Attentive staff while I was there. Clean organized dealership. It took several hours for the car transaction on a quiet weekday morning, Zero beverages or snacks in the wait lounge (it took about 4 hours for the transaction). They claimed it was a COVID thing, yet every other dealership has figured this out. Price was very good, trade offer very good, salesperson was fine. Thumbs down on follow up after the sale. I thought I’d hear from them to find out how my truck purchase is going… crickets. No bigs.

Everything about this car buying experience even during covid was pretty easy. my only discrepancy was with the amount of time that it took to get the title in so that i could pick up there for myself. But the salesman (Andy) was great and pleasant to work with as well as the financial staff. I appreciate all the contacts and emails they sent to keep me as up to date as possible in regards to the process.

Very disappointed in the service. I reserved a time to view a vehicle when I arrived the vehicle was sold. A week prior I tried to put an offer on the same vehicle they told me I couldn’t because they already had someone looking at it. They told me to leave my number in case it fell through and so it did that’s when I scheduled my appointment and was told when I got there it sold.
I thought it was great! The only reason I can't give the full five stars is lack of information. I took my mother to look at
the car and take it for a test drive, but wasn't present for the actual signing of a deal and purchasing of the car.
I really appreciated the no-pressure approach of our sales consultant Chris P., who was warm and friendly, and let
the car sell itself. We did not feel rushed, or left waiting, had plenty of time to test out some of the tech features and
closely examine all the odds and ends. He was able to answer all of my questions (such as what type of things show
up on the CarFax report), and was honest even if the answer could be interpreted as less than positive (he gave us
full disclosure about the limitations of a CarFax report). I feel totally comfortable sending my mother there for her full
year of prepaid maintenance on her new car. Big thanks to this dealership for making it smooth and easy.

Responded quickly and very accommodating when arranging a test drive. Unfortunately my experience when arriving was your typical sleazy used car dealership. The price listed on CarGurus was not the price given. They low ball your trade in by thousands of dollars. They hold you hostage by taking your keys and registration. I asked 3 times to have both returned. If you’re looking to waist your time and play the typical back and forth game, this is the dealership for you. I ended up finally leaving the dealership after several hours of nonsense and went to another dealership where I purchased a vehicle at a much better deal with a lot less hassle.

Salespeople and sales management are a bunch of liars. Identified the rear door rubber gasket was falling off to multiple sales management at the vehicle. They promised rust removed repainted and a new rubber gasket. They siliconed they old one back on never fixed the rust and the rubber gasket fell off the next day while showing off my new ride at lunch

They are not high pressure and they went out of their way to get a car prepared in 24
hours. Service department was excellent when I went for my sticker. Everyone I met
was friendly and offered any assistance I needed.

Salesperson, was very nice and listen to our concerns. The Highlander looked rough on the hood and integrity of the exterior of vehicle. The manger on duty need some customer service updates on how to deal with customers.

The salesman was very nice, patient, and low pressure. I liked him, and I liked the car but there was a minor red flag in that the car had
been previously recalled. Decided the next morning to go ahead with the sale anyways, and I reached out to see if they could budge on
the price just a bit. That's when everything went wrong.
The internet sales guy took over and sent me a ridiculous response that he couldn't negotiate on the price of the car and that I'd have to
come down. I sent them email after email over the course of the next 4 hours asking them to please get in touch with me so I could at
least put a deposit down since the sales rep was on his day off. When I was emailing them to set up an appointment they couldn't email
me back fast enough. After hours of waving my arms trying to get them to sell me a car they finally called me back to tell me the car
was already sold. Totally unreasonable and unprofessional.

Our sales person Andrew was helpful and welcoming. He followed up on promises he made and coordinated the final delivery with a smile and a perfectly shiny car! Keith, the Sales Manager managed to correct some early misinformation given to us with honesty, clarity and professionalism. He listened to us and was able to conclude the experience wonderfully. The finance process was flat and not at all consistent with the personable experience at the front of the house. We would return to this dealership (even though it as over 30 miles away) for our next used car purchase.

First bought a 2015 Tacoma.....it had a bad smell in the truck....was
conditional that they would get 'rid' of the smell. Loan
approved....insured...picked up vehicle...and the smell was still there!
On duty manager said....that they follow a 'process'. I asked when the
truck would be ready.....they said a couple of days. I told him..that i can
not drive a truck with that 'smell' . Manager told me that THEY WILL
DETERMINE IF THE SMELL WAS GONE.....NOT ME!
Yikes.....i took the plates off the truck...and drove away....told them that i
would not accept the truck like that....or have then tell me...that if the smell
was still there.....i had no right to refuse to take delivery....

Website is a good resource for viewing inventory. That's about it though.The
interactive part is misleading as it is used only to obtain your contact
information so they can nag you to come to the showroom. You will not have
the oportunity to hash out any details, obtain any information other than what
is printed on the website, or talk any figures at all. It is obvious their goal is to
get you in the door.

low mileage. We thought was a real bargain with Jess our salesperson. Would definitely

to come in three days after the truck has been sold. This is absolutely
undetectable, no apologies have been said or sent whatsoever. Stay away
from this scammers if you don't want to waste your time and money for the
gas!

Dealt with 4- FOUR- sales people within
a 24 hour time span to talk about the car
and check on availability since it's quite
a drive for me to get there. They were
great via email and on the phone. I told
them I secured my own financing and
everything, I basically just needed to
sign on the dotted line. Since our time
frame was restricted I called before we
left and had a great conversation with a
salesman. I was assured this was the
car for me and it was a great car and
deal. When we arrived, they could not
find the vehicle!!!!! Clearly, it was to good
to be true. My family and I patiently
waited and they had no explanation! We
were told maybe when they moved
vehicles they found something not quite
right and it was in the garage. I was
furious, disappointed, and
disheartened. We didn't lose our cool
and asked what next? I was told I could
put a small deposit on the car to hold it!
Really? On a MIA car? Then I suggested
they give me something for our troubles
(they offer a DD gift card for test driving)
the salesman said sure a gas card BUT
couldn't figure out the gas mileage on a
125 mile trip. He then offered to go
down the street and get one out of his
own personal money. We said forget it.
We had kids with us who were tired and
hungry, and now passed their bed time. To this day, we never heard
back from
anyone at the dealership. Nothing- no
apology - - no explanation- no DD gift or
gas card. Nothing.
