Ricky was great! Wish I had known that the price listed on Car Gurus was contingent on financing. Have to scroll down and read the fine print. Wasn’t clarified when I mentioned that I was a cash buyer on the phone. Otherwise, Ricky was great. The process was easy. Thought I was going to look but I was able to drive it home a few hours later.

As an Executor, I was told everything was fine until they "felt" I wasn't who I said I was. I was told they feel uncomfortable after giving me the
green light to deliver. They created excuses assuming the car

Wanted this car got pre approved for the vehicle got contacted by an AI SYSTEM and then spoke to someone during the week I did my application was approved but was told I need a large down payment and that I couldn’t get this vehicle I needed a newer vehicle terrible experience still haven’t heard back just a waiting game and they want you to purchase a new car not the old ones so look out for that he didn’t wanna help me get this vehicle for watever reason which is wat I wanted to begin with didn’t need to test drive because I’ve driven one in the past and my mother owns it and it was gonna get deliver to me couldn’t beat that deal but as my dad always says if it sounds too good to be true then It’s bs I’ll be trying to contact them one last time this week in regards to this specific vehicle and if they still don’t wanna sell it to me then they lost my business for good

Buying a car at Brustolon was quite a fun experience, especially with our Sales Person Tino Checchi! He was very friendly, helpful,
accommodating and efficient. We even had to stay an extra couple of days due to an insurance issue on my end, and he gave us great
recommendations on places to eat, drink, see, stay and do while in town! We had never been to Mystic, CT before, but we know it won't be
our last visit.
Only downside was the dealer does not negotiate on price at all. This was told to us and all buyers upon initial contact, but was hard to
believe it was held to, just from my prior experiences. The deal itself was very good, it is just a different type of car sales than what I was
used to.

Even though the vehicle I was interested in was sold, the representative let me know on the first call that there may be
a deal pending on this vehicle and he would call me back to let me know. The next day, I was both surprised and

The dealer raised the price of the vehicle during negotiations. The salesman was less than honest . Vehicle started at $33,974, we negotiated to $32,974 , before I was able to get the deal done, the vehicle price changed to $31,974, when I finally got back to buy the vehicle the price was $34,974. This dealership experience was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Salesperson was friendly and thorough but closing process with financing tactics were uncompetitive.
I'd done my financing homework before arriving, they were wildly out of line. The deal I closed elsewhere matched the rates of my research.
The demeanor and knowledge of the salesperson was great and his rating is above the dealership rating I gave. The vehicle was a realistic option. The deal was bad so I walked.

This is the worst dealership and experience buying
a car I have ever had ! I saw the price and ask him if
they would hold the car for me if I give them a credit
card he said no problem. We are good like that then
the day I came up there they raise the price $400.
The car was sitting on the lot for 111 days and all of
a sudden he said itâÂÂs supply and demand and
they
raise the price and will not give me my money off
the car. By far a bunch of scammers that work
there. I would never recommend this dealership to

I was shopping at this place for second time and exactly the same scenario happened. Truck not safe to drive …bold tires, door sensor doesn’t work and shows all time that door is open, remote control doesn’t work and big loose on steering wheel and…….sales man told me it’s selling how it is. I’m wondering how is legal selling not fully functional truck with bold tires ?! GMC 3500 HD BLACK DENALI…..STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKEN TRUCK !!! No warranty either !
I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I just purchased a Lucid Air from. Brustolon and could not be any happier. I was
looking for the car on CarGurus and saw Brustolon had a well-equipped car with
low mileage at a great price. I worked with Arvy Samis, an outstanding sales
person. He took the time to learn about the Lucid so he could
explain and demonstrate the features on a long test drive. He isknowledgeable,
personable, and made the buying experience at Brustolon hassle-free. Anyone
looking for a late-model, high-spec car should contact Arvy. Also, a plug for Ken
in the business office, who understood what I wanted to do and completed the
sale process in under 5 minutes. Brustolon is 150 miles from my home in Maine
but the next time I am in the market for a high-end car at a great price I am going
back to Arvy and the Brustolon team.

Walked in first thing on a Saturday. Was greeted by Luis. Very polite, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Purchased a truck in the matter of a few hours. I really cannot say enough about this dealership. I'll preface by saying this, I dispise car shopping however I will, most definitely, be returning here for my next vehicle. We have been shopping around for a while and often visited CarGurus. I found this vehicle here and immediately shot a message of interest. Chris reached out once, we spoke I said I could probably make it there in a week to look at it. He was so understanding and did not bother me once that entire week. This is the only reason we made the trip out. Once we got there we were greeted by Chris, he introduced us to our salesman Arvy! Arvy was such a pleasure to work with. He was helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the distance. He understood what we were willing to pay, was not pushy at all and at the end of the day he made it work for us. I offered to leave a deposit of which they said no need I will put the truck aside for you only to then sell the truck out from under me and not tell me until I was halfway into my 1 hour drive to the dealership. Then lied and said the truck was in safety inspection and would be available. Absolutely the worst customer service I have eclver experienced. Buyer Beware!!

Buyer beware. Inquired on CarGuru. Stated I would
pay cash and needed delivery. Dealer provided quote
that was ABOVE the advertised price and tripled the
stated delivery fee. They said price was higher
because I was not taking financing (8.54%). Also
said I could take the financing and then pay it off
immediately which made no sense as this worked
only for them. Low ethics at this place.

Wouldnât take a deposit on the BMW 335i after
traveling over an hour to look at it. We sent an

Dealer told me to put down 500 dollars to hold vehicle which I did went through all the process signing all the papers and all until I seen them bring up the price on vehicle and I told them that was not the price I saw online so he ask me what was the price I showed him he fix it but never gave me my money back I payed to hold car no papers was shown when ask about it and the never called me back so don't purchase any vehicle from them

Internet price only good if financed by dealer. Several options on listing were not on car (navigation & blind-spot
monitoring). Life insurance charge of $900 required by loan company to ensure pay-off if I die before the loan
does. Got gap insurance with our car insurance for $40. A charge of $199 for VIN etching mysteriously shows
up on final invoice. We did not notice until we got home (3hr drive) that there is no etching on windows. Called
salesperson who said etching is not done on windows anymore but is hidden on other body parts. Where is the
theft deterrent in that? They have refused so far to refund the $199 for the etching we never wanted and never
received. Let our experience be a warning to potential buyers at Brustolon Buick/GMC.

Honestly, this was by far the most frustrating experience I could have had with trying to buy a vehicle. I received several emails and directly responded to each and everyone with my vin number of my current car, specifics, etc., and received no reply until I expressed my frustrations. The email I received in response was from a gentleman who gave me his cell phone number and told me to contact him directly if I was interested in the car. So, I texted him and shocker, no response. Do they want to even sell this car? Talk about dropping the ball...

I was very interested in purchasing this vehicle. They sent great videos and pictures. However, when I inquired about the accident that
appears on the Carfax report I was told it was incorrect. I requested to have a PPI done by Porsche (at my cost) to verify the car was in great

Reached out to Brustolon about this quite rare 918, the salesman Chris S was very knowledgeable about the car and talked to me for quite a while in detail about it. I scheduled a test drive with him and that went well. Car was accurately described and priced, they were honest, and best yet very accommodating to my needs. I did not end up making the purchase, I couldn't get the payment I desired, but they gave me a couple tips on how to improve my credit score in the future. Down to earth, family owned business. jose lied about vehicle damage. He stated the AutoCheck accident was because of a tire scuff. He told
me I had nothing to worry about because it wasn't reported to Carfax it was not significant damage. I was
going to purchase the car so I started setting up insurance. In the previous insurance reports, there is a
$15004 collision settlement paid and 4 weeks of rental paid for during repairs. I learned the Carfax
reporting has nothing to do with the severity of the accident just who provided the information to the
reporting agency.

Very disappointed. I drove 5 hrs just to find out that they never cleaned it. Should have been done way before we got there . I wanted to figure out the finances ahead of time before the 5 hr drive told me i had triple aaa credit and that it should be low and when i got there it was way high .seemed to care less if we bought it or not

I’ve had some horror stories buying cars in the past. Especially from a distance, after my last experience buying a car,(at a dealership in FL) I wasn’t looking forward to it again, but I have to say these guys are amazing! Interested in a CLK 63. Was told they wouldn’t negotiate because they had an offer for 20k, the following day they lowered the price below 20k. Was then told they had 3 deals pending on the car. 14 days later it’s still for sale. The car has some issues with the roof and airmatic seat system that I had to pry out of the salesman, Chris. Most dealers are dishonest about pricing data and vehicle condition and these folks are no different.

Went to the lot to see the car and the battery was dead. The young salesman on the lot didn't seem a bit interested in helping. Didn't even ask me my name. I wouldn't go there again.

Waste of time. Drove over an hour to test drive car. Told them I’d like to buy it, agreed to listed/ advertised price. Told them I would put down a deposit and bring back bank check for balance when I picked up car. Salesman then proceeded to tell me if I don’t finance with them $1000 would be added to the advertised price (scummy) !!!! Salesman assured me they had great financing options so after driving over an hour I decided to get their offer. Salesman comes back with a monthly payment for 48 months. He tells me he doesn’t know what the total amount financed or interest rate is based on, I have to talk to the finance guy for that. I’m shuffled to another room and while I wait I go online to my Credit Union and get approved for a payment $80 less per month based on a rate of 4.24% (I have very good credit). They were offering 9%. They don’t really sell cars, they sell loans. Stay far away.

Called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Christopher Harty!!! This gentleman knew I was coming from 80+ miles away and he told me over the phone that he would give me a minimum of ??? for my trade!! When I arrived he gave me more then his quote!!! He set me up with a wonderful salesman (Jim) who said that this was one of his easiest sales ever!! I told him that the ONLY reason I came was because of Christopher Harty!!! I made a point to go tell Christopher Harry’s boss what a tremendous job he did!!! Again a great experience thanks to Christopher!! Much appreciated!!!

I was referred by a friend of mine to visit the dealership….I called to verify that the vehicle was still available, it was. I spoke to Chris Harty. The Challenger was ready when I arrived…When I got to the dealerships…I was greeted by Jose. Jose was patient, understanding and easy to work with…I told Jose that “I want to pay cash”. He said no problem…I gave him a cashiers check with the amount, which included taxes and fees…The price online is the price you pay….their was no “bate and switch” like other dealerships do….they don’t play that game…The process was pleasant and a exciting experience…thank you Brustolon

The staff was very friendly and experienced. But their were hidden fees that I was not told about. We went through the paperwork so fast that it felt a little shady. But the pro master was a pretty good deal and an overall good condition, I’m happy with the purchase but they should have been more upfront with the extra fees, they put a coating of some sort on the paint and didn’t reveal that until after the fact and it was $799. Why would I need that for the 2014 work van. I would be more careful if I went through this dealer again and read all the fine print. I would probably go through them again if they had the right vehicle for me. They’re not much different from the rest of the dealers out there.

Unfortunately, I was transferred to a salesman who didn’t know and told me that by the time it would take him to get this information the car will be sold and doesn’t really matter. Came to look at this Audi SQ5, met with the salesman Chris. He was honest, knowledgeable and transparent. When I was unsure about the SUV fitting into my lifestyle, Brandon the sales manager worked with me to get into a different Audi they had on the lot. The transaction was seamless and hassle free. I did not know that dealers like this still existed! I will be back for my next purchase and spread the word. Brustolon Buick GMC is the real deal.
I inquired Sun. If the car was available. They texted me back on Monday and said yes it was. They had done a 150 point check and the car passed with flying colors. Could I come in and see it.
I said yes and went that afternoon to find out the car was in the shop getting a new hood latch and a sensor. Guess those flying colors weren't so btight..
Then I was told the advertised price would not be honored for a cash deal, it was only for a financed deal. I kind of blew up, but did apologize after. I asked the salesperson to let me know when I could come try it out. I noticed a few days later they raised the price a thousand dollars. I was never contacted when the car was supposedly ready to drive.. Guess because I wanted to pay cash my business wasn't wanted.

Was going to purchase a 3 year old luxury vehicle. Stated on website vehicle went through 170
point inspection. When I came down for the a test drive vehicle had a flat tire waited an hour
and half to add air to tire. Took it on the test drive vehicle needed alignment. Put a deposit
down on the car. They came back to say they will put 2 tires and do alignment. Went forward
with the process. Dealer has some bogus fee's etching of car 199.00 stated it would help your
car insurance (not). Arranged for delivery I get there car is not ready! This dealership doesn't
care about your time. I then had my mechanic at next delivery within 3 minutes he spots an oil
leak, a problem with the rotors, the dealership never even change the oil but did reset the info
in the car stating the oil was changed. Contacted owner twice via email no response. Dealer
put car back up on the site within the next day... Told me the oil leak would take a least a week
to fix... Buyer beware when you go to here

Responded. Received mixed messages on a
truckâs availability. Was told it was available,
then another salesman said they accepted a
deposit? First salesman said it was available
and another Party was interested, but they
didnât leave a deposit. Texted the dealership
the next day and was told it was available.
Texted first salesman who said it was available
so I made an offer and received no response.
Increased offer and was told he would check
with manager. One minute later he told me
they werenât accepting my offer and no
counter offer was given. A few minutes later I
was told the truck was sold! Waste of time.

I got a good deal on the vehicle I purchased . I found everyone to be adequate .
When I test drove the vehicle I purchased the gas tank was on E and I had to fill up the tank when I purchased it. I found this unusual.
I had already secured financing at a good rate prior to purchasing and was told that I had to go with whatever financing company they secured if they beat my rate . My rate was beat by extending the term of the loan to 6 six instead of 5. I was told that this was common practice that buyers go with who the dealership has as loan companies. I had never heard of that.

Post-sale response to issues was poor from Sale Agent, Sales Mgr., & Office Mgr. Only the Owner, Cindy, had the courtesy to return calls & make arrangements for service.
