Unfortunately I found the car online while working in California. Dealer was super nice but a substantial deposit was not enough to hold the car. I get it. But I would of have paid cash for the car.

They were helpful and efficient. Let me test drive it. My car was ready when I came back for it. All the papers were ready. I like the car I got very much.
My service was good, but while I was there someone else came to pick up his car and it wasn't ready. He had driven over an hour and they had not let him know. However they got right on it and were investigating the problem. I left and don't know the end of the story.
Drove two hours just to get a call saying the car was put on hold for someone else, even though I was told it was first come first serve. Props to him for helping a guy surprise his wife, I just wish he wouldn’t have let me drive four hours round trip for nothing.

Just didn't like vechicle. Need to much work. The owner or manager seem to tried to be honest about vechicle. But, He told me it was line up but, if so why was it pulling hard right. Was not to friendly of people also.

No issues at all
Car was in too poor of condition to even think about paying asking price. The guy wasn't willing to budge on price or try and fix some of the multiple problems with the car. Cute dog though.

I went to this dealership to test drive a car and when I got there someone else was test driving the car which was fine. The car drove really nice. The price and mileage was where I wanted it but the back windows looked as if they had been scratched by a dog and the inside door handles were awful. Looked like someone took their finger nails and dug into the leather. We talked to the dealer about repairing both the windows and doors and he answered back as if to say it wouldn’t cost US that much to repair them. No thanks. I was ready to purchase but he didn’t seem to concerned about the repairs.

Thanks for the interest in our car. The back windows had some minor scratches on it. We told you that it cost about $60 to have the tint replaced and that we would take it off the price. The door panels had some minor wear and Lexus had a recall campaign for this common problem. We felt that an issue with a scratch on window tint shouldn't stop a customer from buying a good used car. Drove four hours to see the SUV and the the pictures looked nothing like the actually vehicle in person. Paint was fading on the the SUV and interior was terrible. Would never make that trip to that dealership again. Dealer was no help in trying to remedy the issues.

Great car! Travelled over 30 miles to take a test drive. Dealer never called to follow up to see if I wanted to take next steps. I have no issues with the dealer but surprised they were not more motivated to sell.

I am so interested in this car that I went by the car lot to see the vehicle in person. I am trying to do everything I can to purchase this car. The salesperson ask me to come back the following Monday to speak with his finance guy. However, I haven't been able to do so yet. But the salesperson was very nice and informative.

After I sent initial email I was asked to make an offer on the vehicle. So I submitted my offer, only to be told that tax season was coming up and they would not be lowering the price at all. So why ask me to make an offer if that's the case? I asked them that question, but no response. I have no problem if your price is firm, but why engage a customer to make an offer only to give your reasons why you're not going to lower the price? SMH

Recently I submitted a bad review on carburnout I made the review out of anger because my car has issues. In reality they had no way of knowing the problems the car had because the only you would no is to have it scanned. Up until I found out about these issues i was very pleased with these guys. They were a lot of fun to talk to even thier dog is cool. So I retract my earlier review. After the car is repaired which is a customized 08 sclass 550 with amg package and front kit I will have a car wiort way more than what I paid for it. Ballin lol.

That was the 1st of two test drives you made the second was the following day.
