Terrible communication, unhelpful, rude, raised price when I said I was interested
Apparently there is only one salesman that deals with customers wanting to purchase a corvette. Waited over an hour to speak to him, spoke briefly, gave me his business card. I left various messages with no call returned. Went 2 weeks afterwards and they told me the same thing, I had to wait for the corvette exclusive salesman to be available.

I was contacted by the dealership & told the car was available. I drove 1 hour to the dealership only to be told the car was no longer available, driven off the lot 1 hour before my arrival. Ironically, the car still shows as available on CarGurus. I was not offered an apology or any other assistance. Poor service.
Total lack of focus by the dealerships sales & sales support staff.
Price changes and lack of timely communications. The fees they charge significantly inflated the total price which was close to the MSRP when the car was new.
Just a BAD experience at this dealership...I personally would NEVER do business with this dealer.

Not much help or real communication for a real live ready to go buyer ready to order a car now. Have tried to order a new ZR1 or ZR1X. I was asked for a copy of
my drivers license and gave it to them. Was told I would be called back and NOTHING but advertising and promotional things but no real response to the new
order?
The advertised price is not honored. It's a trick to begin a conversation then they add several overpriced options to the vehicle which, are not really options, you must add them to the purchase price.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever experienced. Drove over an hour and half to see the vehicle, called ahead of time to make sure vehicle was still available. They told me they transferred it do a different location within their dealership. Drove to the dealership, truck was not there, it was at the original location. They told us that after sitting there for 45 minutes. Went to the dealership it was at, they couldn’t find the truck after waiting 30 min they finally brought it. Truck was in terrible condition, dirt and mud on the inside, scratches all over it and to top it off it had a flat tire. They made no attempt to clean the truck or even service it, told me it was liability to take it for a test drive. The truck was on the lot for 6 months and you can tell they had not touched the vehicle since the trade in, and vehicle stated to have rust in the step rails, and the interior drivers side door door jam. Sales manager was rude and they don’t care about their customers.

I talked to them about a car advertised online and quoted me a price in an email.
Then refused to honor it. Because the day before I told them that I would leave my house in the morning between 9 and 10
I called them a little before 10 to confirm and make sure they were going to be there. The man that I was to see wasn't there then and expected back in about 15 minutes and they were going to have him call me back. I waited a half hour and called him again and he was busy and would call me back. As the day was wasting away. I called several more times and didn't receive any response. A while later I was able to talk to someone else and was told that because I was not there at 10 they were not going to sell me the car. To start with i wasn't going to leave my house until 10 and not be there at 10 it's a 175 mile trip. That's the main reason I called them before I left so I don't have a 350 mile trip for nothing. Crooked people

Horrible experience... online sales are a complete scam... They list cars with excellent
prices they won't honor or don't even have the car. I've tried for over a month to
purchase the car they had listed and is actually still listed to this day. Don't waste your
time. If you do have extra time and happen to live near the dealership I suggest you go
there and see for yourself because they will lie online and over the phone. Out of state
buyers don't even waste you

It was an abysmal experience. Only two pictures of their 2016 Lexus GS350 are posted. From 11/22/24 to 11/30/24 I contacted the dealer through car gurus by email three
times and received what I later found to have been auto-generated emails with no follow-up from a live person. I called the dealership, and they took my info and said their
internet person would contact me but never did. I called again and spoke with F.C. They sent me a written estimate, which included the following bogus charges: $999 doc
fee, $399 electronic filing fee, and $1512 dealer fee added to all cars. Per the salesperson, "This is needed to keep the lights on." So, this was a hard pass, and we bought
the car from another dealership in CA.

absolutely horrible. They do not have the vehicle as described in the ad. The've had it up for more than 3 weeks but claim it's new, thus no photos. Complete bait and switch tacktic.

I received an email from Miguel Mendoza ( Internet sales associate). He never addressed my request. It was just an email trying to schedule a test drive. I replied telling them what I needed and 3 days later he sends me the same exact emai with the same exact words again not addressing any of my requests. I can't believe this is what their Internet sales associates are expected to do... No work, just send a template without even reading customers email. Worst thing is that I was very interested since they seem to have great prices. What a shame!

There was Chevy Sliverado fir 27680 with 10k on the miles get there they don't know what happen to it then this one with 3000k miles is only that price for first responders but says it no where on the listing's. Bait and switch be aware

Excellent experience at Bomin Dadeland as compared to the Homestead and Kendall dealerships. Purchased 2 vehicles here after trying the other 2. Christian was extremely helpful and professional. Will never deal with the other 2 dearlerships.

Price was listed at 28,900$ for this car,
I then called to let them know I was coming the next day to see the car,
to my BIG surprise, the car price was increased to 31,900$ right before my visit! (both on Carguru as well as on
their own website). Disapointing to say the least...
I know that someone from the marketing team of Bomnin will reply back to try to "save their reputation" - but
this is exactly what happened - Buyers Beware !

Don’t trust this dealer. Drove all the way from Boca, only to find the car had been sold the week before. They continued to advertise the car for one month after.

They advertise prices as cash sale only but when you are prepared to
pay cash, they increase the price of the car by $2500.00 for no
reason. This excludes tags, taxes, doc or other fees they refuse to
provide an itemized estimate on. I suspect they do this to drive car
guruâs algorithm to their site. Exercise caution.

I wanted to express my disappointment with my recent visit to Bomnin Chevrolet. I felt neglected and disregarded during my time at the dealership. The sales representative did not show any interest in assisting me once they realized the car I was interested in wasn't high-priced enough.
As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend Bomnin Chevrolet to others. It's essential for every customer to be treated with respect, regardless of their budget or preferences. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.

Contacted dealer asking for final
price with all fees. Car Guru price
was listed at 12,995 but that doesn't
include the fine print on their actual
website listing an additional 2600 in
dealer fees. So really they are not

Took days to get a call back despite multiple messages. Ultimately, I'm told they cannot send additional pics or quote/estimate unless I am physically present. I live over 4 hrs away and made clear I could pay cash after they seemed worried they might waste their time if i couldn't qualify for financing. I have purchased multiple cars that were not in my town over the past 5 years and this is the first time anyone refused to deal with me. Why even advertise online then?

This is the worst dealer I have ever attempted to do business with. I’ve left a deposit and within a week I’ve called 10 times and got the good ol run around… and haven’t received any information nor any help in retrieving my deposit. Their communication is the worst in the business and I really hope it improves for other future buyers sake. If I put a deposit down please keep me updated on the deal.
Remote Keyless Entry, with 2
transmitters (I only got one) Front License Plate Kit * it stated it had. (None provided) the advertised price was increased immediately upon arrival because I stated I did not have a trade in. I discovered after speaking with the salesman that it is written in the disclosure writing on the web site. Really, is that where we are now, that as long as we write it in a tiny written area it’s legal to flim flam a customer to believe we are expecting one thing and really getting another? Heck I signed all the financing paperwork and closed the deal without reading every single disclosure clause. Should have taken a day to sit down and read all that legality or should I trust that I will not find myself caught up in some small writing disclosure clause that could upset my daily life? Why can’t we as humans just make a deal that fits both parties and seal it with trust.
Sales was kind. Truck is beautiful. Price although escalated was still good.

I spoke to Maria Vega the sales manager three days in row about the availability of a truck listed, we set up my appointment to go purchase the car which she told me they had 3 on the lot waiting to be purchased. She assigned to a specific sales guy name Pancho which gave me the worst experience ever...I drove almost an hour to get there just to hear the cars online already been sold a month ago, he said it's Maria's job to lie about availability of vehicles to get customers in the door..what kind of business is bomninchevrolet running here? Gas prices are high and u people think we have time to waste? I contacted Maria about situation nd said she was going to look in the matter and call me in 5 minutes, am still waiting a day later with no response..Bad customers from bomninchevrolet knowing we spending thousands of dollars to purchase vehicles nd they have no conscience.

"My worst dealer experience in over 20 years"
I received the information the same day, perfect, they
contacted me by phone immediately, they gave me all the
necessary information and confirmed that the truck was still
available.
2 hours before driving to the dealer I called to confirm that he
was still available, they said yes....
I drove 45 minutes to the diller, and the salesman who
attended me told me "they give you the information from a
call center" that truck is not here, it has already gone to
auction REALLY..
I left the dealer and called again and they confirmed that the
vehicle WAS AVAILABLE, it is simply a lack of respect for
customers.
I do not know if the seller was not interested in wasting his
time because it is a very economical vehicle and his
commission would not be worth his time... or in fact the
vehicle is only used to attract customers to the dealer.... I can
only speculate

Dealer didnt respond to my online request for additional info so i called them. Willie answered some questions and agreed to send me additional pictures of any small flaws but i never heard back. Called him again left a message and still nothing. I could have been there the next day with a cashiers check. Likely he didnt want to deal with an out of town customer or knowing i was a cash customer they couldnt make any additional profit on the financing. Dont tell them youre paying cash if u want a return call or any help. Also got the usual story about how they're selling the car at 2k below market price per cargurus.com but then they add fees of 1400, 999 and 400. Seriously. What a joke. Waste of my time.

Got an auto response but never a personal response.
The first day I called, I got hung up on 6 times before I finally got a Salesman to talk to. I asked about a Specific Truck, asked my Questions & there were going to call me back with the last answer. I got no call back, I called the next day & got hung up on 4 times before I got to talk to a Salesman, was informed the Truck sold. I asked if they had any other Trucks like that one, they hung up.... The worst service I've ever dealt with at a Dealership...
Customers are not treated the same. Members of a
group I belong post their purchases at dealers. I
contacted the dealer via phone and was told I Had
to pay markup regardless if ordered a vehicle.
However, people have post purchases before and
after my interaction at msrp. And they noted
markup was on current inventory

My assigned sales specialist never called or returned my call after I left 2 messages. I finally did speak with Ashley regarding bringing my own financing to the table. My bank stated the sales price exceeded the car value. I wanted to speak with a member of the sales team to see if could make this purchase work but was told won't talk numbers over the phone. You are a dealer purporting to sale and ship cards nationwide. I explained I was in Arkansas and so stopping in was not an option. They still was unwilling to work with me.

I reached out to the dealer about a vehicle, and was told it was sold, which is fine. But the advert for this "sold" vehicle was never taken down and is still posted 2 weeks later. Which makes me wonder how long was it up before I even started looking. I guess they don't mind wasting potential client's time.

Not a good experience. Had to constantly remind the salesman I didnt want my credit pulled and was pulled anyways. Got into the finance office after a few hours of waiting only to have the finance man put two more hard inquiries on my credit report when I never said I was going to finance the vehicle. This dealership will force you to play by their rules. Left with 3 inquiries on my credit report and didnt even purchase a vehicle because I wouldnt agree to their 995 dollar dealership fee, their markup on tag and title though I wasnt opposed to letting them make profit on the vehicle. Oink oink, the greed was heavy. Had to get up and walk out. Will never visit this dealership again.

I have tried on here, by email, calling, and by text to get information on purchasing out
of State. I got pre-qualified and tried to ask if they work with Capital One. I have gotten
the runaround at every turn. They say the car is available, they get my address, and
then nothing else happens. They transfer me around the lot to people that don't handle
internet sales, to people that can't hear and need to text instead, and I feel like they
don't want to do an out of State sale, which is fine but stop advertising that you do and
just say you don't want to do it. I just wanted to purchase a car before the pre-
qualification period ends.

Very lax in responding to emails and most emails were never responded to. Voicemails were not responded to either. I had to contact them in order to accomplish anything. In the end, the fees were so outlandish that I cancelled the purchase as they came to over $4,000.00. There was no attempt to negotiate on any of the fees. Very disappointed as I really wanted the vehicle. The vehicle pictures showed a dirty car. The driver headrest appeared damaged as well as covered in duct tape. The shifting nob needed cosmetic repair or replacing. I was surprised that they would show the car in this state even if it was only in pictures as I was only able to view it this way due to being 1500 miles away. It did raise concerns and red flags as to both the cars condition as well as the reliability of the dealership. This was not a great experience.

Drove over 2 hours to see this car. Waited an hour for an appraisal on my daily car, texted my salesman Yasser never heard back from him so I left. If you visit this dealer make sure you keep your car keys so they don’t park your car in and keep it hostage.

Spoke with Isabella on the phone no less than three times about my intention to come view this truck. After getting off work in Delray, I spent over an hour and a half dealing with Miami traffic to get here and be told that they don’t have the truck. After asking to see comparable trucks I was told that the only similar work trucks they have start at $58,000. Never even saw Isabella who id spoken with. It’s a big impressive showroom but I have nothing else positive to say about this dealership. It’s very obvious that this was a fake listing. Classic bait and switch. Very irritated that I wasted my time and fuel coming down here. Don’t let them pull the same trick on you. Avoid this place.

Not sure what their angle is, but they keep listing the same car with the same pictures for
a borderline 'too good to be true' price. I have emailed them several times and they either
tell me the car already sold or ignore my email. If it already sold, why have you relisted the
same car with the same pictures later on? Seems to be a pattern with them based off of
other reviews. Not sure what their deal is, or why they would waste their time doing this.
The sales gentleman was great. but the car didn't have gasoline... i have to wait to drive the car. but like i said

Initially, the dealer emailed me. I replied and asked for an out-the-door price and was told that a salesman would follow up w/ a call but didn't
get a price. Salesman never called and I had sent an email indicating I didn't receive a call. Several days later I received an email about
scheduling an appointment. No way I was driving 1 1/2 hrs for this type of service.

Called from out of state and the add says delivered for $699 include in price. When I called they said no delivery and I would have to find a delivery company myself. Then no one would return my phone call, finally I called them back and the price jumped from $10000 to $15000 cause of all the fees and sales tax. This is a scam and don't even bother with them. Pretty cars cheap and scam the whole time dirty dawgs

I've made multiple attempts to contact this dealer about 2 specific vehicles. I requested an
out the door price including taxes and fees based on my provided zip code. The dealer
responded with a generic template email. I asked again. No response. I asked twice
more, still no response from the dealer. They obviously do not want to sell cars.

Pleasant representative, however they couldn't meet my price range for a 2017 camaro.
They advertise a car with a price cheap to get clients but that is not an honest practice to do business because if they use
that to catch you imagine what they sell, once they get your info all the salesmen tray to contact you but when you ask for
the car they listed they said already sold, and if you look the website is always there, if is sold why they do not remove the
listing, they are fishing for customers, beware these people.

I then called and the salesman said the truck had sold. He said two other trucks were coming in this week. He promised he’d call the next day. He didn’t call. I contacted the dealer and was told they would call me back. 8 hours passed so I reached back out and was told the car was sold. Called the next morning and was told by someone else the car was still on the lot after not receiving an additional call back. My emails were responded to with, "the vehicle is available," but when I expressed interest, no one called me back or even returned my calls. I refuse to chase someone down to take my money. This dealership makes me question their integrity.
Great, but I did call back and possibly the gentlemen didn't get the message for a return call. Very quick response the first contact.

I was a little surprised to learn an $800 dealer fee, $300 document fee, $300 tax tag an license fee and the following dealer added options.
$700 for a plastic bed liner, $300 wheel locks and $199 window tint. I advised the sales person over the phone that a factory applied
permanent and warrantied spray in bed liner was $545 and wheel locks from Chevy were only $75 I shocked to hear a response that implied
that I had to take it the way it was. After all the fees and overpriced dealer options the dealers price for the vehicle was much more than the
MSRP from Cheverolet. I never did get an answer from the sales person regarding the dealer fee, document fee and cost to transfer my
current vehicle tag to the new vehicle. I simply refuse to make a 3 hour round trip and spend 2-4 hours at a car dealer to try and negotiate the
excessive fees and option costs out of the deal. I guess my desire to have a Chevy truck is not strong enough to overcome the dealers tricks

I drove from Michigan to Florida to buy this car. And they tracked on and extra $3,352.00 in fees to the price of the car with no negotiation room and couldn’t explain EXACTLY what the fees were for. Needless to say I walked out. Dissatisfied customer!
I asked questions and they were very prompt with replies and courteous. Miami is
too far for us so we did not pursue this vehicle. Pleasant experience, but no longer
looking for a car.

I have been at the dealer and unable to get the
care I receive at other dealers. Dint seem
interested as I was asking questions. Another
time was told I’ll get a call back and never did.
The first time they were watching a dolphins
game and after 45 minutes left
The sales person (Louis Martin) that I dealt with was pretty good. The process was smooth and none pushy. The only thing I didn't like was that the price that they advertised was different when I got there. So they basically gave me a paper with a bunch of discounts to get it to the price that I had from the internet.
They will not talk pricing with you unless you fill out their online form. They will tell you that it won’t affect your credit and that it was needed to be allowed to discuss car pricing. Went to check my credit report and it showed in inquiry from this dealership. I called to talk to the dealership and apparently no one in the finance department could help. If they can’t be trusted with such simple things, how can you trust them selling you a car! Terrible

online will include several dealer or
manufacturer discounts. Each will not apply
to every person; therefore, the chances of
one person applying for all discounts is very
slim—maybe 1%.
The sales person was pushy and rude. I test
drove the vehicle and we went back to his
office. Instead of having a conversation
about my thoughts on the car and reviewing
the final sales price with all fees included, he
typed up the sales agreement, put the paper
in front of me and told me to sign.

About a used Honda Odyssey in a Chevrolet
dealership. Mathew was responsive in answering
questions when we called. We Went to the
dealership, and purchase the car.
The car had only one fob/key combination with it, and
during closing, Mathew said he would contact the
former owner (the car was a trade-in) and see if she
would return the second key/fob. Before the actual
closing, and while we were waiting, I wrote an email to
Mathew to confirm his promise.
We closed the deal, and took the car. The car, we
found, had not been detailed well as there was a
scratch on the passenger-side windshield, greasy
hand stains on the steering wheel and on both front
doors as well as a scratch along the passenger-side
middle door. Oh, yes, one week later the battery died.
Under the middle seats we have discovered candy
wrappers, cookie crumbs and coffee stsins. Mathew
has not responded regarding the key.
I would not recommend this dealership.

Their sales department is not very good. Received
canned replies and one phone call. The sales person
sounded like they were in a bullpen with dozens of
others. Made an offer no call back. Got a “screw you”
vibe. We are customers. You can be polite and call us
back. Tried to get info on a second car. Got a canned
email reply. So I called the dealer got transferred 3
times. Dead end. Then I emailed “my sales person”
from canned email I had received earlier with my
phone number. Nothing! So sad because they have
great looking cars and decent enough prices. Also
just be aware they add $1300 in “dealer fees”.

They had like 10 salesman at the desk when we arrived at the dealer
Notified them we were there to see a few vehicles, they asked us my son and I to have a seat
So we did. 15 min later no one shows up
So we decided to go see the cars ourselves.
30 min later we are still waiting for a salesman. I call from the lot to the Bomnin front desk
And inform them that I’ve been waiting 45 min for a salesman to show us some cars so we wait another 10 min

I contacted them on a vehicle. They insisted I call them or leave a number. After a few days of going back and forth, I gave them my number but agreed to one call only, everyone knows how persistent dealers are. I wanted to get a price on certifying a vehicle. I have done this in the past and purchased vehicles over the net. Needless to say, they never called and refused to give me a price I will take my business elsewhere. I can see by the reviews everyone has the same issue. I am sure the response will be " Come on in and lets talk about this" Thats not going to happen. Ever.
Watch out for the extra fees that they try and force you purchase, were not upfront about that like wheel locks VPP plus of course the regular dealer fee, tried to force all these
warranties on us costing an extra $4,000 which is ridiculous when you consider we bought a $50,000 car. On top of all that they gave 2 keys and one of them doesn't even
work, gave me the wrong key and wanted me to drive an h our and a half back to them which I refused. We insisted they FEDEX the right key but when package arrived it
was a hat and key chain, still no key, now I have to go to another dealership to have the key programmed which they tried to have us pay for out of pocket and they would
reimburse us, I don't think so..so they worked it out with the other dealership to key for the key to be programmed. I have not received an apology for all the stress this has
caused me, not they experience I was expecting when purchasing my $50,000 dream car

Conscientious and helpful
They did contact me by email but would not answer even a basic question (I wanted to ensure it was a new vehicle since it had over 3k miles). They just kept sending their phone number. I eventually called on Thursday and asked for an "out the door price" since I am 5 hours away and wanted to get a cashiers check from my bank. The guy did not call back so after over 24 hours I called again hoping to get the info needed to go to my bank before it closed Friday. The second salesperson I spoke to was much more helpful but wasn't allowed to really help me because I was assigned to the first unhelpful salesman. The first salesman finally returned my call late Sunday afternoon and was very rude (also the price on the car had increased about 5k) by then. Obviously I did not purchase the vehicle from this dealer

not how internet sales work. I'm using the internet in an effort to reduce time

1 week later I get an auto reply from the Internet Manager. The next day I
get the same generic e-mail. The next day again.
I have yet to see anything real from them and the online prices are
misleading. Based on my experience thus far and the reviews read, I would

Typical salespeople. We contacted dealer to see
if this vehicle was smoked in or had blemishes,
we were told no, it was perfect other than a small
ding in tailgate. With that info we drove 4-1/2 hrs
to look at the truck and make a deal. When we
got there we immediately saw that there was
substantial damage to the truck. It looked as if it
had been pierced by a forklift damaging the rear
bumper and wheelwell. Salesperson says he
never noticed the damage. Their solution was to
bond it in their body shop. They were unwilling to
negotiate anything. The sales manager was very
smug and did not seem to want to help at all. We
were treated very poorly. Run away from this
dealer!

Jimmy was great! He spent time looking for the key to the vehicle I would have liked to test drive, but unfortunately the car I wanted to see I couldn’t drive. For another salesman had the key locked in his office while he was gone to another dealership. For that I have to give three stars.

terrible. was trying to put a 895$ dealership fee on a used car...then also
proceed to tell me they couldn't tell me how much the car was for even
though the car was selling at 4690 they had no idea how much it would
cost me to buy the car in full and in cash. They hung up once on me when i
said i was outta state and when i called back there was all of sudden this
895$dealer ship fee on a car they couldn't tell me the price. OH also they
don't negotiate prices of the car over the phone. if your calling over the
phone you they will only agree to the listed price of the car. Complete
waste of my time.

I made it to the dealership 1 hour before closing. They quickly retrieved the
car I came to see, provided the printed carfax and all the details of the
vehicle. Immediately was able to test drive and inspect the car. Very fair
inspection and offer for my trade in, and the best offer for the car that I
bought. Willing to negotiate, and provide any information you might want
want. They stayed and processed all the paperwork until 10:45pm and even
filled up my gas tank since it was so late and I live in West Palm. Very kind,
no rush, and very efficient. I've never had a car buying experience that from
start to finish was only 3 hours (I also knew exactly what I wanted and what
price I wanted, and they met all those criteria). Highly recommend.

IF I COULD HAVE BOOKED THIS DEALER 0 STARS I WOULD!!! When I called the dealership and asked for a salesperson I was transferred to someone who claimed to be a salesperson and they were very polite and knowledgeable. So I booked a time WITH HIM to come see the new 2018 LTZ HIGH COUNTRY CREW CAB. It's a 3 hour drive for me to the dealership, about one hour into my drive I get a call from the dealership from a sales person who could hardly speak English telling me that I will be meeting him instead (turns out the English speaking knowledgeable sales person I originally spoke too is just a telemarketer) this was their first bait and switch! I arrive at the dealership and its valet parking (take a wild guess why) they now have your keys and you won't be leaving anytime soon! After we wait over an hour after arriving to our appointment that we were five minutes early too we finally got to test drive the truck, it was empty! The first stop was the fuel station where the sales person in broken English explains that he is required to fill up the vehicle with his own money and he doesn't get the money back for sometimes two weeks! Anyway, test drive went well from this point on but the salesperson was not educated on the vehicle and was not helpful at all on any questions that we had but he was very polite. After we arrive back to the dealership we set down with our salesperson to go over the numbers that were on a post it note! I told him I needed to see the deal in writing and I was told no problem... 30 minutes later he returns with his "boss" and the same post it note, still nothing in writing! His boss offered me a ridiculous amount of money on my 2016 low millage Z71 Silverado trade and I said we were not going to make a deal because another dealer had offered me 3k more on my trade in, and the other dealers sales price was only a couple thousand more than theirs! So we continue to play the game where they come up another $500 and leave the room for 30 minutes to put it in writing but they always return with a post it note! After 3 hours of this nonsense we were within $1000 of making a deal!!! I asked the sales manager to put the deal in writing and if they aren't pulling any funny business we might have a deal... Then the salesperson spoke up and mentioned an additional $1300 fee for doing paperwork! I was aware of the fee from doing my research on this dealer before my appointment but I assumed because I was an informed buyer it was included in the negotiated price that was still $1000 to high and on a post it note, but I wasn't sure because again they refused to put the deal in writing! (YOU CAN'T JUST GET UP AND LEAVE BECAUSE THEY HAVE YOUR KEYS AND YOUR CAR ISN'T ON THE PROPERTY!!! Turns out they never put the deal in writing and I purchased from another dealer a few days later and saved what I believe to be $3200 off BOMNIN final price! In other words my new dealer had a $75 dollar paperwork fee not $1300 and they also gave me $1000 higher trade and a selling price $1000 lower than my BOMNIN post it note price! BOMNIN IS OLD FASHIONED BAIT AND SWITCH AT ITS BEST!!! I would pay more to keep from every walking on a BOMNIN lot again!

Reached out to me very quickly
I went to various car dealerships and this was by far the one that
tried to scam me the worst. I first went in to look at the car not
knowing about the price online. It wasnt until half an hour later that
I found the car online. The sticker price was $5,000 more than the
asking price online. I let the man working there know what i had
found online and he acted like he had no idea. I test drove the car
and i liked it so i went in to talk prices. He came back with a bunch
of fees resulting in an extra $5,000 to the price of the car. They
added $5,000 to a USED car in fees. After speaking to them they
brought down the fees but it was still over my budget so i decided
to leave. Three weeks later they call me back on a thursday and tell
me that i should go in and see the car again, see if theres a deal to
be made. I let them know that my budget is still the same and i
dont want them to waste my time. They told me that they would try
to do all they could do to help me get the car. I said fine then I'll go
in and made an appointment with them for Tuesday. I had noticed
that within those three weeks the car had Increased in price $500.
But i said whatever they'll honor the price they gave me when i
came in because if i couldnt afford it then i cant afford it now. From
Thursday to Monday (the day before my appointment) i would look
at its listing online to see if it had sold. It hadnt and the price was
still $500 over what I originally seen it for. On Tuesday im sitting in
their office when i decide to look at the listing again and noticied
that they raised the car an additional $1,000 more. The car was
now $1,500 over what i had seen it for the first time. I had made an
appointment with them for Tuesday and from Monday to Tuesday,
within one day they raised the price of the car $1,000. Needless to
say i left. They were blatantly trying to rip me off and so i left. I
wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The original price was $34,055. After committing to buy the vehicle, the
dealership raised the price to $51,055 and explained that the price was a
"typographical error". I have screen shots from GarGurus and the Bomnin
inventory that show the price as $34,055. As other reviewers have said, this
dealer lists prices that are too good to be true. I have also requested a quote
on a different vehicle by emailing them directly. I have not received a
response. I am reluctant to visit the dealership (3 hour + round trip) in
anticipation of a similar experience in person.
Although I purchased my Malibu hybrid from your dealership, I found the experience very inprofessional. Had I not had an ounce of car buying experience I would have been overcharged from the advertised price, as well as a high interest rate in financing . Disappointing in this day of easy research

I located this dealer via your site and it was located very
near my second home in Florida. I am currently in Illinois
and needed to perform this transaction over the phone. The
price advertised was well below the others advertised due to
offers from the manufacturer and the dealer. I had some

person wanted none of it. Even though I mentioned that I

dealer on Saturday, they kept telling me to come into the
dealership. I could ever get a straight answer as to what
was needed to qualify for the deals. As my company is a
longtime supplier of parts to GM, I also have a GM suppliers
discount number. Trying to discuss that with them did not
go well either as they had no interest in discussing my use
of that discount. I called my contact at GM who explained to
me that the dealer was incorrect about their understanding
of the discount. I called to speak with a manager who was
not nice. I wanted to speak with a general manager but was
told none was on duty. I asked for another sales manager
and while he answered my questions, he did so with an
attitude. Never once did I hear a "sorry" or a "let's start
over". I ended purchasing my car from an out of state
dealer who honored my GM supplier rebate. My transaction
with him took about ten minutes and I wired the funds the
same day. I spent more time getting abused my Bomnin
than it took to buy from another dealer. The owners of
Bomnin need to know that their employees have poor
attitudes. Their loss but a new client for the out of state
dealer!

Almost too good to be true.
I reached out to them and had to get my way through as they are really
busy. It was so hard, I thought they did not want my business. (---)
I finally was able to put a down payment over the phone and set a pickup
date. (+)
They picked me up at the airport. (++)
The car was there waiting for me and overall they were nice (+)
What the super price doesn't say is that they add about $2000 of hidden
fess or junk that you don't want or need. (-----------)
Overall, a very good deal still but this spoiled what was a GREAT day.
I'd go back there to get a car but I'd ask about the hidden fees first...

Great experience. The transaction went very smooth and the salesman Mike Kaufman made buying a car from out of state just as smooth as being there. Car was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend Bomnin to anyone looking for a Corvette.

Beware of Jeremy in sales. Called me to
ask me to come in then told me the
addition for the 2016 camaro that I
wanted couldn't be ordered that I had to
get a more expensive package and still
pay extra for the addition and gave me a
price 2 times the actual value of it. I
made him aware I knew the real pricing
and no longer want to do business with
him for trying to get me for more money
he didn't even apologize just told me to
have a nice day and hung up. Very
unprofessional and puts the entire
dealership under a negative light.

Despite dealer's motto that you won't "pay a penny more" their
price is highly misleading, and doesn't include $395 electronic
filing fee (to transfer your tag and title, which costs the dealer
$10) which is not disclosed anywhere and I had to ask many tmes
to get them to admit to the amount, and an $895 dealer fee that is
higher than disclosed on CarGuru listing. I sent three emails
before I got any response from them over a week or so.

The sales person I was "assigned" was rude and terrible. First, the prices they advertise on their cars do NOT include a $1000 stealership fee. Salesman hung up on me when I told him I would buy the car if they would charge the price shown here plus state tax and registration transfer fee. HE HUNG UP ON ME!

I have shopped at Lorenzo Bomnin before and everything was great so I went back for my most recent purchase. I bought a Chevy Malibu and it's awesome! My sales guy was really helpful and friendly and outgoing. He tried to get me the right price and I appreciated that because I know salesmen work on commission, so for him to get me a lower price is like taking a cut out of his own paycheck! Now that's customer service! I would definitely say to ask for him if you are shopping for a new car. He even went across to a different car lot to look for what I wanted! I started out looking at something more expensive and ended up with something less pricey, the salesman could have easily pushed me for the more expensive one but he didn't. The finance manager (forgot his name) was also nice, he took his time to answer my questions and explain everything. The number my salesman told me was pretty close to what I ended up with so I was happy. I think a lot of people get pressured into adding upgrades and options and all that but I just told them what I wanted and what I didn't want and that was that. No hassle, really. I went back a second day because I had to get to work and also bring in some paperwork they needed. Every time I'm there everyone is really nice so I would say this is a good dealership to go to when you're looking for a car.
I visited a Chevy dealership that is within blocks from my house in Ft Lauderdale with an ad from Lorenzo Bonin Chevrolet and they couldn't do it... Well I drove all the way down to Miami and the Internet Manager was waiting for me with the car clean and the buyers order ready to sign. I don't know how Autonation Chevrolet can not do what Lorenzo Bonin can if they all buy the cars from the same company.

They did not want to give me the price they advertised on car guru, I
had to "qualify" for that price. After a day of heavy negotiating, I
finally got close to the price.
I tried to give negative stars, but couldn't so don't be misled by the one star. When you deal with the Internet manager by email or phone have him back up his promises in writing, he really seems like a good guy, but when you waste your time driving to the dealership and are ready to lease ( in our case ) he disappears . He's a magician, now you see him, now you don't , I think he has a closet he hides in, so when your baffled by the bull the salesmen give you, he's no where in sight to back up what he promised. I purchased several cars over the past twenty plus years) , and I tell you I've never dealt ( I've heard of it before ) with stereotypically slimy car salesmen, I've dealt with the old Supreme GMC, Sawgrass zFord, Mercedes of Cutler Bay, Mazda on Bird Road, Carmax Miami, The Collection and Warren Henry Mazda and I've never lost my patience or temper, but this Bomin Chevrolet is in another Galaxy. I'm not of those people who has sour grapes ,( just purchased a Dodge Challenger today at Autonation Pembroke Pines , 5 Stars), but these guys at Bomin were so bush, I felt I better put the word out on what to expect if you get fooled by there low lease deal on a 2013 Corvette. Do not get fooled, they advertise $59 per month, but read the fine print, it is too good to be true. When we went to check it out the Internet Manager greeted us , put us with a sales clown , then vanished. We were told, in this order, that " that is not the advertised price, ", the price is a typo ( mistake) and " the vehicle that is advertised at that price was sold that morning". I asked the sales clown, which answer was it ?. And the guy stormed off and gave our paperwork to another dumbfounded sales clown. Get everything in writing before you go there, they are unprofessional, unfriendly, our sales clown never introduced himself, and they have minimal product knowledge . They boast that they are number three in the nation in Corvette volume, but I doubt they're number three on their block, no one seems to know the difference between the different corvette models or trims, they attempt to read the sticker, but since its not written in crayon it's past their reading comprehension level.. The place is like a buy here pay here place, and that's insulting to most of those dealerships. This is a true buyer beware situation. Good Luck.

They are horrible. They took my money without having any type of
secured financing and it is now 5 days and they have not returned my
$500 cash. I have reported them to the better business bureau. The
managers do not return calls, they have voicemails that are full, it is a
pathetic excuse of a dealer.
