The sales person was nice and very helpful, but waiting for the finance guy took so long. After purchasing the truck when I got home I realized the check engine light was on.

I called to see the car (I live in South Jersey btw) When I got there the car the 2 front seats were all ripped up. The pics in guru only show the back seats. Test drove car was making noise they said it was the brakes. They said they having a sale tried to sell the car go more than asked. Luis is a politician all lies.

Red flags !!! Engine light is on the car wheel rims all rusted!! Hood needs paint!! Not worth 10,500 glad I went to look in person!! I looked on carfax had front end accident !! Had to be towed from accident location!! Don’t buy this car it will cause Major headaches!!! Driver side has no seatbelt. Either … I left quick!!! Gut feeling that this is a shady dealership

Went to test drive a vehicle, the vehicle had issues like a check engine light, needed a wheel alignment
and balancing, the lock/ open switch was not functional, window buttons neither functional. They told me
to pay for the car and come back in 1-2 hrs and they would repair everything on the car, so I paid close to
5500 for it. Came back and the car was nice and clean, I inspected it once again and the check engine
light was still there and the functionality of the lock switch and window buttons we're still not working. I
asked the sales rep what's up with that, it seems all ya did was wash the car? He informed me the
mechanic did the best they can, at which point he was hurrying me into closing the deal and I told him I
want a refund, he insisted that to come back another day and they'll fix the issues. I ended up speaking to
the service manager and he told me the same thing. But by that point I wasn't interested in wasting my
time anymore. You don't drive off w/ a broken car period

Stayed in contact consistently.
Complete waste of time. I traveled 2 hrs make a meeting with Gary only to be told he was busy. I then submit my documents with someone else who had me wait another 2 hrs just tell me I needed more money down when I hadn't even chosen a vehicle being that the original vehicle I went to see was in no condition to be sold. Still dont even know how much I was approved for and I walked in with a pre approval agreement.

Responded quickly and professionally. I did not go through with any deals. The Kia forte 5 was to small of a vehicle. Definitely would recommend and return in the future. Thank you Brick City Motors.
Gary L. was personable curtious & likeable, however; we agreed to gather details to firm a deal including my electronic deposit, l was given no opportunity to send it w no reply all day untill very late evening. I was then informed th next day (wen they wer closed) th car was SOLD. I xpected som notice from Brick to that extent b4 l was totaly eliminated from th deal. O well.

Reached out to dealer 09/15/2019.Receive a response on 09/16/2029 from Angel Campoverde. Called Angel 4:30pm east coast time,was told he was with customer and would return my call. Never happened.
On 09/17/3019 Texted dealer after hours and was told I would be contacted on 09/18/2019 during business hours. As of this review have not received a call back or even a text from the dealer.
Dealers communications personnel do not seem to be very professional.

I reached out to Brick City Motors on the 17th of May. Mr. Gary responded to me via phone on the 21st of May with pure courtesy and professionalism. He introduced me to my selected vehicle and allowed to test drive it. Explaining the process and being respectful of my personal needs was very comforting. We met on the 25th of May and he continue to demonstrate how to treat a customer. Information was explained in full detail and he made me feel very comfortable. The next department in processing was the final paperwork. This was conducted by a lady who I forgot her name ( please forgive me ). She also explain to me in detail the importance of the documents necessary for this purchase. Yes, I was completely satisfied with Brick City Motors and would recommend this dealership.

Dealer knew nothing about the vehicle they were trying to
sell me. Lied and gave me the answers they thought I
wanted to here. Told me the frame wasn't bent when in fact
it was so bad that it was visible. would not recommend to
anyone. If their prices draw you in, get the car checked out
by someone reputable before purchasing it. Glad I did.

Justin, it was explained to you on the phone, prior to you coming in, that the truck has a salvage history.It was also disclosed on the website. The truck passed inspection as having been rebuilt. The state does an inspection before issuing a rebuilt title. We also took the truck to the body shop so that they could evaluate condition which you requested.. It has always been our policy to disclose information on any vehicle that does not have a clean title. We also post that information on our website. We even explained on our website why the price was so low. Very sorry for the negative

Ok. I bought the car. I paid outright but for some reason they
never signed the title. Now they wasn't me to go back to n.j.
They should send someone to my house to sign the title. They
also charged me a DC FEE for paperwork of 195,00
