We came with the hopes of a fair price for our trade in and was undercut by $2000. We were going to trade our low miled newer car for more miles and older vehicle. As much as I feel they tried to help, in the end we just traveled 2 hours in the trade in for nothing.

Did not end up purchasing from dealer. Over experience was great and I will give them a shot at my next vehicle for sure.

The dealer got back to me the next day. They described the condition of the car honestly. The car was clean and tidy and ready for test drive, The only reason that I didn't buy the car was the year too old for me.

Took forever to get to the point if they could finance then I felt like I was jumping through hoops do you have any money to put down oh we can probably do something with $1800. Down completely lost interest.

I called this morning to sceadule a appointment to look at a truck they posted online a few days ago. They told me the truck was ready for me to come down test drive and look at it. I gave them my name and number so they can contact me if someone bought it before me so I don’t waste my time driving there. After a hour of I5 traffic getting there I’m told the truck I’m looking for was never there but it’s sitting in a warehouse.... They need to work on there communication and customer service would have saved me my day off not being stuck in traffic!

Brent kept in touch by email over a week and a half. When I finally went in to see the car, he was kind, gentle, and helpful. Gary the manager was easy to work with as it was a discussion, instead of a sales negotiation. I did end up buying the car and Brent even helped take my kayak carrier off my old car and put it on the new one. I would definitely go back here!

My husband and I have been looking for a second car. Before going to Bowen Scarff we have been to a couple others and walked out. When we walked into Bowen it was a breath of fresh air. We worked with Rick Rickler and we couldn't have asked for a better sales person. This is a no pressure no back and forth kind of place. Rick was extremely helpful, kind, and made everything so easy for us. It took us a total of 3 hours to find a car and get thru financing. If it was a typical car dealership you would be there all day. They stand by their no dickering motto and love that. We found a great car for a great price and to top it off Rick made sure it had new tires put on it. Thank you Rick for making this purchase so easy for us and for making it a fun experience instead of stressful. This will be our dealership from here on out. We had our 2 small kids with us and they were also treated great. Rick gave them candy, they had a t.v. to put cartoons on and they also had games to keep the little ones busy. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

Low balled on trade in. So I went to Portland Courtesy Ford who gave me $3000.00 more for my trade in! Courtesy Ford was the most pleasant dealership I have ever dealt with in my 55 years.

Even though I did not purchase the used vehicle I was considering I found Rick R. to be quite courteous and professional and I appreciated all of his input.
