The dealership responded quickly to my inquiry. When I entered the property i was quickly greated, but then the staff member went into the dealership. I appreciate that someone wasn't breathing down my neck as I looked at the vehicle. The employee barely looked up when I returned the key . The drive off the lot price was atleast $1000 than the processed on car gurus. I told them I couldn't afford that price. The dealership called me daily after that until I blocked the number.

A rep from this dealership contacted me via text. His name was Chad Burgess. I replied back and told him that I was interested in the best out the door price. He sent me a bill of sell with the original price. I questioned it and he ghosted me. I called the dealership and he was off. I never heard back from him. I was able to find a better deal. I couldn't believe he justt ghosted me. Lol. Very unprofessional. He coild've just said we are going with the price the vehicle is marked.

I purchased this car May 5, 2025. Drove the car 214 miles and the car began to lose power when driving.
Took it to the Nissan Dealership. Paid $190 for a diagnosis. Car needs a new transmission. I called the
dealership and Charlie said he would have to talk to the manager and get back to me. Didn't even return my

If you need to purchase a reliable vehicle.... do NOT even consider Bluewater Motorsports. I just purchased a 2015 Rav4 with 81,000 miles. Within 6 days an intermittent electrical issue showed its ugly head. My daughter has to jump it to get to work... and again to get home. We did take it to a mechanic before purchasing... but the intermittent electrical could not be detected. We spoke with the GM and "unfortunately they are not able to give any assistance". Don't make the same mistake I did...RUN!!!

We didn't end up purchasing the Chevy Cruze but we did purchase another vehicle. We visited the dealership
in person and it was a great experience. The vehicles are sold as is but the dealership is clear on that. We
didn't feel at anytime in the process like we were misled or they were being pushy. The cars are ready to test
drive and they provide a copy of the Carfax report. I would highly recommend purchasing from them.

have a fee on every single car then it should be factored into the pricing. This is why dealers are regarded

AWFUL customer service and experience here. I walked into this dealership to look at a specific car listed on their website. Chad verbally asked for my social to have on file. I never signed an application or gave consent to run my credit, and Chad ran my credit 10 individual times, hitting me with 10 hard inquiries. On top of that, during the whole process he was not helpful and didn’t take my business seriously. Do NOT recommend this dealership as they are not communicative with their clients and do not get approval/consent before running credit. Highly unprofessional.

The dealer was responsive and I did end up buying the truck. The dealer helped get it shipped from NC to MD and it all went smooth. It is a great truck at a good price.
The dealer was very helpful with questions before the purchase. The customer service has gone downhill since I made the purchase.
2 problems with it.
There was only one remote key and that was not disclosed. I had asked for a call from the Manager with no response.
The dealership seemed very confused on the paperwork I currently cannot drive the truck since the temp tag expired and I still have no title or Tags over a month after purchase.
I would certainly use this dealer again but just be prepared for paperwork hold ups.
Update got the tags. Adjusting to 5 star since the office lady was super nice.
The owner called and made several things very clear. 1) "I am not getting a key from him". 2) He told me several times how smart a guy I must be. 3)"The government is to blame for all paperwork problems".

This wasn't meant to be...the ad said CARFAX buy back if there was a major issue is how I
understood it to read. In one of my emails to the dealer, I made an effort to get a clear
understanding of this, which was never addressed thru emails and talking to them was tough.
I finally had decided to really get this deal going but needed this buy back issue clear and in
writing. Salesman said that they didn't offer that buy back but that was something that CARFAX
put in the ad and the dealership would not order the buy back at all. I told him that he might want
to consider removing it from future ads to avoid customers wasting their time. They were ready
to sell the Jeep but not back it up. The distance between us and I wasn't able to go there and
test drive it was my reason for not going thru with the purchase

I had a great experience dealing with Bluewater. Charlie was very friendly and personable. He worked to get me the lowest rate. The car I purchased was clean and ready to go and trading my car was a breeze. Highly recommend.
Chad from BlueWater Motorsport was kind and very responsive. They did not disclose the tire pressure light was on. I flew in to buy the car, staying at a hotel a couple miles away. Asked for a ride from the hotel but they could not oblige. I’m Iowa nice, I understand that not everyone makes it personal. For these reasons they get 4/5.. I highly recommend checking them out.
The first part of the online purchasing process was fine. Dealership contacted me, sent
additional videos and walked me through the delivery process. I completed the online
credit application as they said they could beat the rate that their online banking partner
provided me. I completed and submitted the credit application, they ran a credit check
and then informed me that while they were doing this, another salesperson had the car
out for a test drive and that customer purchased it. While I had an agreement to
purchase the vehicle, they didn't have it secured for me, and still ran my credit. Finance
Manager, Charlie, refuses to call me.
Car had accident damage not reported but was
wickedly obvious. I had it delivered and the delivery
driver luckily had taken picture before he touched it.
They tried to blame the delivery driver! Also told me
I had to finance through them not the website it was
posted on even though I was already approved
through said website and since you’re reading this
review you know the website but I was told I
couldn’t mention the name for some reason. They
also charged me $200 more for shipping. Stay away
from this company. In every way possible they
messed up and skirted around the rules cargurus
set up as safeguards. Look at their local yelp
reviews and you can see they’ve destroyed
themselves locally and now they’re doing it
nationally. They need to get shut down. Awful
disgusting shady business!!

and made sure that we had all the resources available to make an informed decision. Although we chose

They were not willing to give me a 7-Day trial if I bought the car they said it was as is if they delivered it. They were not very helpful and helping me and my wife too get this vehicle so we told them that we were not going to purchase it we ended up getting a better vehicle from another car guru dealership instead. I would actually give them zero stars but it will not let me rate them like that plus they wanted to rip me off on the price.

I bought a 2016 Mazda Cx9 from them. Had it shipped to my house. The car is junk. It won't go over 20mph and there are so many problems with it that the dealer never mentioned. Greg Tuloro was my dealer. He was great, until I received the car. He won't even answer the phone now. Stay away, the do not care that they sent me a non-working vehicle. I took it to a shop and they said it needs a new throttle body, at $1000. I told the dealer I just want to return it, it was misrepresented. If he dealer was honest and told me about all of the issues withthe car, I never would have bought it in the first place. DO NOT buy from them!

I started out checking out a Hyundai Tucson and it wasn't really the best fit for my family. I mentioned I had interest in a certain model Kia and wouldn't you know it they had the perfect one with the perfect price. was very friendly to both me and my wife. Every step
of the way from meeting him to taking the Porsche for
a test drive was great, best of all there was never any
pressure. Even though we did not buy a car from Blue
Water, as I found another Porsche I liked better I

So far it have been the best experience that I had buying a car, I contact them by e-mail and they respond right away, Phil and Brian, they wore amazing, they answer all my questions, I drove 2 hours to get to the Dealer and was a worth it, the car was in excellent condition, very clean and neat inside, you can see that they really care to give the best impression possible on the inventory, I end up buying the car from them, and they even negotiate a little bit the price, they did the best they could to get me on the car that I wanted. Customer service was exceptional, inventory in great condition and good prices. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I will definitely buy from them again.
I called and spoke to a salesman, about a vehicle,an I wanted to Kno if that vehicle or any of there vehicle have warrantys, and he said no, but I could purchase a warranty, he said they been in business for over 13 yes selling without a warranty,but I feel like every dealership should give aleast 30 or 60 day warranty, without a person having to purchase one, basically saying I stand behind my car I'm selling, and if there's any problems within the 30 to 60 range we will gladly repair.so that's jus my opinion, although they been in business for 13 yrs, I believe not saying they don't, but if the cars they sell came a warranty without the customer having to take out additional warranties they might would sell a little more cars, because I was very much interested in two cars I acquired about but because they were as is I changed my mind, the body shape of all the cars on the lot are nice but my main concern is the unknown things you can't see by just looking at it, meaning issues dealing with the motor, trasmission,an ect,there prices are GD, but you're taking a chance purchasing a car that you would have to continue making payments on if it breaks down, and me myself just can't afford to make payments on a car and then also possibly have to pay for repair work as well. And again that's just my opinion...

Very busy after the Labor Day holiday with being closed and the day
returning back, they did not call back we had to call and follow up. We live
4 hours away from the dealership so it is important to negotiate to see if
the price will work before purchasing a vehicle. I am sure they receive
these calls daily. Gave 5 star rating based on previous reviews and I am
sure as things slow down they will be back to normal. The manager said
that the prices are not negotiable. I thought it was important to share this
information but again it may be a one time situation. They have a great
inventory of vehicles that are online.

This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car/truck. I wound up buying the truck that I had looked at on line and am extremely pleased. it was by far not the most expensive truck on the lot but I was treated as if I were buying the most expensive one! The respect and honesty of the people there was top notch. Jonah was the person I dealt with he could surely teach a lot of car dealers how to treat a customer. Simply the best! I will definitely go back to this establishment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Great experience start to finish. I dealt with the GSM BIlly S. through out the
whole process (phone-email-and in person) and could not have been more
pleased with his level of professionalism and made the process very
personable. He even gave ideas for better financing options outside of what

Just purchased my 08 f150 from them. They have been the best salesmen I've had the pleasure to talk with. Their very professional and truthful. Granted I already knew what I wanted when I got there, the process was fast and easy and they were very helpful. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the market looking for a vehicle!!

They were very pleasant and helpful..They were willing to do everything they could to get me in a vehicle... However I didn't get the vehicle due to money issues on my behalf ;however I would return again if I ever need to purchase a vehicle.
