simply complete only part
of the paperwork. The vehicle had not been prepped/cleaned, tires swapped, or titled. I drove my
trade-in auto home and was told the truck wuld be ready midway the next day. No call came until
around 1:30. I was told the truck would be ready for pick-up between 3 and 4 o'clock. I drove the
55 miles to the dealership, arrived at 4:15, and was astonished to find the truck parked. The
cleaning had not been done as promised. The only thing that was done was a tire swap per
agreement and even that was screwed up. Four different size tires were swapped but not the spare.
So now I have 4 tires of one size and a spare of a different size. Then it took 2 hours to get the title
work finish

The staff were very friendly and easy to work
with. My first issue was withe the amount of
money I was putting down on the car, CarGurus
estimated payments were $278 a month, the
dealer came in with $333. I realize CarGURUS
price is an estimate, but off $55 a month is a lot.
The sales manager got the price down to $315,
which I agreed to. Working with their financial
person, Alex Ochoa, he got it down to $306. So
all is good at this point and purchased the
Mustang. The car was advertised to have
navigation in it, which it did not. When I
questioned this, I was given the run around on
this and the nobody would call me back. I called
Alex up and said give me $150 for a Garmin GPS
and I will be fine. He agreed and I am now
waiting to see if I receive the check.

Horrible. Staff and managers not on the same page with inventory. sales rep lied to me about a credit run. Then told me to my face he didn’t and then I got an email. Unprofessional waiting period, didn’t have car ready for my appointment waited 35 min just to get the car pulled up to look at it. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

2 stars for quick response after messaging via Car Gurus. All downhill from there:
Worked with Lexi. Her "best" offer on the 2020 Explorer on paper was $41,6XX Out the Door
and we offered $38,000 Out the Door; couldn't come to an agreement, totally understandable.
But wait....
A day later, Lexi calls me, not the other way around, and I quote, "After speaking with my
manager, could you raise your offer a little to $39,000 Out the Door, that's the best we can do."
I asked for confirmation that it included TTL, OUT THE DOOR and her response, "yes, it
does". I called back an hour or so later, left voicemail asking for the link in order to start
paperwork online.
Silence until the evening when I get a text saying she "spoke to manager and the best we can
offer is $40,500 and we will still be losing thousands". It's the "options" that magically appeared
and raised the Out the Door price....
Better yet, it's called: "the ole' Bait and Switch from Lexi at Camelback Ford"

They were terrible. The salesman lied from the moment that he returned my call. I was told that they would have this vehicle for me when they opened, due to him returning my call at closing. The next morning I arrived and they didn’t have the Ford Escape that was advertised, and they tried pushing me into buying a completely different kind of vehicle that was nearly three times more expensive. I walked out when the dude continuously asked for more down payment on a car that I didn’t want, for financing that I didn’t want. I brought cash. Don’t deal with this dealership, bait and switch should be their motto. Thanks for reminding me to call the better business bureau on them. They don’t deserve the one star that I had to give.

Never was able to see the truck in person. Couldn't get financed even though was told I was pre-approved. I actually had to call them the next day to find out i was not approved. The least they could've done was call me back.

They reached out but I ended up seeing someone else because the guy that made the appointment was gone or busy and after several days the car was filthy,not detailed and had dents on passenger side and couldn't get a answer if they would fit .Not good customer service and I used to run a dealership.

Sold me a $50k truck with leaky head gasket and 7cleared codes in the system. No offer to fix it, no apology, completely wasted my time and money. Glad I had it inspected but because they sure didnt, it fit they? So after the unprofessional handling of this by "sean" I think who claimed he was the manager of all. We returned it two weeks ago. Still havnt seen the refund for my down payment. No follow call no nothing? Place is pretty bad. Seems like a bunch of kids working over there.

Very disappointing. Would have rated a 0 but it wouldn’t review without at least 1 star! When we got there the $15,998.00 price all of sudden became $21,000.00. It turned into a four hour headache and an additional 6 days of them keeping car to fix the a/c.

brothers . When I went to go test drive a
truck I turned it on and white smoke literally
filled up the dealership parking lot where
truck was at apparently when the mechanic
serviced the truck he forgot to put oil back

Car was advertised before it passed safety inspection. Sales Manager convinced me to consider other vehicles. Basically doubled my price point. When I said I wanted the Lexus, he said it already went to auction. Kept my car keys and drivers license hostage. Worst shopping experience based on their sales tactics. Waste of 5 hours of my time. Would not recommend this dealership. Very disappointed I did not get the car I went for.

Dealer is pretty hit or miss in terms of overall experience though they do employ a few crummy sales tactics to bait a sale. First off, add 1500+ to every price they
advertise where they will tack on a bunch of worthless dealer “upgrades” like paint protection and edge guards- non negotiable. Second, do not give them your keys
as they will hold them as long as they can to try and prevent you from leaving under your own accord. Third, they get a bit condescending and sexist if you talk about
wanting to involve your partner in the decision process (I.e. aren’t you the man of the house? Ask for forgiveness and not permission...). Fourth, their trade valuations-
poor to laughable; my recommendation is to get a instant cash offer elsewhere. When they came back a whopping 7,000 less than that, I wasn’t going to waste a any
more time. The only positive in my experience was test driving with the salesman since he genuinely knew the ins and outs of the car. Summary-avoid

BAIT AND SWITCH! They deserve ZERO stars. I called at 8:30pm to confirm the car I wanted was on the lot before I drove 100 miles to purchase the car. I talked to Sean & he confirmed TWICE it was on the lot. He also made a sexist comment, I should have known then. So I made an appointment and drove to Phoenix. 15 minutes away from the dealership they called me to confirm my appointment. I told them I would be there shortly, they mentioned NOTHING else. So I arrive and wait at “Sean’s” desk for what seemed like an eternity. Finally, Josh (I think) comes over and says “something weird happened.” Oh great. He says that the car I wanted was a trade in and unfortunately the owner’s loan did not go through so they picked up the car THAT MORNING. They’ve only been open for about 2 hours btw! He then proceeds to say he can find me a similar car on their Kia lot. He comes back with a RENTAL vehicle not even from AZ. Not to mention it had more miles & cost more $! AWFUL! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Working with Siraj and I may end up purchasing this car. This sales guy is
funny, engaging, not pushy, kind and really took the time to know what I am
looking for. I would highly recommend him as a person to speak to as he

A very professional dealership. From the General Manager to the people in

We had a great experience with everyone we worked with at Camelback Ford. We bought a used Toyota from Rick and Mihui and the whole process was very easy. I really appreciate how responsive they were to calls and emails, and also how transparent they were on their price, as most dealers I had spoken with insisted on only discussing the car in person.
They offered to work with our budget and took care of us. We were told about all the standard dealer add ons like warranty, paint protection, etc. but it was no pressure transaction from start to finish.
Very happy with the experience, and I would certainly recommend them.

I contacted Camelback Ford about a 2013 911 they had for sale I actually came out kinda direct and asked why there vehicle was so high in price it was a 911 S coupe with low miles asking price $80,000 I received a message back from the Sales Manager Jeremiah he stated that Camelback Ford had the largest selection of vehicles around and I'm sending you a few to choose from I thought OK there's 1 car it's the 2013 911 I thought Jeremiah fun and games I contacted Jeremiah again and he said plain and simple he's high on the price because all the other dealers are high on there prices

Camelback ford got back to me quickly. Dealer was friendly and listened to my needs. Camelback Ford made the process easy as they could, didn't pressure me for up sells just what I needed and wanted.

The dealer got back to me right away and informed me the pre-owned car taken in by trade was not up the there standards and didn't pass the quality use car program for resale.

sales person was very friendly and helpful did not try and up sale me they offered a test drive right away and were very informed about the product . The finance person was low key and not high pressure. My sales experience as very pleasurable.

Car prices are based on availability in the market. Our prices can change day to day. Simply mention the price you were quoted on the website. We have a way to track what cars were priced at and on what day. We will always honor a price previously posted as long as it was not an error of some kind. Communication with the dealer is key. If you would have simply told us the original price you wanted you would probably be driving a new car. Please remember dealers are very flexible in most cases. But communication is key. Let us know if any of the cars we have meet your needs.

Camelback Ford made my recent purchase a breeze! My experience working with Richard Borman on the new car lot was unlike any other I have experienced. He didn't pressure me into a vehicle I was not interested in and he made sure to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted from the beginning. I even spoke with Brian Pashia on the used lot side of this dealership, and he made me feel like family. He even came over to the new lot to congratulate me on my new Ford Edge and confirmed how awesome of a deal I got! Sean Weiss, the desk manager, was quick to assist Richard in getting me the exact pricing I was after and got me a killer deal on my trade in. Thank you all for such an awesome experience! I would definitely recommend anyone to this location and look forward to dealing with this team in my future service visits.

Would have been five stars except when we brought the car the battery died within 24 hours and we told them we had to replace it. They said no problem, they would refund us the cost of the battery... it's been almost two weeks and we still don't have a check.

Went to see a vehicle that was advertised. Car wasnt even there and tried to sell us another vehicle. Even after telling the salesperson the specific reasons the vehicle was being sought out. They still tried to get us to go to a tent sale. !!

Tried twice to deal. First had a deal and somehow in a few hrs the car sold. Second got a price and then they called and it was raised a $1000.00 . Not a good place to deal with.

I filled out the paperwork about the truck I wanted Camelback responder within 24 hrs. They responded frist with an e-mail then 24 hrs. after the e-mail they had called with a very low pressure call. I was pleased.

was looking online for a ford f150 called cambelback ford they had one then asked if they could send me some pics of the truck they did I couldn't get down their that day they called me back the next day and asked if I was still looking for a truck and that they still had that truck they sent pics of and got me down there after talking to a sale's person took me 20min to drive there for nothing truck was not there and spent the next 30mins walking around the parking lot for them to tell me they don't have the truck and then tried pawning another truck off on me waist of my time. Just said the truck was there to get me down there the sale's rep I spoke with on the phone wasn't even there when she told me to come and ask for her customer service was really BAD....
