Very good experience, pricing was exactly as advertised. Sales was great and financed through Honda,
competitive rates and excellent service. Boardwalk Honda also carries most of the Ridgelines in NJ.
Searched everywhere, some dealerships only have 1 -maybe 2 on their lots. They had alot of used - and
several new Ridgelines to look at. Would recommend as an excellent Honda Dealership - T.S

Was very disappointed. I had plans of riding down to buy the vehicle on Wednesday. My 60+ year old parents were going to make a fun-filled trip down the shore area day. I am a school teacher and the only day that I could've made it down there, was Wednesday. Apparently, late Tuesday night somebody went in and purchased it.

I came in to TD this vehicle, internet sales said it was sold. It wasn’t,The SM blamed it on the internet dept being in Tx.& not knowing their inventory. As I was pulled in the lot I got a call from a SP asking if I would like to come in &drive the suv.I met the SM I made it clear I had to be out of here by 12:30 for an appointment,He passed me on to a SP who put plates on the SUV and I went for a drive. I got back at 11:40 and said I had my financing and wanted to talk price. I waited 20 minutes, the SM was in his office with what looked like maintenance guys. I went to the RR and when I returned the SP I had dealt with was busy with 2 woman. I stood there for 10 more minutes and still no one approached me. It was 12:10 and I realized there was no way we could get anything done in 20 minutes. I felt I explained my interest from the start & I left. I would have thought someone would have called and ask me back to finish the deal. I never got a call. Guess my money isn’t green enough.

Great price but Customer service is at the lowest I have seen with any dealers I have ever bought a car from. You have to chase down every single steps after you sign and pay.. Very little feedback or status on progress. Most time I call no one knew the status of the vehicle delivery or why. 2 months now still waiting for my official tag. Tag expired and vehicle grounded for a few days before temp was issued again. I have contacted the general manager twice in a span of month and haven’t received a response from him or her.

I drove 1 1/2 hours each way, to look at a vehicle, and found a vehicle I would consider buying. The sales rep
was very nice and helpful and I was told that I would receive figures so that I could consider the purchase.
Then nothing, a real waste of my time, I am disappointed in the customer service of this dealership.

Called numerous times to see the vehicle requested particular associate according to reviews..Numerour times was put on hold by 4 different associates being hung up on by 2. Not even being transferred..After2days of trying to contact who I preferred to deal with ,the 3rd day finally reached who I wanted to speak to to be told that the vehicle was sold and than hung up on .

Took car for a test drive. The check engine light was on and the engine had a miss to it. The car was dirty and had an odor to it. There was a rubbing sound coming from the rear and the salesman said, oh a car with this many miles is going to have noises. For that year, it was not a lot of miles! Then they put it in the shop to fix the check engine light and then told me it would be an hour to get the part! Go get lunch and come back! I wasted half a day including a round trip of an hour and a half! I never went back! How can you show a car for sale that was not in show condition? The car looked new online and when we got there it was a piece of junk!

I am not typically someone who leaves negative reviews so I will start with the positive. I was happy with the price point we came to agree upon. The dealership was clean & comfortable. Now, I have never had a more aggravating experience post signing the papers & I have purchased many vehicles in my years. I travelled quite a distance to see this vehicle. I was at the dealer till almost closing on a Sat. We drove home in heavy rain which continued all day Sun. Once looking at the vehicle again in the daylight on Mon, we noticed quite a bit of leaking. I told them about it & was told when my plates come in it would be addressed. Also, truck was supposed to be "detailed." I have NEVER had a vehicle given to me in the shape this truck was. It's a 3 yr old truck & my 3 yr old grandson could have cleaned it better. I ended up cleaning it myself with the exception of all the dog hair behind the rear seating. I wanted them to see it. There is a cap on the truck which I truly did not want & now I really don't want it because it leaks & does not air out to dry. I cleaned the bed out finding leaves, dirt, an old brake pad, cut zip ties, a rubber glove & wrappers which I prefer not to know what they may have been. When returning 2 wks later to pick up my plates, I again was told the truck would be "detailed." As I checked again, the dog hair was still there. At that point my salesman took the truck & vacuumed it himself! That is flat out insane. The truck went into service & nothing could be done there with the leaking cap. Was told they would contact me as to how it would be corrected. Waited 2 wks! That's right-no call! I called & expressed my dissatisfaction. Bottom line-I will NEVER purchase another vehicle at this dealership. I've had dealerships over the yrs always make good on issues AFTER the sale. It's just good business. I give them a BIG thumbs down! Did I mention I have a child starting to drive & am in the market for another vehicle. Guess where I WON'T be buying!

They have offsite internet sales in another state but act like the internet sales people are onsite. I was not impressed by that apparent deception.

Pricing on vehicle different than car guru but dealer lived up to car guru listed rate even as it changed. Sales experience pretty typical -- usual delays and diversions. Sales person was friendly and accessible. Careful of added charges. Dealership was attractive and comfortable-- which is good because you'll be there awhile. Overall felt like a got a pretty good deal.
