Trade for this truck
The dealer contacted me and gave me rough appraisal for my current vehicle which was $5,000 lower than
the lowest part of the range on Kelly Blue Book. I provided the KBB valuation to the salesperson and asked if
that could be considered and she did not respond to my text or call back. I called the dealership back the
next day and they said that Blue Knob Auto doesn't consider KBB valuations and that the estimator wouldn't
even know what the KBB value would be. It's hard for me to understand this, given KBB's 90+ experience of
auto valuations.
I thought Blue Knob Auto was better than this; not responding to a customer after several back and forth
messages doesn't show any good faith at all.

When I finally spoke to a “salesperson” after going through multiple people and the promise of being called back ( not for days and only because I asked several time) the salesperson was extremely rude, short and condescending. Would never buy from this dealer.

Blue Knob is a great dealership, where they have really changed the rules from your normal experience. First, you get to test drive without a salesperson with you, actually, you don’t get approached at all by a salesperson unless you want to talk with one. The buying process is setup well and I highly recommend this business

We had a wonderful experience at Blue Knob Auto. Never have witnessed so many people in one location. The time management is
amazing. People were trying out vehicles. Others would completing paperwork with Sales people. On a Saturday, they sell between 80 and
90 cars. Our salesperson, Josh, was amazing and very informative. My wife tested drove one vehicle and that is the one we purchased.
2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L. Amazing dealership. No runarounds or "Let me go talk to my manager" scenarios. Cut and dry, straight
forward.

This dealer definitely has a large volume of vehicles to choose from, however a potential buyer must be aware that the price they list is the price they will pay. There is no negotiating the price. This isn’t a deal breaker because their prices are competitive and lower than KBB mostly. I did purchase my vehicle from there and am very happy with it.

Very courteous and attentive saleslady assisted us. Teresa was knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist us. I can honestly say this was our first experience at Blue Knob Traders and a good and lasting one. We'll be back.

No hassle, low pressure
I found the car on a Sunday. The car was just placed on Car Gurus. I put in my information to be contacted. On Monday I expected a call. No one called so I called that afternoon only to be told they just sold it. I asked why no one contacted me and I did receive a email they got my request. I was told sometimes they miss these emails. Advice if you really like a car at this dealership call. Don't rely on them contacting you.

I ended up buying the car I contacted them for. There were special
paperwork problems for buying the car from out-of-state, and we had to do
a lot of back and forth over a few days, but the salesperson could not have
been more helpful and prompt. When I arrived to finalize the sale, they made
sure I had a chance to thoroughly check out the car, and then the process for
making the purchase was friendly and stress-free. They were very
professional at every step. I have no regrets about working with them and
would recommend to others.

Best experience with a dealer I've ever had (and I've bought a lot of cars in
the past 30 years. Simple to drive and buy there. Good pricing. No
pressure. Just look at and drive whatever they have you are interested in.
Then, if you like the price; buy it. It's like buying anything else.

Love my car the only thing I did not like was the sells person I was coming 3 hours away and I needed to know how much for everything was, so my bank could cut the check and we can drive off the lot with the car. He give me a price and left everything out smh I had to come out of pocket because of this mistake but overall I love my car and so do my Car Club Moparink MD

The Dealer got back to me right away and the salesman let me
know everything he could about the car I was interested in
purchasing, if I were to say anything negative it would be slight
suggestions- like I asked if the seats were leather or cloth or a
mixture of both and he did not know-- also I informed him that I
was 200 miles away and would have to find a way to get to that
location and asked how others got there that were in my
situation-and the answer was vague-But he doesn't have to be
a tour guide either- all in all Blue Knob was easy to deal with

Find a car you like. Get the keys. Drive it. Negotiate a deal if you like it.
Bought a 2106 BMW X# with low miles for a fantastic price. The only problem
is that if you hand the keys back to drive another car, someone else may buy
the first one while you are making up you mind.

and get an idea about my trade in. But salesman wanted my license

BUYER BEWARE. 3 years ago, bought a 2012 town and country, asked our salesman Dave if the van had a clean title and never wrecked, we made the mistake of trusting him when he said YES. Went to trade in last week and dealership found a dirty title, history of significant wreck. Be sure to use your car fax, since you can't trust the sales personal.

got there as promised over the
phone. They don't negotiate
prices at all but that was ok since
they still had the best deal
around. Only issue was they
drilled into the front bumper of
the car to install their dealer
advertisement plate. I think this is
unacceptable - especially since
PA doesn't even require a front
plate.
