This was probably the best experience I’ve had looking for a car. Got a great car at a great deal without any pressure from salesmen looking to make as much money as they can. I had initially talked to Stu a few days ago and met with him to see the car. We talked about anything it needed and when we came to buy the car, they had buffed it and fixed the tiny details. Stu had been very attentive and transparent throughout the whole process and was an amazing salesman. And shout out to Byron for also being great and taking the time to speak to us as well. He also made sure the process was as smooth as can be.

Great car dear very helpful
called about a used truck they had for sale and they were very helpful and quick to respond. went to look at the truck and it was as described and ready for a test drive. went back the next day and purchased the truck and thus far i am very pleased with it. the salesman Andrew i worked with was very helpful as was all the staff.

These guys, especially Dave Brown, are top notch. He actually took an informed video of a truck I was asking about but pictures not yet available, and sent that to me. He has kept in touch with me providing info on other possible vehicles that fit my purchasing criteria. 5 star all day!!

Williamsburg Ford Lincoln Mercury's email and text responses were very prompt. However, once I have told them my credit union has denied my credit application, I have not heard nothing back from them. (its the domino effect I am used to with a poor credit score, its like I have a disease or something)..

Truly professional experience. Very helpful staff, who go above and beyond. But, unlike many other dealerships, the sales representatives are not pushy or demanding.
Great experience from start to finish! I had been looking for a truck for my son to buy upon return from his military deployment. I was nervous picking the truck out and buying without seeing it. Stu Young took all the worry out of the purchase. He responded quickly to every question I had and was instrumental in closing this deal. My first contact was on a Monday and the truck was in our driveway on the following Saturday. Stu even helped me find an excellent shipping service who brought the truck right to our house. I would recommend Stu Young and Williamsburg Ford to any one!

One of the best car buying experiences I've been involve with. They were responsive to my questions, low pressure (merely presented facts and allow you to make your decision), appeared to be direct and honest, and lastly moved in and out of the dealership quickly. Would highly recommend.

Stu was fantastic to deal with. He is an epitome of a true sales professional. Gerard helped us alot when Stu had an emergency and couldn't be there when we went to pick the car. Sales reps are apparently trained to tell potential customers that they have already invested so much money (which is always just 200 to 400 dlrs under their asking price) into the vehicle so they can not go lower than this "best" price .......I've come across a few dealerships that use this (non)sales tactic......It may work for the inexperienced and uninformed car buyer, but any experienced and/or informed car buyer will recognize this as lying or twisting the facts. NO dealer lists ALL his used vehicles for just 200 to 400 dlrs more than they have paid for it and trying to convince an informed car buyer that on a NEW vehicle the dealer looses money if he sells under factory invoice is dumb. ...............AVOID Greg at this dealership if you still want to attempt this dealership.........he is the rudest car salesman I have come across when shopping for a vehicle between Norfolk and WashDC !!!!! Watch your vocabulary if you decide to talk to him, because he WILL BARK back at you if HE THINKS that you mispronounce anything or not use the correct word(s).

Although they were quick to respond & have me "buy", they took
2 days to even tell me they had widened their search to 6 states.
I quickly found my dream car at CarMax & bought it saving $4000
plus more upgrades.

Salesperson was very nice and he did respond 1 time to say there was an issue with the people trying to buy the car that I was interested in - He said he would call me if their deal didn't go through - I am thinking it went through because he didn't call back.
