The lady I spoke with was very rude! She told me the Jeep I was interested in was no longer available without even looking into it for me. Didn’t ask if there was another vehicle I was interested in, or even directed me over to someone who could help me with my purchase.

The dealer responded quickly to my inquiries. The first day we emailed back and forth at least 5 times with inquiries. I sent 19 photos and a description of the vehicle I wanted to use as a trade-in. The next day, the sales person asked for my phone number, which I provided. That was followed by a "did you get my email" message, a message that I did not get. The sales person said she would resend it. The following day she said that she would love to speak to me about my new vehicle. I replied that I was ready to talk business. I received no reply, so the following day I emailed the salesperson that I would like to know what they will offer me on my trade in. The reply: "Thanks for the emails. It has been crazy busy here. my team will be reaching out with the info you are requesting as soon as possible." I'm still waiting 7 days after our first communication. Apparently they pick and choose their customers. My overall rating is 1 star, not 4!

The sales person contacted me right away when I e-mailed my interest in the car. She was knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing I did not like was the high pressure to purchase a clear coat and extra warranty. I still give them a five star because they were very efficient in closing the sale.

I emailed the dealership looking for information, received a call the next day. I tried to negotiate on the price and I was told they use a computer program that looks at prices of similar vehicles in the area then it undercuts them, so there said they were the lowest and don't negotiate on their used car prices. Not the type of dealership I am looking to work with. Drove an extra half hour to another dealership where I bought a similar vehicle cheaper!

Used Car salesperson L*!!@a should never have customer contact. I contacted her via phone and had poor customer service and had my wife contact her with the same out come. Have someone with better customer service represent your company. She was very brash with her responses with questions that I had on price and availability even though I gave her the Stock number. Her response is Bowman nevers negotiates with price as they are the elite dealership. Wow what arrogance.

Dealing with dealer was fine, the sale staff did not inform me that there was only one key fob till after papers were signed and one key was handed over, the new fob costs over two hundred. been nice to know up front.

This was the worst experience ever. I had been dealing with a salesman there and called him on a Friday to let him know I was selling my car on Monday and I would call to finalize things as soon as I did. So I sold my car and called to tell him that I was ready to move on it. He told me they sold the car I was looking at that very morning. A phone call would have been nice. Vic had communicated with me via e-mail a couple times and called me several times as well, so he had all my contact information. It would have been common courtesy to call and let me know that they sold the Ford Edge, ESPECIALLY because he was fully aware that as soon as I sold my car, I was ready to purchase the vehicle. Had he called and let me know, then I would have held off on the sale of my vehicle until I found another one. So there I was, with no vehicle, because he sold the Ford Edge and never bothered to let me know. There is absolutely no way I would EVER recommend Bowman Chevrolet to anyone. What a nightmare.

I still may buy this vehicle but the dealership has been hard to work with they told me to drive out to look at vehicle when it was not ready to show,and also told me it would come with newer tires only to reverse and say it will be sold with tires as is

We drove 3 hours to purchase the jeep after asking the sales gal to look it over really good for us, try everything out and let us know of anything that was wrong with it or not working. She said all was well. When we got there there front bumper was damaged and there's a rip in the back of the back seat. These were both things she should've disclosed. It was also listed as having a soft top. The soft top has not been found. They said they would order one if they can not track it down, still waiting to see if this happens.

The individual that was the online sales consultant responded very quickly and was pleasant to deal with. She said that a sales representative would be contacting me. Sales contact called with pricing on a 2SS convertible where I was clear we wanted a 1SS Coupe. Salesman never tried contacting me again. Online consultant called again a few days later to follow up but we had already purchased a car from a different dealership.

Drove to dealership to look at vehicle. It was a 9 hr drive for me. When arrived car was outside and was dirty and actually had bird droppings on it, along with some chips and scratches. Very disappointed.

It was pleasant. The staff was busy but out wait wasn't out of the ordinary. The car we wanted to look at was waiting and we were given a ggo route to tak it for a test drive. We bought the car the next day.

The salesman JP was very pleasant to work with. The deal was good. Only problem I had was there was a dent and crack on the bumper and a deep scratch on the side mirror. I felt a dealer could have easily fixed that prior to selling it to me!

The car I looked at was dirty when I got there. I had an appointment, so there was no excuse not to have it looking at it's best. The first impression led me to believe the car's previous owner didn't take care of it.

Dealer called ne to come down for a test drive for a car that was no longer on the lot. Bait and switch at it finest. Then it is like "Oh I didn't realize that car was gone it must have just went. But I have couple others you might be interested in." Won't deal w/ again.

Contacted me right away and then followed up several times, but always in a professional and non-obtrusive manner. Never were annoying or high pressure in any way. Salesperson was genuinely sincere and respectful of my interests, needs and final decision. (In the end, I did NOT purchase their vehicle.)

I sent an email to the online manager and never received an email back from him. The only email I received was their automatic email saying they'll be in touch with me soon. But I didn't want to miss out on the vehicle so I decided to just call and the salesman I was connected to was helpful and called me back each time he said he would. Unfortunately the car was being sold as I called but he still kept me updated all the way until it was signed on just incase the sale didn't go thru. So unless the online manager was out sick or on vacation ( those are the only reasons I can think of for not responding to me ever ) , I might've had a chance on that vehicle. I didn't get a vehicle from this dealership but I was happy with the salesman who took my calls. I would suggest to anyone to try calling instead of emailing.

Fair and Honest. Prompt. Vechicle was as described. Dealer was also willing to negotiate. I did not purchase from here simply because I found a vehicle closer to what I was looking for somewhere else, which isn't their fault as I was in the used market this time around. Would surely reccomend them, and will surely return to them when shopping in the future.
