Was not very responsive… waited around all day for answers only responded when I repeatedly text to ask if they heard anything was put last. Didn’t seem very eager to help at all. Kept Telling me I couldn’t get the deal that I wanted. Went to another dealership and got the deal they said wasn’t possible.

This dealership uses an appointment setting service that is not on premise and they will tell
blatant lies to get you in their door. I was scheduled to view a car that "was on the lot" with
a sales rep that looked forward to my visit. I confirmed that the auto was still available
before I made the 30 minute drive in rush hour traffic. Upon arrival, I learned that it was just
an unfortunate farce. The car hadn't been delivered and salesman was off work that day.
And no, I never received an apology.

All the staff who answered the phone, the manager who greeted us, the
salesperson and the financial person were very nice and helpful. The F-250
shown was sold when we called but they had a 2022 F-250 we were satisfied
with.
Negotiated by phone and email and got the best deal one our trade compared to two other dealers. Once at the dealership, the closing process was seamless and we enjoyed our experience and certainly enjoy our new Jeep!

Ask for Bruce! I live in California and was very interested in a car. I put down a reasonable deposit and he saved the car for me. I was able to purchase a plane ticket worry free since Bruce was able to hold the car for me. I highly recommend buying from Bo Beuckman Quality Ford, the price listed is the price you pay! This price included all of the dealership fees UNLIKE any other dealership. Also the warranty's are reasonable (unlike dealerships in California) and cover "bumper to bumper"

Terrible communication between staff I call to check my payment options beforehand so if it was more than I wanted to spend I wouldn’t make the trip by the time I arrived they already had finance papers ready for me to sign and said I told them I was buying it sight unseen by the lady I talked to earlier I expressed my frustration but never took my problem about this to consideration the salesman called and messaged me a few times about it after the weekend he was nice up until the point I told him I bought somewhere else

I would advice doing your homework on your trade-in before you go, they will shoot you a super low offer and you have negotiate just to get even. Also they are very shady about financing and want you to close on the deal before they'll talk about interest rate. I just bought the same car at another dealership and my payment is 32$ a month less than what they quoted me. That's 2300$ more in interest for a 72 month laon. There are plenty of other dealerships that are transparent and up front about everything. Don't waste your time here.

I would give them 0 stars if it was a possibility. Apparently, they weren't very interested in actually selling the car. The salesman was very abrupt and pretty insulting. He tried to low ball me on my trade (offering $800 and I ended up trading it for $2000 the same day), luckily I had done my research before hand. I was not impressed at all after making that 2hr trip (one way). IDon't get suckered into the VIP test drive, it was far from VIP. I would use 4 other letters that I can't write here. Thankfully, I had another dealership that was actually about customer service and went out of their way to make me happy after this bad experience.

I’m not the kind of person that goes through cars like people go through underwear and was worried about how much had changed since the last time I bought a car 16 years ago. The people at Bo really made it an easy and comfortable process. Their no hassle buying process really means no hassle. Also means no wiggle room on the price. I’m happy with the deal I got on my new car, very fair price, don’t get me wrong. Just would’ve been nice for them to at have me leaving on a full tank. That being my only complaint, still 5 stars for Bo! I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them for sure!

Really didn't seem like they cared if I were to purchase with them or not. At no point in my interactions did I feel like a valued customer. Understand they have the no haggle price but seems silly to lose a customer over a few dollars.
Found the deal I was after elsewhere and the quality of customer service with them will have me for life.

My experience was great. Got final pricing online and on phone. I did not
have to haggle. They had the best price on vehicle (probably helped it was
the end of the year). Everyone was super nice. I did end up buying my car
here. They also gave me a gift card for gas just for coming to test drive the
vehicle even before they knew I was interested in buying it. I pick it up on
Friday, so I hope it goes as smooth.

They responded quickly but the vehicle was already sold. They were helpful in trying to find something in their inventory to fit my needs. Even though I did not buy a vehicle it was a good experience.

Absolutely would NOT negotiate on price even when I had cash. The used car was beat up for the year and low milage and they refused to fix anything. It's like the salesman didnt care if he sold a car or not. Very prompt on letting me take a test drive though so that was the only plus.

They would rather compare prices online and then go buy the vehicle they feel has the best offer. We will continue to use the No Negotiation Needed method as our customers love it. In the future we are going to offer the ability to complete entire purchase process online.

When we discover problems with our vehicles on the lot we send them to our Service/Body Shop for repairs. If the Technicians are in the middle of the repair we won't release them because it may be a safety issue.

It was a horrible experince ,I went to Bo Beuckman quality ford in Elisvillie to check this car, I was told the car was in another location about 35 minutes drive in pacific Missouri , I drove out there test the vcar and we negociate the price. The sale man promise to bring the car back to Elliville and he agreed for me to take it to a Macanic , he brought the car and I finally went and took it to a Macanic , they found fault with the car. When I got back to the dealership , my sale man refuse to fix the fault and refuse to reduce the price. I thought I was buying the car that day, so I ask my son to drop me off at the dealer , I do not have a ride back home , it took me 3 hours to get home after riding 2 metro buses and 2 metro train.
I spend time and money in an effort to buy this car, after he allowed me to take it to a Macanic , he was telling me he was a Macanic for 13 years and he want to sell me a car leaking oil, so he said the car is as is, but on the sticker on the car it was mark warrant. If he told me that the car is as is, I will not boarder that car not even speeding money for pre sale check.
.i have never be treated this way,I thought this dealership will deliver according to their logo( quality) but that was not the case. I was fooled with their logo.

When i contacted the Dealer, I was told the vehicle had just sold that day.
Funny, when I checked the CarGurus site 5 days later, the vehicle was still
being advertised. I don't think advertising a vehicle that is clearly not
available is a good thing.

They listed the car, I responded within 4 days .....I had to contact them a second time and then tried to go look at the vehicle, it was not available to view when I called....Set up an appointment to go look and then the day of the appointment, they called and said it was at another location so I got directions to get there and then within 2 hours of my appointment they called and cancelled. Then 3 days later they texted me to say the car would not be for sale. VERY DISSAPPOINTED. Note: the car is still listed on all the websites!

The car was sent for repair while the prospective buyer waited. Getting the part for the repair took longer than normal due to the vehicle age. Truck exactly what it was protrayed as. Drove 370 miles to purchase truck so this was a huge plus. Dealer personnel helpful and informational. Answered all questions about the truck before the trip. Easy people to deal with and cared about making the customer happy.
