I was very disappointed in my experience with Brandon Honda. My lesson is dig and read the fine print. They have over $2k in fees on any car! The 10 year old used car was listed online for $7749 and my quoted price was $10,904. That is a 45% markup, and I was only given a price after I had the vehicle inspected- another $200 since I was an internet buyer from a few hours away. AND the car needed at least a wheel bearing and a windshield to be safe on the road. I didn't get the car salesman's direct number until a day after the inspection, I always had to call the dealership and wait while they looked for him. Don't waste your time here for used vehicles.

I was told the vehicle I was interested in was available. I took off to the dealership and arrived in a hour. Once I was able to speak to a salesperson I was told that it was sold. I felt lied to and wasted my time driving up there.

We also provide optional service contracts, extended protection plans, and for Certified Pre-Owned Hondas, additional Honda-backed warranties are available.

Made a deal, went to sign the papers and they now we’re not agreeing to what was promised to us so we backed out and walked out! Get it in writing and read everything before you sign. I’m glad I did! I would never recommend this place!

Made an hour drive to Brandon Honda and was told who my contact would be by Jose. I arrived at dealership and had to wait about 15 minutes before Jade came to greet me. My wife and I were then escorted to see vehicle and as we got outside where the vehicle was supposed to be she told us that the vehicle was sold and tried to show us a more expensive one. She said she didn't know about it until shortly before. I had called that morning and spoke to Jose that was on my way. Jade presumed to try to sell us the more expensive model, but we told her that we felt as if they played the old bait and switch game. She did apologize but we left very disappointed with both Jose and Jade and will never go back to this dealership.

Drove vehicle.they wrote up the vehicle and came back with paperwork for 8900 for with a total of almost 12000. I told them that was 5000 more than in internet and that when I clicked to schedule test drive their site showed a price reduction They did not care. Said they would sell to someone else I agreed I would not be paying $5000 more than advertised. Very disappointed and will never go to them. Should be less stars.

I spoke to super nice salesman (Noah). He FaceTimed me in to see the vehicle. Loved the vehicle. I asked him to send me the final numbers including shipping to send me the vehicle to VA. He advised me that the car was listed at $16,706 but that didn’t include the $3971 charge so the actual price is $20677. Total bait and switch.if the cost is $20,607 that is how it should be listed on CarGurus. Brandon Honda, I could care less about your shady tactics but it really angers me that you wasted 20 minutes of my time!!! You are the exact reason that people hate dealing with car salesmen!

Dealer quickly responded and set up an appointment. Vehicle perfectly fit the description and was ready for the test drive upon our arrival. All staff members are friendly and helpful. Kudos to sales person assisting us - Mr Miles Smith. Mr Smith was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He made the buying proces go smoothly and he is a very nice person. Few days later he reached out to me offering additional help with vehicle features. Overall I have very positive opinion about Brandon Honda dealership.

I was looking at truck and unfortunately filled out the form with my information. They call five times a day. This is the reason why I hate cars dealerships. They are like sharks. with blood in the water. I don’t understand why they don’t let people just look at cars and make their own decisions. Instead, they want to hound and annoy people.

I asked simply for an "out the door price" and got the razzle dazzle - how much do you plandto spend? What would be your offer? etc. I replied initially asking for an email response. They looked up my phone number and I got phone calls! I just wanted an "out the door price". That should be simple.

I wish I could give them zero stars - misleading pricing and staff with zero knowledge. First saw their add online in multiple places on new accord, with a reasonable price, then clarified over a phone about pricing and any kinds of fees and whatnot, because I wanted to pay full in cash. When I finally came to the dealership sales person wasted approximately straight hour tiptoeing and not addressing my questions. And just like that the price jumped from 23k to 37k (25k final including all the fees was disclosed over phone). After inquiring to clarify what caused such a jump, I’ve been told that dealer is actually loosing money on this deal (showing msrp), and that $1500 for putting nitrogen in tires is reasonable (“tires will never wear out due to it” - according to salesperson), and then there was $8000 “Honda advantage” (which provided nothing but offering same thing as manufacturer warranty but for first week of owning car). Sales guy refused to take any of those off, so I left.

I drove over an hour to purchase a car that was listed at 97,087 and after waiting for a manager to give me the out the door price it was over 4000 dollars more because of a protection package plus tax plus a few more hidden charges of around 800 dollars. I’ll never go there again

Typical upselling dealership with tons of hidden fees. Sales manager unwilling ro negotiate with me. Sales manager was aggressive. He went so far as to pull me back to his office and show me figures as if they were losing money on the deal. Obviously he showed me the MSRP rate. Thought he was so smart. These guys are just as scummy as the rest. Would not buy from them.

I drove two hours to look at the vehicle. Before I took the drive call them they told me they had the car and they would have it out front for me to take a test drive. Drove all the way up there and they didn’t have the car they told me it was in the shop. They pulled an all bait and switch. And then proceeded to tell me something else that I didn’t want. Stay away from this dealership they are shady and they do the old bait and switch. Wasted five hours driving from Naples to Tampa and then back.

I got another emaul from a sales guy to come in and see the car. I explained that he is wasting my time, that I just wanted the price and fees. The sales people where awesome, they never pressured my wife and I the whole time we where there, coming in we knew what car we liked and Mr. Jose Alvarezwho was supposed to do our sales meeting already had a previous appointment but was graciously had us meet Mr. Brandon Turner to do our sales meeting and we are impressed with Brandon Turner, we was very knowledgeable, funny and charismatic sales associate, overall we are very impressed with the whole buying experience with Brandon of Honda.

Our dealer was very helpful and was able to give me this car looked brand new for a used car. There was nothing wrong with the car and I’m driving like I been had the car. For a first time buyer he made it very affordable to pay each month. I will very much recommend this to my family and friends.

The salesman who contacted me was very nice and helpful throughout the whole experience. The financing guy was nice until we told no and then he was the biggest jerk. All in all it was good experience. Buying a car through a dealership is never easy and always so stressful.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment to look at a truck and drove an hour and a half to view it. Over the phone I was told the truck had no issues after a 120 point inspection. When I arrived, there was no vehicle and I was told it was being worked on for repairs.

High pressure sales, double teamed by salesman and sales manager. While looking at the selected car and just finishing a very short test drive, the sales manager came up and said if I wasn’t buying the car he had someone else waiting that wanted it. In other words- take it right now or lose it. Very un professional.

The sales person was not prepared at all even though he knew the day before that we were coming to see the vehicle. The battery was dead and seats couldn’t be adjusted due to insufficient battery power. They also added a fee of $1,794 that they tried to sneak in.

I emailed them for more details about the vehicle before arrival. They stated they could not give me more details/pics. I arrived and they said the vehicle was not working and started to try to get me to purchase a brand new vehicle. Then the salesman left and a new one came in. We told them we did not have the time nor did we come to negotiate a brand new car. Overall it was an awful experience

Our experence was nothing short of excellent. There was absolutely zero pressure from the sale staff (the agent in particular we worked with was wonderful) and the financing manager went above and beyond to get everything to exactly where we needed it to be. It was worth the 55 mile trip from the Orlando Metro area for the experence. Went the time comes to replace our other vehicle, Brandon Honda will be the first dealership we look to.

Brandon was quick to respond to our intrest in the fiat and stayed in touch. He even messaged us to let us know that the car had sold so we wouldn't drive that far for no reason! We definitely want to purchase a fiat convertible and he promised to call if they get another one in!!

Bait and switch and pure sales tactics. At the end they wanted to charge almost 3 times the online price! Only their “dealer fee” is almost $1,000. They keep asking you personal questions so you feel “close” friends with them, they push extra services that are “valued at over $10,000” so they have an excuse to charge you way more than you should pay for the vehicle, and they say when they get an used vehicle they always have to fix it and they “share part of the costs” with the customers. When you ask them the total price with everything included they don’t tell you right away. They push you to see the car first so you waste time, so you like the car, and so you don’t want to go home “empty handed”. I was looking at a $6,500 vehicle (online price), at the end it was costing around $14,000. I left, they ran after me when they saw me leaving which I hate, because if I’m leaving I don’t want to get bothered. Ended up buying basically the same vehicle from a third party for $5,500.

They got 3 stars because of Travis because he was very apologetic and tried his best to make things better. The car was no longer on sale due to failed inspection but I was never contacted. I even got an email at 4:05pm to confirm my appointment. I show up for my appointment to find out I can’t see or test drive the car after coming from work for 45 minutes. On top of it, their A/C was not cooling the building!

Extremely dishonest!!!! This car is not at the dealership. I’ve been told so many stories that I don’t know which is true. I drove to Brandon after being assured the car was there only to be told it was removed from the lot today. They then had the nerve to try to sell me on another car. You’ve already shown you’re dishonest. Why would I buy from you now? Stay away from this dealership

My salesman, Mohammad Alhadidi, refused to try and talk to the managers when I was trying to talk down the price, so I had to go directly to the managers to try and get them to understand why it should be lower in price. Then, the sales manager, Driss Hilili yelled at me in the middle of all the people in the showroom and told me I needed to sign the contract or he was going to increase the price $1700. Talk about pressuring someone! I really loved that car and went ahead with signing. Which they then adding in $2600 in "Packages I could not refuse at signing". I reached out to the manager afterwards and he gave me a refund of the $2600...but after bringing it in for a Safety Recall at the local Acura dealership in Fort Myers, they found an oil leak that will cost me $1200. This is something that should have been found by the inspection team at Brandon Honda before they put the car up for sale. Now, I am having to look at putting more money into fixing up this car.

"DAM" the internet sales manager deserves full 5 STARS to work with at Brandon Honda, he was very responsive. Thanks to CarGurus research on pricing and current incentives walked out with our new 2019 1.5t Sport Accord at a fair price (22K+taxes) from Brandon Honda, and the whole process started at 1pm and we were home with the new car at 5pm. Thanks Dam and Brandon Honda.

They Contacted us we got the info on the car called insurance to see if it was affordable to insure. called back to make an appointment and were told the car was missing they couldnt find it. After we we told they would pull it up front for us to come test dirve.. Good thing we didnt drive over 20+ miles to Brandon. we made several calls that day back and forth what a waste of time....

My car sales women (Tiffany) was excellent. She was very attentive and answered all my questions. Never once did I feel pressured to buy. The financial department no so much. I kept saying no to there policy’s but the financial manager whom I won’t say, would not let me leave until I bought some kind of policy. I felt very uncomfortable and bullied. Very bad experience..

I set up an appointment to see this vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle was ready unfortunately the pictures put up are deceiving. This car needs help. The roof , trunk, and hood are completely scratched up. Down to the point it looks like someone sanded it.when I brought that up to their attention they said it's a 250 paint job. As a body specialist I can tell u that it is not.. it would cost close to 1500 to repair . Whoever had it prior sanded it to the point that they left nasty grooves on the body which would need to be filled in and sanded.. overall experience was bad. They keep coming out with more cars to show me which was just as bad. I wouldn't go to this dealership nor would I trust there pictures they put online.

Helloo CarGurus, I was very impressed with Brandon Honda response. They were quickest and with a quote also! They didn't stop there, kept line of communication open. Only reasons were family emergency and my financing institution, I thought percent rate was to high. Also really nice car at great price! I would give a minus for this dealership if I could. First: I informed the salesman I had financing for this car and he stated "I want to see that". Second: The door handle on the back, drivers side, fell off in my hand when I tried to open the door. Third: The car was filthy dirty inside, it was not cleaned out. For the price I didn't expect much from the car, but I did expect the car to be detailed and the door handles to stay on when used. Fourth: They didn't want to fix the handle. Fifth: Their extra charges on their cars: $1,195 (their club. could not opt out) and $399 (Prep fee) I test drove the vehicle. I found out by my loan officer that this vehicle isn't worth more than $1,200. I checked the KBB as well and my loan officer was correct. This car is nothing more than click bait, the price is much lower than most and the miles are very low. This car is used to bring people into the dealership. I do not intend to return to this dealership.

The internet sales associate contacted me on Saturday the same day I made the inquiry. He was very knowledgeable and transparent about the pricing and sales process. I met with him on Monday and had a test drive and negotiated the final price. I bought the car the next day. the entire team at Brandon was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I asked CLEARLY MULTIPLE times for info about their posted/pictured Jeep Cherokee I asked they send info via email. Only got "auto or form replies. They then sent info talking about how great their dealership is. IF I CANT GET CLEAR INFO AS A POTENTIAL LIFETIME CUSTOMER, HOW HARDD WILL IT BE ONCE THEY HAVE MY MONEY?? Seems like a good honest dealership with excellent prices. They also advertise their bottom line price on CarGurus. Unfortunately they are 150 miles from me so I used their pricing against the local Honda dealers (none have a good reputation and don't advertise on Car Gurus - bunch of crooks). I used Brandon's pricing as my walk away number with them and one came within $300 which I felt was worth not having to drive 150 miles each away to complete the sale. I did buy for $22,670.

I visited the dealership just a week ago. I dealt with a salesman who was very nice and helpful. When it came to numbers, he met with one of the Sales Managers who did not come off the internet price, which was $1000.00 over Retail. He also informed me that the vehicle had to have body repairs, so basically what he was saying is that the consumer had to pay for those. I told him that a bank/credit union only lends 100 percent NADA retail value and he stated that they work with several Credit Union's that lend 125-130 percent NADA retail. For the record, I am paying cash for a vehicle but if I was borrowing money for a car, I would never pay that kind of money over Retail. That might help someone buried in a trade, but not someone buying with cash. Historically, franchise dealerships shoot for a $5K plus deal...they can make it on someone else, not me, not today, not ever. I will NEVER do business with this dealership. Consumers beware!

I asked if this vehicle was in Stock and the sales man wouldn't give me an answer. He just kept telling me to come to the dealership because they have tons of vehicles. I explained I have a newborn baby and a toddler as well so I'm not coming unless this vehicle is in stock. He said he'd check and call me back. He never called back. I will not spend my money at this dealership!

Although I called the dealer and told them I was interested i n the car and it's unusual body film and I would be in to see it.....when I got there most of the body decal had been removed. Also, the car I bought....a Scat Pack had no spare tire...I wasn't not allowed to take the spare tire....R/T from the car I traded in. Both were 2017 Challenger's. Doesn't seem like A+ customer service does it?

Although I didnt end up purchasing a vehicle here I have to say they were the best lpt to work with in my experience. This was indeed quite an experience. They had the usual "pounce on you at the door group", which is expected. I tried not to feel like fresh meat for the vultures. I smiled and said I had an appointment and they smiled and said, "this way". The receptionist was most gracious and immediately contacted the Internet contact I was to meet. He was tied up so they very quickly found me a salesman. I told him I was there to look at a specific car and went looking for it. One of his superiors told him he thought it was already sold, so they took me out at tried to sell me a 2017 Caravan. I rather made me think of "bait and switch". I said not a chance, but requested that he check personally on the car I had come to see, which he did. I was advised that in the 16 hours, since I had called, they had taken a deposit on the vehicle. Later I found that transaction (if even real) had occurred 5 days before. Also, the deposit did not really hold the car and they would sell me the car anyway. So what is the reason for a deposit??? I looked at the car (which mysteriously had not been sold), liked it and agreed to buy it. I was way too eager to buy it, because I paid another $995 dealer fee, and a bunch of other stuff (including tax). My out the door total was $9275 for a one owner, in nearly perfect shape car, with a perfect maintenance record, "but as is" with no warranty. They refused to register the car for me in my home state, but rather gave me a copy of my state's Affidavit of VIN request and told me I had to do it. The next day someone called from Brandon Honda to request information from me to file the registration. I advised them that the company had refused to do what is expected, which surprised the person who had called. I believe I bought a great machine, well above book price and am happy with the car. I would never go to Brandon Honda for another vehicle, in that I feel I was hustled. Being old does have its risks.

This dealership and my entire experience was awesome. I live about an hour away, and I was able to text all of my info and such to the point that I knew my approx monthly payments before I even drove down there, and drive my new car home that night. My sales rep Quincy was great and my finance manager Vaughn was top notch. I got a gorgeous accord coupe for a good price and payments. My credit is not good, but Vaughn and Brandon Honda got me the accord I was looking for. This was my first car-buying experience, and Brandon Honda made it awesome. Can't recommend this dealership enough. I love my accord and couldn't be happier!

My Sales person Ayman greeted us immediately. While getting the keys for me to view the vehile I was interested in he offered us breakfast on him from the dealership snackbar. I explained I had just flown in from Dallas and was only in town for 7 days so my time was very short and that I had another apt at another dealer to have a recall done on my trade. He immediately went and got the manager introduced him to me and said they wanted to earn my business now. They made me a fair offer on my trade without me having to go to the other dealer for the recall and we negotiated what I think was a fair deal. They were not pushy. They were professional and I felt comfortable with the deal they offered me. The detailing of the car wasn't complete because I was really in a rush but Ayman assured me they would complete it on Wed. when I returned with my husband to sign the paperwork. Wednesday when we arrived it was a very busy day at the dealership( day before Thanksgiving) But Ayman got the car into detail right away. My husband explained that he felt a thumping feeling coming from the passanger front while driving. Ayman had service check it out and there was a bad front tire which they said they had to order. Ill be bringing the car back for that repair when I return from Dallas next week and also to have the skylink installed. Ayman also promised to order me a owners manual. As long as this is all done when I return next week as I expect it will, I will have to rate this as a very pleasant purchase. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to return for another visit as it is about an hour drive from my home.

I get a call from the dealer guy I ask ... hey I got cash money ... how much is that I have to take with me .... he said the price of the car is $5800. and if you have the plates it can come up like $7800 ... so it though hey its kind of expensive cause the tax is like 408 so the fees are probably $1500 .... that in my personal opinion is kind of high .... that was all

Very professional sales rep, the car did not have all the features I want so I did not make the purchase but they did not try to presure me in any way. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

Brandon Honda indicated in their car description that the Fiat I was interested in was an automatic transmission when, in fact, it was not. I found this a very deceptive way of getting me to go to their facility to look at the car. They then tried to offer me a "similar" car which they claimed was the same price. It was, in fact, $2000.00 more than the Fiat I was interested in. Brandon Honda is an aggressive dealership. They offer you a $50.00 gift certificate just for going to see them (which I did not accept). However, their integrity leaves a lot to be desired. I did notice that they have now changed the description to "manual", and have also increased the value of the Fiat I was interested in by $1,000.00

Mosarati, my sales person, was engaging, informative and knowledgeable. He found out what I needed and showed me several great choices. I was mpressed with the entire Brandon Honda experience, I decided to buy my car and one for my daughter! I would definitely buy at Brandon Honda again.

Buying a car should be fun and exciting, unfortunately so many greasy salesmen who dont listen to your needs, have made people dread the process. But today I bought a car from SUPER SALESMAN STANLEY Monroe; his positive, lighthearted, upbeat attitude has changed my view. He is genuine, i truly believe that he was almost as excited as we were. He enjoys his profession and it shows. His price was fair and processing was smooth and the fastest ive ever experienced. Chris in processing was not pushy with the ADD ONs, he explained all the options, but let us choose what we thought was best. After leaving in my new beauty, we notice a brake light was out, we drove right back and Tyler in the service deptartment greeted me professionally, made eye contact, fixed the issue within 20 minutes, washed the car again and brought it to the front door for me. I am very detail orientation and look for good customer service, i found a winner with Ron and his AMAZING this team. I hope all future visits are as fun as today was. PS- thanks for the cookies GUYS!!!

Very poor customer service Drove 45 minutes to dealer, who knew I was coming, and was unable to crank or drive the vehicle Their sales person was the "typical"!used car sales person Tell you what you want to hear but it was not even close to the truth Treated my family and I like we were 2nd rate because we did not have a bunch of money to spend, even though I told sales person our budget 6-7 hours before we arrived

I worked with Hussan Slim and Michael Cobb, they were both very helpful. After purchasing my vehicle I had a malfunction within 24 hours. Michael went above and beyond to send out a towe truck to pick up the vehicle, and made arrangments to fix the car at no charge to me. I would recomend Hussan Slim and Michael Cobb to anyone who is looking for a car online. These gentlemen went above and beyond my expectations.

Ultimately bought a car from these folks on 12/21. Will Shupe was the sales guy. We felt comfortable with him. He did the heavy lifting in the sales with Joe Rabbe handling some final details. The folk s do it right!

Dealer called me I expressed my interest and he told me that he wanted to check and see if the van was on the lot and he would call back in 10 minutes that was over a week ago, please do not call me after this, I in no way want to hear from you.

Found a VW Jetta 05 on CarGurus. I emailed them. That became phone calls. They said they weren't selling it because of some black marks on the hood they couldn't get off. So I made an offer but they turned it down, Tony at Brandon who I was talking to said he would watch out for a car for me. The following week the same car appears again on CarCurus at Brandon Honda this time the price has dropped and the car looks cleaner from the pictures. I emailed them twice but no reply either time. Just a waste of time and still looking for a car my son.

They are total rip offs hendricks honda has way better deals and gap is only $250 compared to Brandon Honda which is $600 to $1000
