I saw the vehicle online and made contact with the dealership. I then drove 2 1/2 hours to see the car. I went home and did my research and looked around to be sure it was the vehicle I wanted. I stayed in contact with the salesperson and the following Monday morning I called and told my salesperson that I wanted the car. He said great and asked me for a few items; drivers license and insurance, which I sent. 10 minutes later I get a call saying that someone was coming to look at the car and if they choose to buy it, I was out of luck. I talked with the sales manager and he informed me that I should of bought the car the day I came in and that he would not honor that I had just called in to purchase the vehicle and the other party had not even seen it yet. Super frustrated and felt talked down too because I wanted to do my research. Would not trust or want to work with a business like that.

The purchasing of a new vehicle went very smooth. There was one issue we but the sales manager handled it in a very professional manner. If it was not for him this review would have been much different. The salesperson walked us through every feature on the touchscreen. He was wonderful.

I went with my best friend to buy her a car, the service was horrible,the sale guy Joe didn't show any interest in selling her the car. After the transaction was made, I ask what he could of done better to make this transaction smoother,he walked off. And worst part when I went to get an oil change after only a week it only had 1% of oil in the motor!!! If you do decide to purchase from here be prepared to sell yourself the car... Very disappointed.......

Donnie was very helpful with purchasing my car. I felt he was pretty on top of things and had good customer service! As far as financing goes.. I’m unsure what the man’s name was but felt he was just rude. Didn’t explain anything about what I really was signing unless I asked and he seemed annoyed. I guess to eliminate that try to set up financing before hand.

The dealer I was working with ( I think his name was Michael) was great. He contacted me by email and let me know he was there for me with any questions and showed me another gladiator that might interest me . Sorry to say my son wanted a safety package that neither had. Though they were just about every other thing he wanted in ten. He also sent me a video of himself and even used my name that made it very personal which was fantastic. Thank you Michael. Though my son did find the gladiator with a safety package that he purchased, When we’re looking for another car I will make sure we look there because of the great service he gave me.

The sales person was excellent and very helpful. The test drive was laid back and he was very helpful during the drive in describing the features of the vehicle. The only negative in comparison to see of the competition is that I would prefer to test drove a vehicle alone instead of with a sales representative.

The sales man was ok but the manager was very rude. The manager jumped out to "play the bad guy" and denied any discount that the sales man previously promised. The car felt fishy too because the driving experience was not as good as the car should have. Feels like the dealer was trying to hide the problems. I would be careful when buying cars from this dealer. Also their marked price jumps up and down in a week.

I went to their business and looked at the vehicle they advertised and it was so nice that I bought it after a test drive. My only complaint is they told me they thought the back up camera was just dirty but I now know it is bad and the said they sold it for a loss and would not fix it. So I will fix it myself, But the rest of the experience was good.

It was a great experience with them. I got an immediate phone call back when I looked to test drive the vehicle They had a salesman familiar with Fords help me out. Chad was courteous and answered all my questions from beginning to end. They were able to get me a good rate on the financing which helped me out. I would definitely go back to them again.

I came from over 5 hours away, so I wanted to make sure that everything was the way I wanted it and the sales manager personally went through the vehicle for me and answered all my questions and checked everything that I had asked him to look at and check out for me...... AND when I got there everything was ready and he honestly answered all my questions and everything was exactly the way he said it would be !!! The sales manager was awesome and his sales team took very good care of me and the price was very good. i am resident of city of Eau Claire, WI .i did the search in both states WI,MN and i got the optimum car considering in price & year of product . they are trusty in their deal, cooperative and more over the price was fixed for $13391 and i had an appointment for road drive for that price, but i saw the day before they reduced the price for the car to $12991 that was incredible nice credit for the dealer. I don't have any single doubt to deal again with them in the coming future

I drove an hour to my 10am appt to walk up and there was a car, different color, different price, $2000 more expensive. The salesmen acted like I wouldn't "catch" the difference. Jessie, the manager left a message at 8:23am with a confirmation on my 10 appt- but didn't bother to tell me they sold the vehicle the day before. I took time off of work, and Doctor appts as I'm going thru cancer to find out they couldn't be bothered with letting me know. I'm not angry, I won't be back. I am still looking at the 9 other cars that are exactly what I want, and in my price range to buy. So they did me a favor as I was interested in a lease through them and going brand new until I realized there are plenty of cars, and hopefully better salespeople.

The atmosphere was terrible. They played club style music so loud it was hard to hear. The salesperson knew no details of the car we test drove. The sales manager gave an insulting offer for our trade in and said it was justified because his car for sale was listed at a fair price. He did not budge on the price so we left and bought a car elsewhere. Stay away.

They told me they don't participate in the CarGurus site, and the price listed was not right. I looked at their own website and it had the same price listed as CarGurus. When I pointed this out to them magically the Jeep was sold, but they had several others available for $3,000 more. Classic bait and switch.

I called an made an appointment to look at a car and then received a call the next day a couple of hours before my appointment telling me that the car had been sold. I believe they should have suggested that I place a deposit for a temporary hold on the car or some thing similar.

Typical dealer whose only interests is to sell you a car for as much as they can. Disappointed that only one set of keys were available for a relatively new used car. In my mind the dealer could have easily made a spare set of keys instead of saying that they made such little from the sale of the car that they could not afford to make a spare set.
