I had an amazing experience with Cadillac Pasadena. Vanessa and Tyler were amazing and they made the process stress free and easy! They were very patient with the process and made sure that I was happy and confident in my decision. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

They sold me the Cadillac
Great price on the vehicle and great condition. Missed my opportunity to buy the car due a miscommunication between
the salesman and myself. No fault of the dealer, but i would have preferred he text me back after i tried to reach him on
multiple occassions. Moral of the story you snooze you lose.

They made me rush to my bank before it closed to pull out a very large sum of money just to tell us that they couldn’t do anything after all and we’d have to wait till our bank opens.
All in all they should learn to be a little more ethical.

Robert, we truly appreciate the feedback. We did not make you rush to the bank, you wanted to use your credit union which is always a welcome option and they happened to close early that day. We as well as you were at the mercy of your credit union. We were completely upfront with you throughout the process so if we missed something in our communications we do apologize. Very friendly.
Hordible experience. Told me a car was sold and days later its still listed. Not motivated ate to sell cars, or at least that day they weren't motivated. Horrible

We truly apologize for any poor experience you may have had with us. I can assure you we would never say that a car was sold unless it absolutely was. Please keep in mind there are sometimes delays in system reporting as we do not manually remove cars from the web, once sold, our inventory feed provider does this process. Please let us know if we have anything else in stock that fits your needs and also, if you could contact us and let us know which was the car in question so we can review what occurred to cause the delay in it's removal from the site.

Dealer contacted me, very quickly, but found my Vehicle somewhere else.
I called the dealer and the manager steve was supposed to have a salesperson send me pictures, but I didn’t hear back from him instead I saw that he increased the selling price by $4000 to $59995 from $55995

Symes is a very knowledgable dealer. They contacted me and followed through with several calls to make sure I was making progress with my car hunt. Mat provided me with the cars build sheet and educated me about the cars options. I bought a car elsewhere but his help made the overall experience great.
