I called and salesman gave me information about the vehicle and was very nice .
Awesome Experience!! I had been looking for a car for a few months. The credit I had def was not bad credit,
but it lacked credit history. I found this beautiful car online reached out to the dealer spoke with Michael Green.
I advised him what I need as far as down payment, car payment. He called advised that he got me approved
with all the things of my request as well as got me an better interest rate then I expected. The car drive
beautiful from Jacksonville, Fl to Orlando, FL which is A 2 hour drive.

The guys at Brightway were very pleasant to work with, however communication about the particular vehicle I was looking at could've been better. Nonetheless, they had a fair selection of cars that were all very fairly priced, and the customer service was good.

Dealer was straight forward and to the point. explained all charges very well.
Friendly sales person but the dealership is not good looking. It’s tiny, run down, and the cars look the same. The car I test drove had a non-working stereo, broken windshield, dented side, and was infested with ants! None of that was described online ahead of time. Worst of all they were firm on price with all of that! Would not recommend.

Started out good. They replied next day through email. I asked some questions and they answered quickly. I arrived next day around 10am to take a look at the vehicle. There was a gentleman there who was kind of rude, says he had a mandatory meeting and that no one was there to help me, told me to come back in 2 hours and I did not return.i found exactly what I was looking for a few places later on the same day.

Customer service was very friendly and
professional. The people were great. The issue
lies in the product. The day after buying the car it
wouldn't accelerate over 35 mph which led to
getting pulled over by a state trooper. Luckily,
they escorted me to my exit. I paid to have the
car towed back to the dealership and they fixed
the issue. I had to pay to have it towed back and
it seemingly was fine. Then it rained for the first
time which is when I discovered the weather
stripping on the windshield was cracked and
was leaking in the car. I was able to remedy this
with some store bought silicon product. Then I
started getting buggy issues with the driver side
window working when it wants to and now the
latch on the rear gate does the same thing. It
basically opens when it wants to which is about
20% of the time currently. Then the brakes
started squealing so I had to go get those taken
care of. Now I'm sitting, broken down at almost
midnight with my 3 yr old and 4 month old girls
because the car is overheating and the radiator
reservoir doesn't seem to be pulling in any
coolant to the radiator. It's just been 1 thing after
another with this car and I am extremely
unhappy with it. This was supposed to be a
vehicle to help me and my growing family go
visit our family in Alabama but now I'm looking
at having to cancel our trip since I can't even
drive this thing in town without issues. I haven't
even had the car long enough to make a
payment on it yet.

The car I wanted was sold so I looked around the lot. I understood that most of the cars on the lot are 100k miles or more so I had some patience while looking around but the vast majority of the cars were falling apart. Literally. Bald tires. Busted out head and taillights. Panels falling off. You name it I saw it. Of the 5 cars I looked at only one was decent enough to make an offer on. Then the owner Bryan tried to low ball me on my trade so I left. Needless to say, I'd never go back.

Called, was told car sold. 6 days later saw same car listed again on their site. Wrote ugly email and owner, ryan, called and said sale didn't go through. That's why listed again, however it was just sold that morning.

This dealer showed some integrity by contacting me after the scathing
review i left on cargurus. He did change the description Closer to true on
the vehicle in question. I did review the other descriptions on other
vehicles and ALL are mint or like new. I suggest to question these
descriptions before riding over there. It's hard to believe that 20 cars with
over 100,000 miles are all like new or mint. I suggest to these owners to
be truthful in their descriptions. They do have low prices, but you get
what you pay for. I'll check next month to see if their advertising changes
and raise my rating higher then.

My wife and I took a 9hr train ride from Raleigh NC to Jacksonville FL after me having several conversations with Bryan/Brian and his business partner Ryan. Once we arrived I called Ryan answered to say that Bryan/Brian didn't tell him that I was coming to not look at the car but BUY the car. Ryan Said "you came all this way just to look at my car; the car is in the shop and I don't know when it will be ready." After spending $128 to get there I had to spend additional $289 to ride the bus back home and all Ryan had to say at that time was, "I don't know how to help you." Well, you want to know my review I out of a little more than $400.

They called and were very professional. I ask for a carfax report but I never
received it. A few days later they called a second time but by then I had
changed my mind, assuming there was a reason they didn't send the
report.

I was there for 39 minute to see a car and
he fiddled to mention a check was being
wired for the exact vehicle. I was wanting
to finance but could do cash. They
wouldn't clarify how much interest charge
or fees to finance without doing
application and pulling my credit. Given
the person had wired the money, it
tonight it was not very helpful to me.
I will ask if there is a pending sale before I
drove there next time to see a car. It was
a good deal and they seem nice but it
could have seriously lowered my credit
and expose my personal info. Wasn't
thrilled-
I found what I wanted online and went to the
dealership. The car was exactly what I found in
the pictures and the price was where I wanted
it to be. I met Brian when I pulled up and he
helped us through the entire process. The
whole process was very smooth from the test
drive to the the financing. He even showed me
all the cool features the car came with. Expect
no surprises here.

I bought my daughter's first car from them ,
the prices are very fair and blow market price ,
even though we bought the car As-Is and no
warranty , when we had a problem with the car
they fixed it for free . the financing was so
quick and overall we spent an hour there.

Dealer responded fast but when I went
and looked at the suv. The owner told
me they just received it but it had been
advertised for over a month on craigslist. Very
dishonest.
