We are only 25 miles south of Boston and 30 miles north of Providence. We are very close to Stoughton, Mansfield, Taunton, and Brockton. Great experience at Bourne’s Auto Center. Jason in sales and George in finance were both excellent — friendly, genuine, and great listeners. They did everything they said they would and made the process smooth and straightforward. Most importantly, there were no dealership games or hidden surprises. Just honest, transparent service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

They could not approve me for any loan with a 610 credit score, which is crazy. Ive heard of high interest rates, but never denial with a 600+ credit score and good payment history. They also undervalued my trade in by $2,000, according to KBB and TrueCar, and they do not apply the MOR-EV rebate at point of sale, so they are losing all kinds of business from that. If they had done MOR EV at point of sale, I would have been approved, and wouldn’t have to try and finance $6000 more than I need to, I wouldn’t have to jump through all those hoops after sale of trying to refinance after applying the rebate, and they would be making a lot more money and selling EVs much faster. I think they get so much business, that they don’t really put too much care and focus into each customer, and they don’t care about losing sales and letting a car sit for months afterwards.

Overall a good experience. The staff was friendly and timely with their communication for the most part. The purchase process did take a while as expected, and they did try to sell additional coverage/insurance though the dealership that seemed unnecessary. When I declined to add/pay extra for that they weren’t very happy. They sped through explaining it and just expected me to pay for it. The salesman I worked with was pretty helpful but not always the best with timely communication and didn’t know the answer to all of my questions. He also mislead me with how I would be able to pay for my down payment, which was just a mistake on his end. All in all it was a pretty good experience given how car buying can be, and the staff was friendly.

They treated me very well. Kimberly was my sales person. She was very patient and very nice.
They were very accommodating, and I got a great price for trading
in my previous car, but I signed for an extra 5,000 dollars for all of
this extra stuff like servicing 100,000 miles and other services that I
will not use and are a waste of my money. I would like that
additional 5,000 taken off the top. I do not live near Bourne Auto
Center and would never be able to have my tires rotated or
anything fixed there. I have tried to call to have this amended with
no luck. I hope that they will outreach me and modify the warranty.
It is a waste of my money and too expensive. Poor communication
after purchase and that's a problem.

Amazing experience. When we were negotiating Eric offered to do the brakes before I took it home. Matt was very transparent on status updates and notified me almost daily on the progress. The car was in pristine condition when I picked it up and I’ve driven it for about 2 weeks now and loved every minute of it. Very grateful for the guys here and their refreshing professionalism. You can tell they’re “car guys” and not just people trying to push as much inventory as possible. Will be the first place I look in the future. Thanks guys!

Overpriced Pulse car needs service, and the seller is not willing to negotiate. They ask for a deposit to get the car serviced. I have never heard of this—horrible service!
Really great selection of vehicles and super easy experience. They had a real hands off selling approach just let me take the cars out for thorough drives and let me pick what I really loved. Then they found great financing for me and had a registry right there in the building so they took care of everything.

Ended up buying from a different Nissan dealership on a Pathfinder with significantly less
mileage, but Amy from Bourne's was professional and diligent w/o the harassment you get from
so many SR's in this business. Big fan of their 2 day reservation policy which is very helpful &
would recommend Amy to anyone...

After calling the dealership and telling him that I was interested in the car, they said I could call in two days to put a deposit on it. I called in two days. I put the deposit and a half an hour later they called to tell me that the car was already sold. They should’ve told me that from the beginning and I wouldn’t wasted my time.

At 12:55 pm i received a call from Bourne's Auto Center about the car I had contacted them about. I booked an appointment for 2:00pm
to test drive the car. I explained i was coming a good distance. At precisely 1:59pm I was approaching the dealership when I received a
text asking if there is any other car I would like to look at because the car I was scheduled to test drive had been sold. And the associate
said..."I didn't reallize that they were already here when I called you." So it took you an hour to realize that, not likely. I should have
received a call right back when they put the car on the 2 hour reserve or if they couldn't due to other customers . Instead they had no
problem wasting hours of my time. So if you want to buy from a dealership with little regard for your time then buy from Bourne's. I won't
be, there are plenty of other dealerships around who actually care about the potential customer's time and perform better due diligence
before booking an appointment.

explained my situation, the response was probably scripted. Needed to speak to
a hungry Salesperson or Manager, Instead, I was tuned out by the rep. By the
way, they still have the Wrangler we were interested in. Explained we lived a distance
away and wanted to do this by internet and phone. Explained I had a trade and she said I
would have to come there. If I am willing to buy their vehicle on line and have it deliverd
to us, why won't they do the same with me? Almost makes shopping and buying on line
impossible.

When I arrived to take delivery for the vehicle I noticed some paint scratching and a dent that I didn’t see before. The Sale Mgr refused to repair what seemed to be an unreported accident with the vehicle.

Sales was not very helpful, did not explain the process, couldn't get the actual amount for the
car to purchase. Once we finalized the deal the "documentation fee" is ridiculous. No one
mentioned this to us and they said it was on their online listing. If I could have gotten the $$$
when I put the down payment down, we could have avoided the misunderstanding on this
bogus fee.
Once I arrived to pick up the car, I proceeded to wait an hour or so for them to get plates on
the car. It turns out they never did the final detailing of the car and did a rush job on it. I
spent the next day removing all the wax that they missed.
They have a lot of nice cars and they are reasonably priced. I would recommend them but
make sure you walk with them through the whole process to ensure you get what you expect.

The center contacted me a few minutes after I enquired regarding the vehicle. I set up an appointment to see and test drive the car the next day.
When I arrived the next day I was greeted by a sales rep, Jose Garcia. He arranged for me to take the car for a drive. The car handled nicely and everything appeared to be in order so upon returning I informed Jose I’d like to go through with the purchase. I had approved financing and Jose asked if I thought I might like to get a cheaper rate, already very low. I just cautioned about hard inquiries on my report. The finance manager Tara, said she’d only run 1 additional and that rate was cheaper, it pays to have perfect credit!!
I finished the paperwork that day and picked up the car a few days later.
My experience overall was very positive and my sales rep was very accommodating.

Very helpful. The only issue is when you call in, the receptionist puts you through to the salesman's phone and if he is not there, you can stay on hold forever unless you call back and ask for assistance. It does not automatically go to voicemail,

Someone put a deposit down before I could look at car. They offer an option for you to put down a deposit and it will hold car for you for 2 days . I didn’t do this and lost out. If you think it’s the car for you, do it.

Scheduled a test drive for a car on Saturday for Monday.
Monday is today and I'm told my test drive is no longer
valid because after I scheduled my appointment somone
put money down on the car. Seems pretty unprofessional
to me, maybe they should require you to put money down
in order to test drive one of their cars. Since scheduling
an appointment clearly means nothing.

Due to multiple personal and physical issues which I did not disclose to the dealer, was very difficult. Caring for a dad with dementia also made it ridiculously hard for me to leave my home for more than an hour at a time. Kim, Kevin and George worked with me over the course of a week and made me feel comfortable enough that I bought the Jeep and so far I LOVE it! They even let me bring it to my mechanic to have it checked out and fixed a minor issue before I purchased it having ready the very next day.. I had shared the horrific buying experience I had with my previous vehicle and the people at Bourne's made me feel comfortable and safe with what I was buying. I'm a very nice person but I know I can be difficult difficult under times of stress because of my PDSD, How ever the people there were so welcoming in real they made the experience Very pleasant and my mechanic even spoke highly of the dealership. If you are in search of a new vehicle I would highly recommend going here.

Wish I didn’t have to leave a single star. First contact promised, but couldn’t deliver. Second contact wouldn’t even follow up and passed me along to his supervisor. The “supervisor” was extremely unprofessional. Couldn’t stick to timelines, wouldn’t leave messages. Basically failed in all aspects of business and professionalism.

I was very unhappy with the purchase of my car. I bought the car and they took two weeks to deliver it to us when they said it would only be two-three days. Three days after I got my car, several warning lights turned on on my dashboard and I brought it to my local Honda and they said that there is a serious problem with the engine.

Everything went good up until we sat down to discuss the price, I asked the salesperson to let the manager know that I was offering $25,000 for the vehicle and he refused stating we don't haggle over the price of vehicles, the prices are set to sell. I thanked him and walked out. I would have at least liked the salesperson to take my fair offer over to the manager for review.

Got an appointment to look at a specific truck. By the time I got there, the next day, that truck and every other in which I was interested, was under agreement. Dealership was super busy and staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, although I was told the volume of customers coming and going was "about normal.". I went there with an appt, on a Friday, (and drove an hour and a half to get there) and spent entirely too long there, with a 5 year old. They were overbooked for sure. I was alittle annoyed while there (it was hot, we were all wearing masks-it was like a 7-7.5 hour day between travel and time there) but definitely felt bad for everyone there that day, especially the staff. I tried to work out a lot of the details before I went which I have to think saved me some time. Overall my experience was positive though. I didn’t purchase the car I intended to but did buy one and left with it that day. Amy,Trey and Carlos were great to work with so thank you!
Test drive this vehicle and it was nasty Inside. Made me sick to my stomach and couldn’t wait to get out of the vehicle. Once I told the sales rep she was thrown back and became rude to me.

This place doesn’t have enough salesmen on the floor. I didn’t like how my sales guy was dealing with 5 other people besides me. Now fifteen new people walk in and he adds 3 more people on top of what he already has. Long story short the guy was literally forgetting about people I had to walk up to the guy to remind him I was still alive. Damn near a hour went by before I even got to speak to the guy again due to all the people he was dealing with. Absolutely the worst car buying experience I’ve ever been apart of.

Was my first choice to look for a car. Got a decent price for the car I wanted. Sat at a desk alone more than actually speaking with anyone watching my rep run around doing all kinds of things and working with another customer and staff. Very nice rep when I actually talked to her but not exactly a warm and friendly experience overall. Would have sealed the deal but the wait forced my hand to get a better deal. They wouldn't, so I pack up and tried another place. Overall, not too impressed. Ended up getting the same car for the same price, just a different color.

Dealership was nice and the sales department was nice. Financing was more difficult as they did not accept the pre-approval offered through cargurus. They have over “40” lenders but only sent to the top 3-4 lenders. When they couldn’t get approval, they walked me to the front door. Bought a car via financing elsewhere.

The dealer was very helpful in giving me a lot of informative information. They are not located in the same state that I live in, but I was ok with this as the price was a lot better than any of the dealers in my own state. I was not familiar with the laws in Massachusetts, when it came to how I could legally transport or drive the car back to my home state of New York, but the dealer gave me a lot of helpful information and was able to help me understand things a lot better. I definitely would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants an honest dealer and a dealer who will tell them the truth even if it means that the dealer won’t make a sale to that customer. The world needs more honest dealers like this dealer is.

We where running late getting to the dealer, emailed them to let them know and asked for truck to be ready for a test drive. Ended up waiting for 30 min while they located truck. Kim (not the sales person I was emaling with) was very helpful and made every attempt to answer every question we had honestly.we felt no pressure like you do at other dealerships.

I had been following a 2016 Kia Sorento at this dealership for about a month. I received a price drop notice and decided I would visit the dealership to look at the car. I was met on the lot by Jose who told me the car was at their other lot and would have it brought over. When the car arrived it was dirty, numerous dents on the body, a piece molding falling off and the interior was filthy. This car only has 19000 miles on it. If this is how they present their product to sell I can only imagine what things are like behind the scenes. I then asked Jose about a 2016 Infinity on the lot and he told me he would get me information on it. Unfortunately Jose was also waiting on 4 other customers at the same time thus not waiting on anyone. This was not his fault, but I would suggest management needs to take a look at it’s staffing. I did try to speak to the two people at the reception desk but it would have been difficult to even establish a pulse. Totally disinterested so I left.

Contacted Bourne’s Auto. Response was quick. Set an appt explained I had an hour as I had another appt. Spoke to same person on the phone as I was traveling to appt. When I got there and checked in no one seemed to know what I was there for and the two cars were not there to drive. Sales person very nice but had no knowledge of previous three contacts I had made with internet specialist. Sales person got the cars to lot for me to drive. Not a lot of knowledge on the cars but pleasant. I left and was 30 mins late to next appt. which I needed to get to. I explained I am buying a car by end of month. I did get a txt back right after I left however I have heard nothing since. Just an observation that there are a lot of employees there that don’t seem to have a lot to do. Yes a lot of cars etc.. but just walking around sort of unprofessional. I just didn’t have the time to wait for this and was trying to keep the appt as quick and smooth as possible.

Very nice and professional approach
One negative aspect was the fact of me not being able to get my new car the same day I purchased it.
But it was delivered to us on schedule.
Generally they must do something right as there were at least 10 other people buying cars from them on that Saturday morning.

yourself. Cons: Try to scare you into putting a deposit as the only way to hold the car due to high number of sales.

When we were in the market for a new car we immediately thought of Bourne's Auto because of their generous donation to the Easton Lion's

I found the dealership to be helpful. I walked in, a lovely young girl named TORI assisted me very professionally, drove up all 5 cars I was interested in, printed out all paperwork, was not pushy or aggressive, like some car dealerships are, she was charming and very helpful. Unfortunately I found a similar vehicle very close to home and ended up purchasing.

Dealer contacted me right away, I work 9-5 so they allowed me to put the car on hold with a totally refundable deposit
which was awesome! I made an appointment to test drive and the car was waiting for me out front, signed papers the
next day and drove home with it. They would not move on pricing which I find to be a big part of the process so that was
a bummer, but other than that it was a good experience.

Showed up at the Auto Center on a Friday afternoon without an appointment ( no mention made that I recall of that being necessary). Person (Amy) that I had dealt with was not there but ladies at reception area were helpful. Turns out car was not on site (?) and would require someone going to get it. We monitor this process with technology we developed. It takes us about 10 minutes to move a vehicle. I thought the receptionists were very helpful. I was allowed to look over the vehicle by myself. I spent as much time as I wanted. I was allowed to drive the vehicle when finished visual inspection. When I returned, the "No Pressure" feeling continued when "the numbers" were presented. I recommend viewing vehicles at this dealership.

Responded quickly....ran my credit; I asked to hear what rate that I got. I was
told that they would not be able to beat the rate I had mentioned and refused
to tell me what rate I qualified for. The minute I wasn't financing with them,
they basically lost interest. They also said that they would not be able to
absorb my last 2 lease payments.

Absolutely horrible dealership. Looked at two different cars there. First time I
scheduled a test drive I had to wait 45 minutes for them to get the car
because it wasn't even on the lot. Second time I scheduled a test drive I
checked in, waited over an hour and nobody helped me. Terrible customer

Great experience, They contacted me right away I was able to find the car I wanted at a great price. I live in Maine but chose to visit Bourne's because of their huge selection and because their pricing was below anything I could find on the model car I wanted. I was allowed to test drive multiple cars without anyone from the dealership, which was great I felt like I could really go through the vehicle without any pressure to buy. When I decided on the vehicle I wanted the purchase process was very easy and straight forward. Purchasing a car out of state is a little bit more work but well worth it for the money I saved and the quality of car I was able to purchase. When I decided on the vehicle the sale very easy and hassle free. Thanks to David and Carlos on the sales team for a great car buying experience and to James for coming up to Maine to help with all the registration paperwork and bringing me to pick up my car. I would highly recommend anyone shopping cars to check out Bourne's.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. They told me to come over to check out a car I was interested in, got out of my way to drive there, once I got there they made me wait another hour just to tell me that there was a deposit on that car and asked me multiple times to look for other cars in their lot. Not going back!

We have close to 600 vehicles and from time to time multiple people are interested in the same vehicle at the same time, it is certainly not ideal. HOW STUPID ARE THESE PEOPLE? Put 3 new tires on a awd car!
Who does that?? Rod test, wanted to buy car, but they WOULD NOT put
matching 4th tire on. Says old tire was good enough and ,"we would never
do that" because of additional unneeded cost. The vehicle vibrated on
highway. Sales person was terrible too. Clueless. Finance guy was pretty
good. In last ditch effort, talked to owner on a Saturday who said again
would not change tire so we didnt buy car. He could care less. Then the
following Monday (two days) got notification on CG that they drop the price
700 dollars! SO WE WOULD HAVE PAID ORIGINAL ASKING PRICE IF
THEY CHANGED $150 DOLLAR TIRE, BUT THEY WOUND'NT AND
DID'NT, WE WENT ELSEWHERE AND THEN THEY DROP $700!!
REALLY MAKES YOUR WONDER.. Next time put on the stupid tire!

If I could give Bourne 100 stars, it still wouldn't be enough. They were responsive without being pushy. Kim, Carlos, and Matthew were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted, including customizing the added warranty to my driving needs! I've found a dealer to stick with, and won't shop anywhere else now.

I went to see the car. It was dusty. The white paper mat they used for the floor mat was ripped and shredded. The was a rip in the leather dash, the rear view mirror was loose, and the center console box would not close. The sales person said "we have a guy to fix that stuff". When I got home, I could see the ripped leather in the photos of the dash. Busy place with good reviews but my experience was not positive.

Great experience! My first time ever entering into a Car dealership to purchase a car and things definitely went better than I expected. They were very quick to respond to my emails. I knew right away this was the dealership I wanted to go to based on the reviews I had seen and the price of the vehicle. I came in an hour early for my appointment and was helped within a few minutes. I dealt with David who was the salesperson as well and Matt who is in charge of finance. The experience is like no other I walked in was offered snacks / coffee. The best part of this place is the chill vibe they have which allows you to feel very comfortable. They allow you to go on a test drive on your own which was great. They're prices are very competitive and they do this because they have a “no haggle” policy which means the price is the price there is no negotiating which just makes for an easier transaction. I came in preaproved through DCU and they were able to pull that up and take care of everything for me right at the dealership. The one thing I was not too excited about is the $500 “doc fee” they have but this is a common fee among dealerships. Simply take that into consideration when you see the price of a car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and hopefully David will still be there.

Quick response. Set up a test drive but when we arrived the car wasn't there and had to be retrieved from another location. Then we were told it wouldn't start. After an hour they got the car there but its condition wasn't great. Offered to show us another similar car but then couldn't find it. A wasted afternoon.

The dealership never responded to my inquiry. So my daughter and I drove there to look at the 2014 Mini as well as a 2003 Mountainer for my daughter. We arrived at 530 and a salesman came out to inform us they were closing at 6 so if we needed anything hurry up. There was a Ford Flex on the lot and we ask what year and what price this same salesman informed us it was a customers vehicle yet it was with all the ones for sale. He was rude and left the lot before closing time. They had a potential of selling 2 vehicles if they had been respectful and not in a hurry. We went to look and ask questions which possibly would of ended in 2 sales. Rudest person I have ever encountered at a dealership. We were a waste of his time because we arrived at 530 after sitting in traffic for an hour.

The staff here are very personable and knowledgeable. The vehicle prices are reasonable and I like the fact that you can drive in and look at any car you want without being confronted by someone wanting to make a sale. There is no pressure but also no haggling. The price you see is usually the price you pay. Seems to be the theme with more dealerships these days. It's usually busy and they have a separate storage lot so call first if you see a vehicle online that you like.

I look at this truck last week !I made the appointment at a certain time drove there and took me over an hour hit traffic . Then when I arrive at the dealer I was told that the truck was on the other parking lot .I waited another Half hour for the truck at this time I had mention to the salesman Carlos that I had made an appointment for 11:00 am the truck should have been ready then at this time he made another excuse that they were washing the truck and getting it ready .another half an hour went by the truck still not available he said he was looking for the key .be advised that when I got there they said they were moving the truck so now looking for the keys .on approximately 12:30 he finally had the truck running and the truck was so dirty and not even worth looking at.this dealer is not worth going to and they were a lot of people there getting lied to ,I would never buy a vehicle from a dealer that lied to me from the beginning .

This no haggle price dealership was an interesting experience. Test drove alone with no sales rep. I should've went on the highway but didn't want to get lost ( I am not from the area). I'd say they were responsive but not so quick that's bc it is a very busy place. Wish they were more thorough on explaining with the whole financial deal. We had a bit of misunderstanding that would've affected the whole payment plan. I've learned paying the sales tax and fees is considered a down payment. Another thing is, I don't know how the mechanics overlooked this one but I have to go back to get my break pads taken care of. Only had the car for 14 hours and I heard the scraping noise as I was driving on my street. I did remember my sales rep. (awesome sales representative is Kim-very helpful and honest with everything I asked and needed) mentioning about the brake pads at a somewhat low usage percent... I thought they would replace it since I gave the dealership a heads up that I will be going in to do the sign and drive. Inconvenient, due to the far drive and finding time to go, now. What is convenient is they offer registration in hand and if you transfer your plates over, it knocks off $35 dollars from the plates and registration fee. I asked if I should bring my plates via text but that was ignored so I ended up paying the $135, bummer. Overall, no pressure for upsells. My purchase went by smooth and quick after I came to a payment agreement. I am happy with the purchase; it had everything I was looking for as my next car.

Dealership is incredibly disorganized. No adult leadership at all. Sales manager stayed in his office playing with a water bottle, while chaos reigned... seems as though it's run by kids... no one over the age of 25! I finally had to leave... very, very poorly run...

I emailed this dealer about a vehicle they had advertised. It had been advertised for 3 days. Two of those 3 days were over the Christmas holiday weekend when the dealership was closed. I emailed them on Christmas, I did not expect an answer that day obviously! I received an automated email that a representative would respond in an hour, so I expected to hear from them in the early a.m. on Monday, they opened at 9 a.m. I received an email at 4:32 p.pm on Monday telling me that the vehicle was not available, a deposit had been received for the vehicle. I do not finance vehicles. I am a cash buyer and told them so. They did not have the courtesy to abide by their own stated response policy. I doubt that they received a deposit for the vehicle over the Christmas weekend, but stranger things have happened. After reading all of the other reviews by other customers I am not surprised at this behavior.
P.S.--6:22 p.m. vehicle is still listed for sale on their website as well as Car Gurus, interesting!

To the dealer management, I did read all the reviews, (as opposed to your terse response) before I posted. I came easily to the conclusion that I would be better off looking at other dealers. It is what it is. The poor customer service speaks for itself. Have a nice day. There will be no more contact.
P.S.-- The dealership, did contact me off line in an attempt to smooth over this botched interaction with their dealership. I am not interested in hiding dirty laundry, nor will I be a party to any attempt to do so.

I went to test drive the car on a Tuesday afternoon. It was a little difficult to get someone to help when I walked into the dealership. No one seemed to acknowledge me until I actually had to ask for help. The lady that did help me out was very helpful and not pushy at all. I would recommend this dealership even though I didn't purchase the car.

This dealership was very impressive in that it was large and loaded with inventory. There were plenty of sales associates but there were also so many customers that it seemed a bit chaotic. The sales rep that I was meeting was so busy I barely had a chance to talk to him. When I finally asked if we could negotiate the price he was quick to let me know that there was no negotiating at that dealership. He was friendly however and I did find a truck somewhere else. Funny thing though, a week later the price of the truck I was interested in dropped a $1000!

before selling them!!! They tell you they
perform a 100 point inspection before
they sell cars off their lot. Impossible. I

Didn't know where S Easton was, its next to Brocton. My sales rep, David Olson, was straight forward and honest. He worked with my schedule and the dealership provide excellent quality
poor we called them on the way to go look at a car and they told us
someone already put a deposit online but they didnt ask us if we were
interested in anything else or try to help us so we turned around and
went home! then we noticed add still on weeks later and we contacted
them again and they still had vehicle. Hmmm seems sad they didnt
want to try harder to sell us the vehicle or a vehicle

Their customer service sucks! After leaving a $300 deposit, I called daily to follow up with them regarding financing. The financial manager's voicemail is always full and salesman never returned phone calls. Only when I showed up in person is when I could get answers. This went on for a week until I ask for my deposit back. The only good I can say is they didn't give me a hard time getting my deposit back!

Never called back after deal fell through to follow-up on truck I was
interested in. I called back after i saw re-listed. Never followed up
when they stated (Monday) after i placed a security deposit to have
them investigate issues. I had to call sales associate Wednesday just
to find out they would not negotiate price commensurate to issues I
found with truck. told to correct issues but they claimed they never
found one. Cookie cutter sales experience.Could have gotten same
experience from vending machine. Still have not received my refund for
deposit after 5 days. Only good part was they let me fully inspect (on a
lift) and drive truck.

Went to look at a car advertised and described in detail as a Toyota Highlander Sport Version. Made an appointment as it was some distance away. Looked at the car, it was the base model and not the sport version. They used stock details that did not apply to the car. Went to find the salesman who had me wait as he was dealing with someone else. His comment was, "its the only red one we have". No apology. In addition the car was blatantly dirty inside, worn beyond the expected amount for the mileage and expensive when compared with the Edmunds valuation. We wasted an afternoon. An indifferent dealer!
