I drove up on Saturday, I liked the car but the Car dealer would not let me Drive the car, he stated he didn't want to get it dirty because he wanted it back on his show room floor and didn't want to pay someone to clean it again. Then in turn give me 3 different prices and would not set on one price. He emailed me and told me I was being mean and was sorry he couldn't sell me a car...My reply was, call me when you want to sell the vehicle and send me a set price. Never heard from him. I would never do business with a Dealer who would not let you drive the car. Few other things I was not in pressed with that he did.

Thanks for the review, I do apologize Pam that you offered less than we had into the car. The car it sold for exactly what I quoted you. We gave you 2 prices one for the car only and one for the car plus the WA state sales tax and title fee's. I would have let you taken the car for a test drive but when you offered less than what we had into the car I felt no need to waste your time and pull it out of the showroom. Also when I told you that your offer was less than cost you called me a liar and said talk to the hand...seriously... I am not buying into your BS!!.. Again I am quoting exactly wh

The gentlemen who sold me this car was very nice! Very professional, helpful, informative and was the opposite of your average “pushy” car salesmen! Can’t beat the prices either. Couldn’t be happier with my car or the staff. 10/10. 5 stars. Would recommend to ANYBODY.

By far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. It's an
independent dealership, that has very few people working for them, but
man what a great crew. I worked with Kurt and the guy was awesome. Not
pushy. Listened more than he talked, very friendly. I only wish car buying
experience was this easy everywhere. Got a great deal on the truck I
bought, well below the KBB and any other sellers including private. This
place should be your first and last stop if you are looking for a used car or
a truck. By Design Auto Group - number one independent dealer in the

We drove up at the end of the day on a Friday and hit horrible traffic, Jay was
gracious when we finally arrived about 15 minutes before he was closing. We
had a wonderful experience and found the car we were looking for.
Unfortunately not much wiggle room on price but no complaints otherwise.
Great lot and a nice experience. Never had that car salesman feeling about it.

I have nothing by positive things to say about By Design Auto Group! Probably the nicest used car dealership I've seen...& definitely the best one I've purchased a vehicle from! My salesman was Jay & my experience was top notch! I have bought 5-6 vehicles in the past 7-10 years, so I do have numerous experiences to compare too...purchasing this vehicle from Jay @ By Design Auto Group was by far the LEAST stressful & BEST experience I've had buyin' a vehicle! I'm gonna recommend these guys to anyone that asks me about this subject!!

I ended up buying this truck and taking it back to Minnesota. Very clean, the

Excellent dealer. He was a very down to earth, professional and
absolutely no pressure. There was no "good guy/bad guy"
multiple dealers involved. There was one guy start to finish and
he processed all the paperwork in a timely matter. I asked for
his cards so we could give to family and friends. An exceptional
experience!
