Very responsive dealer. Brian worked with us through the negotiations and processing. He took tons of photos and detailed all the working areas of the car. He shared the car fax report and that it went through a 75 point inspection. We bought the car sight unseen. But we trusted him and his word.

We went to see the vehicle and the guy wasn’t helpful at all. I felt like he didn’t want to sell the vehicle to us but it’s ok I found another car somewhere else. He just asked us to filled out a form with our personal info I don’t feel like he was going to submit the paperwork to any financial institution because he told us straight out that we won’t qualify. Really bad experience and I won’t recommend no body to go there. Bad service. I would give 0 start.

When I asked you about your job history and downpayment , you did not have job at that time and your downpayment was not enough for financing a Mercedes. I didn't want , keep going your credit to be run by different of banks. Great customer service
We had a few delays in the purchasing process, but that was mainly bc I was buying the car remotely. Sending paperwork back and forth dealing with Brian and my credit union. Patience was key. The whole process took almost two weeks but we were able to get it done. CIT. Motors received the check on Monday and the Acura Rl was delivered on Wednesday a day before Thanksgiving. Trust was key also, Brian told me the car was a 9 and so far he was right. I'm satisfied with the performance and condition of the vehicle. California car and one owner. Thanks Brian

Didn’t make a deal but owner was responsive with information
Horrible little man. Brian the owner was a complete jerk from the beginning. He treated me like garbage even after I bought the car from him. He lied about the condition of the car, it’s history and the scratches he promised would be professionally fixed, he went over with some touch up paint that was probably empty because it made absolutely no change. Complete shyster, liar and stereotypical used car salesman. The reason they have a bad name
First it was $5999, then $6999...at the end----$7999!! Within 3 days..... Not someone I want to do business with.....!!

Where to begin. He stayed after hours for us when he didn’t have to. He answered all of our questions. We got a great deal. Car was exactly as advertised. He had the best customer service. I highly recommend him and he gave off great vibes which I loved. I hate going to places where it feels uneasy. Definitely going back whenever my husbands ready ;)

This is a very small independent dealership. Although the price was very attractive the car had damage and I did not feel confident that it would be fixed prior to the sale or after. I was misled regarding Bank fees and insurance that I did not need. Ultimately I did not buy the car

You were even presented with a DUE BILL that shows we promise to take care of it immediately to give you confidence. The insurance was never mandatory as well, we explained that it is optional. I am super satisfied with the new vehicle. The customer service was excellent. The owner, Brian, was thorough and accommodating. He even fed my busy 5 year old daughter some pizza. The salesman, Michael was great as well. It won't be the last time a buy a vehicle fro. C.I.T. and I recommend them to anyone.

I had just went through a bad experience with a large dealership. I happened upon this car on here. Owner Brian work with me with my bad credit I made it happen. I I got a beautiful car for a great price. I am very happy and I would recommend CIT Motors to anyone looking for a car. I even got a small warranty which is better than anything I got from the larger dealership.
Very quick response. Also contacted via phone. Very reasonable in price point. Sadly, I took too long to hop on it.

I had a great experience with Brian. He was very fair and awesome in every way. I called for a Porsche Cayenne and he showed me the car along with a few other cars. He was very patient and courteous. Not a pushy salesman and very honest about the cars and their maintenance costs. The Porsche was clean and even better than the photo. I would recommend this dealer to everyone.

he said it was my bad credit.
However, other banks have

cost wasn't even close to the
14,000.00 and the car was

saw a woman and figured I

Brian was very helpful. Buying a used car is always a risky
proposition. You can pay more for a warranty to give you peace of
mind, but if you don't, you have to do your homework and hope.
Brian was forthright about the car and put zero pressure on me as I
considered the purchase. I will use Brian when my son needs a car
in a few years.

Overall had bad service here. I arrived and from the moment I got there
I felt like my presence was a burden to the guy at the desk (I couldn't
even tell if he was a real salesman or not because he knew nothing
about the car, negotiations, etc.) and I basically had to beg him to take
it on a test drive. I was ready to drive off with a car the day of and
quickly decided I would not be comfortable using this dealer. Also, the
car was $1,000 more than that price listed online (which it still is listed
as). The guy did tell me that because it was an auction day all the
dealers were out of the office but I find that little excuse to not be eager
for my business or to try to make a deal with me. I would only use this
dealership if the car they had was an absolute perfect fit and perfect
price. Just had a weird experience there.

My wife and I were shopping for a car last weekend. We already did our research online, as well as called all the dealerships in all area. Surprisingly, CIT Motors offered the best prices as well as choices. We walked in on a Saturday morning.
We were immediately greeted by Brian , who kindly showed us around. The thing I was most impressed by was the way he LISTENED to what we had to say, and catered to our needs as customers. We don't like being smothered or feel pressured when dealing with sales reps. But Brian was not like your stereotypical "pushy" or "impatient" car sales person. He made us feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we walked in, until we drove off the lot with our new car! He showed us all of our options, answered all of our questions, took his time helping us, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. It was a smooth and easy transaction. Best of all, we got a great deal on 2007 Mercedes Benz CLK 350.
