I called the dealership. I told them the car I wanted. They said they would get right back to me for pre-approval. I said, we are coming this afternoon to get it, and as soon as you call we will head that way. I waited 3 hours, and heard nothing. Finally at just over the 3 hour mark, and only after I checked in first, they told me that someone else came in and bought it, and the reason it took so long to get back to me, was because they were with the customer buying the car that I wanted. It's ok now, because I had a far better experience buying through Carvana, and I got a much newer, cleaner, cooler, car with half the miles for the same price. I guess I owe them a huge thank you for screwing me over.

Ahmad Jones was rude and unprofessional. Peyton the sales manager emailed me in the beginning only to disappear even after I emailed back a few times and texted directly. Out of all my years buying exclusively GM vehicles and buying over 50 new GM vehicles, I'd have to say that this was the worst potential buying experience I have ever had. I will keep shopping for a new Corvette elsewhere.

Edward — I’m sorry for the frustration here. We never want anyone to feel like they’re being charged twice. On used vehicles, window tint can appear as a separate line item if it was added during our reconditioning process, replaced to meet Oklahoma legal limits, or included in an accessory package. That said, if the tint was already on the Corvette when we acquired it and no additional work was performed, we’ll correct the paperwork and make it right.

The dealership had plenty of options available to look at. Very friendly staff and got a really good deal on my trade in. They truck i eventually got there were a few things I didnt like and they quickly got them changed. Definitely would recommend.

Bob Howard Chevrolet is an amazing car lot with amazing people working there. My son had tried so many car lots to try and get his first vehicle for his 21st birthday but with no luck. He did an application for Bob Howard Chevrolet and thought nothing would pan out. AHMAD,a car sales representative from Bob Howard Chevrolet called my son and when I say that young man worked for my son with the down payment, monthly payments and also we live in Lawton, so we had no way to get to Oklahoma City, well AHMAD took care of that also by coming to get us!!! My son purchased a 2015 Kia Cadenza!!! I wish I could give them more that 5 stars because they deserve a billion stars. I can't express my gratitude to AHMAD and Bob Howard Chevrolet for everything,from the first call,to us driving off the lot with the car!!! THANK YOU AHMAD AND BOB HOWARD CHEVROLET!! Let me believe that everything was finalized and ready to go and then jerked me around for 3 days telling me that they couldn't find my paperwork then I couldn't get anyone to return my calls, text, or emails. Would have really loved to have done business with them on that particular truck but after all the hassle I'm glad I didn't buy from them. I only gave 1 star cause 0 isn't an option

I've had the real BH Chevy treatment. It incls. $699.00 "doc fee" I refused to pay (no luck) and being asked to front TPMS repairs that were promised - $311.00, not refunded. Watch for Grant - Gen Sales Mgr. He's why folk hate car dealers.

I wanted to follow up regarding a couple of items. As you may recall, during the purchase process, the documentation fee was addressed at the time of negotiation. We did sell you the truck at the agreed-upon price, and the vehicle price was reduced by the amount of the doc fee. While the fee still appears on the paperwork, the total cost to you remained the same, as discussed. I believe Nick Peterson reviewed this with you at the time of sale to ensure there was no additional charge.  And, at that time you agreed, understood, and moved forward with the purchase.

Was ready and with cash to buy vehicle after dealing with an awesome salesman for 1 1/2 days. After agreeing to price and deposit I waited several hours as I live 4 hours away from the dealership, I was told that the sales manager didn’t want to sell me the vehicle because he had scheduled a viewing himself and wanted that person to look at it before selling it to me. Again I was ready with cash in hand and had agreed to buy before the meeting with the other person. After waiting several more hours I was contacted by my salesman and told the truck was sold out from under me. Bob Howard will never see a dime of my money or anyone that has the time to listen, that kind of shady business practice is ridiculous. Buyer beware!!

Horrible. Spoke with dealer for a solid day. Told them I would be down the following evening to pick up the car. Had credit ran and all. Lost communication the evening before. Last message was “don’t worry about it we will make sure you get this car”. Next morning was told car sold. Also told they would not honor price if I came down with my own financing.

I called and they said they had the vehicle told them i was a serious buyer and lived 3 hours away was on my way and told them to hold it and if i needed to put down a deposit i would with a debit card to make sure they held it for me salesman said its bot needed if i was for sure coming i got all the way there and they told me they sold it to someone and was doing finance papers on it for someone that showed up an hour before i did

Very personable sales staff, no high pressure, vehicle was as advertised. They worked with me to come to a price that was I thought reasonable. Giovanni and Scott were most helpful. My only slight disappointment was a warning that popped up on the dash, that dealer didn’t take care of prior to purchase- noticed it on the way home after purchasing the car. Still, overall a good experience. Also, didn’t take all day to get it done*****

Salesperson was helpful and friendly, yhe experience started of on a bad foot however. The mileage was off by 9k miles from the online ad. Offer was not accepted so I didn't get the vehicle buy overall it was a pleasant experience without the pushy norm for dealerships.

Fair deal. I asked for a couple of items to be fixed like a signal light on the mirror and scuffs on the trunk lid to be buffed out and they wanted to charge me $600 . I love my car but not too impressed with Bob Howard Used Cars. Awesome people to work with. Final detail was substandard also. Glass dirty and carpet still dirty.

They contacted me Saturday morning and informed me the vehicle was indeed still there. So we made the 100 mile trip down there to find out one of the managers had taken the vehicle. After several posts to whomever I could find, they contacted me Saturday afternoon and evening and again on Sunday. They said the vehicle hadn't been sold yet and he would have pics sent to me Monday morning. A girl messaged us and wanted to know how we wanted to receive the pics. So I went ahead and bought the autocheck. We didn't get the pics, so then the girl said no the manager had just purchased it that morning.

They lie. Flat out. This is a dealership issue because I was lied to by multiple employees here. Went to buy a used vehicle a couple days ago. We walked in with a preapproved loan and their sales manager stated to me that we didn’t need to go to the bank. They have such a good relationship with TFCU that they can get my preapproved loan set up there at the dealership. I should have known it was a scam but they assured me multiple times that there would be no credit check. They had us fill out the financing forms and assured me that it was just to get the info for the preapproved loan from TFCU. I asked to confirm that this would not pull my credit. Again, with the financing dept. I asked to confirm that they would not be pulling my credit because I have a preapproved loan. Jason, with financing, told me no it would not be pulled. So two days after buying my vehicle my credit monitoring sends me an email that I do indeed have a credit inquiry from them.

That truck had been wrecked. Showed me another truck, told I was coming to look at it and it would take me a hour to get there. 5 miles before I got there he texted me and said they sold it. If you knew I was coming should have held it. If your going to try and sell me at least give me a chance.

I did eventually buy a car from this dealer, but they were not very responsive compared to every other car dealer I contacted. It was a painful and poorly managed purchase and I still do not have the documentation I need to register my car in my state. Also, they tried to upcharge me for options that were factory-installed on this car - which I felt was duplicitous. I ultimately did get a good price for the car, but it was a lot of hassle, and the end is not yet in sight.

The experience with the sales person was good. It was not revealed to us the auto has hail damage and was "very poorly" covered up with a bad repair job. We had to notice it ourselves. It was not revealed to us. Sales person said they had no idea but was very obvious once you started looking at it. We made the offer of replace he hood and drivers door then we would be interested.

When they called I asked if she had the car I inquired about she said yes. I took off half a day of work to find out she didn't have that car. She proceeded to lie when I asked her about it she told me she tried to call and tell me she didn't have it but the voicemail she left me was wanting to know what time I would be there. They lost my business.
