Responded to my emails right away. Michael was very proactive in following up. Unfortunately the vehicle sold before I was able to come see it but Michael still offered to help be on the lookout for anything I may have been interested in.

They responded to me very quickly but the vehicle was listed as a standard and I found from the pictures it was an automatic. I was not interested in an automatic for the money they were asking. I understand the automatic transmissions were problems .

I showed interest in a 2012 Ford Explorer at AutoNation Ford in Brooksville, and within a few hours Travis contacted me. He was very helpful and he set up an appointment for me to come look at it. When I got to the dealership, all the staff at AutoNation Ford Brooksville were very friendly and helpful. I drove several hours to come see this vehicle and was nervous that it would get sold before I got there, but they assured me it would still be there when I got there and it was. Through-out my time at the dealership everyone was professional and Travis was very helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you Travis and to all of the employees at AutoNation Ford Brooksville for helping me purchase my 2012 Ford Explorer!

I had a good experience here. The salesman I worked with, Travis, responded very quickly to my inquiries. The dealership has a no-negotiation standard that I can respect. I was mostly very worried about the financing process because I was alone, but I wasn't hassled at all. For my first time buying a car at a dealership, it was a good experience.

It was a busy Friday, and it was helpful texting the dealer to get my questions answered, but when I asked the last
question about when I could see the vehicle over the weekend, they never responded. I only assumed they has
another buyer, and by Monday the car was marked sold. That confirmed my suspicions. I felt the lack of response
was rude so I didn't want to buy there anyway.

Went to this dealer and was never treated so ridiculous and rudely in my life! Wanted to run my credit and get me approved to make sure I could "buy the vehicle" before I could test drive it.... little did he know I was planning on paying cash for it. I told him that was insane and he said he was "protecting his vehicles from getting miles on them" lmao. I wasn't going to drive it to Orlando! It was unprofessional and very rude. They have nice cars but obviously are hiding things. My advice stay FAR FAR AWAY!

Dealer/agent was surprised that someone would want to purchase a vehicle without physically coming into the dealership. An email was sent to the manager advising him that the staff needs to made aware aware of technology and trends that make this possible and apply the appropriate training. I had to initiate the calls to follow up on my inquiries each time.

I was really interested in this 2005 Toyota Camry LE. Without even seeing or test driving the car I offered $4,000 cash for subject vehicle. The day after my offer, I received a reply from your office that the vehicle in question was sold the day before. Although I didn't get the car, I was well satisfied with the service rendered by Mr. Haley in replying my message and my request. The information furnished by your office in regards to the history of the car was excellent. Truly outstanding service.

Yes they contacted me and were very nice. My income changed and they did not hound me.
Worst dealer ever visited, very unhelpful and not understanding my situation.
Had to ride with bus about 3 hours to get there and when arrive did not even
had the courtesy to give a ride to bus stop to get back.
Very complicated finance situation and many fees and costs.Never
recommend this dealer to anyone again.

Horrible! They are still holding $500 deposit to reserve the car. We decided
not to proceed with the purchase after the high APR % they were offering
and analyzing the pros and cons of the car in much less than 24 hours after
visiting the dealer. Two weeks have passed, several calls from us reclaiming
the deposit and they refuse to credit us back the money!

Not impressed! I contacted AutoNation to inquire about a Mustang that I was very interested in. I was planning to purchase it, however I needed to test drive it first. Due to work I could not get there until the evening hours. I was in contact with the same sales person Todd for a few phone calls & planned to see the vehicle on a Friday evening after work. Todd told me he would be there until 7 p.m. I told him I would be there later in the evening between 6 and 7 p.m. Upon arrival 6:15pm, I was informed that the salesman Todd left for the day and was on vacation for the next week. Another salesman showed me the Mustang, but was unable to start it. He told me there was a problem with the ignition that they did not know about. He said the problem would be fixed by either Monday or Tuesday and they would call me back when fixed so I could drive the vehicle & possibly purchase. I had planned on purchasing this car, so on Tuesday when I did not get a phone call back, I called them myself and was told the car was sold that morning! I was upset and told them they were supposed to contact me once the vehicle was repaired. The salesman said "there are other Mustangs here to look at", however they were not blue (which is the color I wanted) & much higher in price almost double the price. I left messages for Todd about what happened & never got a call back! Not feeling confident that I want to do business with them after this.

The day after I purchased my car my speedometer stopped working, which freaked me out because I like to see how fast or slow I'm going especially when I travel a decent amount a day, but I brought it in and they found the problem right away and offered to help in everyway, I'm thankful to have gone here to purchase my car and I would definitely be back in the future for another!
