I had an appointment to see this vehicle.
My appointment was supposed to be set up by the daughter Biondi.
The next day the salesperson I was to see had no idea at all I was showing up.
When I asked who I was texting with , I showed him the text. He said nothing.
Oh by the way the car was sold wholesale earlier in the day.
When I texted Miss Biondi she responded with it was the salesman’s fault for wholesaling the car without her knowledge.
Whoa wait a minute now. Had the salesman known I was coming in the very same day the car was wholesaled. I think the salesman would have waited until AFTER I showed up to wholesale the car.
I didn’t ask because I don’t believe I would have heard the truth. I went to another dealership two days later and they were extremely happy to take my business.

They were very responsive and followed up with good advise and wanted to make a deal! But not over bearing. Christy and Jim were both very helpful! Their dealership was at the limit of my search which was 100 miles also during the gas shortage because of the pipeline shutdown.

A great experience!
I haven’t purchased a car in 12 years and was concerned about all of the bartering that used to take place with dealerships . Not so with Biondi my salesman Tom was excellent and very patient . I have to take the car back for a few minor parts to be added that were back ordered and a repair to my passenger side seat other then that I was very pleased with my car shopping experience!

When a dealership puts a car online $1,500 over book value and then says "We are no haggle dealership." I become a no haggle consumer. I refuse to purchase anything from dealerships like this.

Would not negotiate on price. Treated me like I was a young girl. He thought leather seats would impress me & make
the deal. Told me to tell my husband that I deserved leather seats * he should buy the car for me. It was my purchase
not my husbands. I was buying the car with my money not my husbands. Turned me off. Treated me like woman can't
do anything with out a husband. Purchase a vehicle at another dealer who treated me with respect.

Even though we didn't strike a deal I will definitely go back to them when I am ready to buy again. They were
honest and customer service was outstanding.
A woman sales person greeted us in a timely fashion. She was very attentive to what we were looking for. Unfortunately the car was sold already. She took our name and number, jotted some notes down and said she would keep an eye out for what we were looking for. Based on the great customer service we received from the sales woman who greeted us, I would definitely recommend Biondi motors.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were not pushy about selling the car. Actually they didn’t have to be because the car sells itself. I would definitely buy from them again. Top notch dealership.
Spoke with the dealer over several days and made a deal to purchase a vehicle. As we were
going over the final numbers it was noticed they had added an additional fee of 389 dollars
that I was not previously made aware. As I refused to pay an additional fee that was thrown it
at the last minute we did not purchase the vehicle. This company does not deal in good faith.

Confident they were offering "best price" no haggle process. They were right. The only issue is with a loaner car not
available for me while my new car was getting work done as I live but 13 miles out of state of PA. Thorough with
paperwork, willing to make repairs to vehicle before picking it up. Winnie is very friendly and not pressuring. Clean and

the original car was no longer available yet the Lincoln dealer found me everything I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I had special needs for completing the deal and my Lincoln representative went out of her way to facilitate the process. the financial representative was very clear in presenting options that made it very comfortable to make all decisions. I would highly recommend Biondi to anyone looking Lincoln.

Very quick to respond to my inquiry, looked at and test drove vehicle, ended up making the purchase.
Every person we have delt with st Biondi has been very professional and courteous, a special shout out to our salesman Ros S. we have worked with him before and will deal with him in the future.
The dealership has a no haggle pricing policy which for me makes it a much more pleasant experience, no nagging from the salesman, they are there to assist and inform which they have done very well in my experiences.

I actually had looked at a Kia Optima and received an email from Ian
Thursday that it was available. I told we would be down first thing Friday.
Friday morning I called him and told him we were on our way. Ian told us to
head down, someone else looked at it this morning but left. We drove 1 hour
15 mins only to find someone else was there looking at it and bought it. Very
disappointed.

hours to see it. he then sent a list of manuals they had to me within 20

Terrible. When I contacted the salesman he said we are a one
price shop. I said he was not competitive as some all the 2015
new cars were less money that his used car. He snapped back
that they kept a watch on sales and has it priced properly. I said
how can you say that when I'm telling you I can but a new
vehicle for less. He then quickly told me to call back if I wanted
to drive or look at his car.

If you were able to go into negative stars, this company would have 5
stars! The sales person I had was the best part of this experience.
She was very helpful, and friendly. When it came time to talk
numbers though, she stepped out and Tony stepped in. Very much a
strongarm tactical person, with an attitude brash to rude. I decided
to continue onward with this purchase effort however, just via email.
The salesperson sent me an email that I needed to contact Laurie.
She was as bad as Tony, if not worse, stating I could not, no, we will
not allow you to drive a car off the lot without paying "us" a fee for
registration, plates, insurance, and such. I told her I am not going to
pay a fee for something I can easily do myself with the DMV being
close to my home. Again a very stern "we won't allow that". Deal
canceled. Some people there need a major attitude adjustment, and
a course in customer service. This was my experience from the
Monroeville, PA site. Afterwards I researched Biondi, and it appears it
is a standard way of business. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

The reason we collect your out of state registration fees and your state tax is to make sure the vehicle gets registered immediately. Our dealership is responsible for said vehicles registration and titling regardless of how consumers purchase vehicle (i.e Cash, Finance, or Lease).

I wnet to the dealership, but then discovered they were unwilling to negotiate on the price at all. The listed prie was decent, but was a couple hudred over y budget. They never even asked to find out how close we were to being able to agree on the price, but instead, flatly stated that they never negotiate on the price. that was a deal breaker and would have been useful information to share in the initial response..

purchase several vehicles in past from dealer, the color of vehicle shown appeared to be silver grey, the actual color i didn't like, overall sales rep very professional would purchase from dealer in future.

They have a good rating but I went out there without calling and saleman just looked around lot and couldn't find the car. Never went to check. I kept seeing it online and finally wrote an email to see if it was there or not. Got a response that it was indeed there, maybe it was getting serviced when I stopped. It would have been nice if the guy checked when I was there.

trained to bait and switch. Never made appointment.

I did my car search online and already knew the car I wanted was the
best price at Biondi by at least a couple $k. When I got there, the
whole process was just very easy and painless. They offered me
even a little more than I had in mind for my trade-in as well. I got a
great car for the best deal and would definately recommend Biondi
as well as our friendly salesman John Ross.

The sales person who took us on our test drive knew nothing about the
car. In fact, I knew more about it. She asked us the same question over
and over again. The sales manager made us feel very taken advantage of.
Were using a capital one blank check which he insisted upon seeing. they
were acting as if they didn't know what we were talking about but later I
said that they were quite aware of what we were talking about because
they were 1 of the top dealers to use the program. of course the blank
check had our cop number on it. after I looking at our trade in for
literally 1 second they came back with a price that was 500 dollars about
our top number. how convenient! even told us that he wasn't going to
lose the deal over a couple 100 dollars so he then decided he would
lower the price to right below our top number. What a hero!! unless
you're buying a new car and paying cash I wouldn't suggest going here.

Quick reply. Really good offers and I finally found my car here! Got a Chrysler 200. Very happy with it. Only down side is that this car dealer does accept any haggling.

Sales guy was awesome, nice & friendly. But had to get my windshield fixed because of a chip that was cracking it(didn't see it until the sun hit it). Had to get new blades on the car because they were in bad condition. Have to get a key made because they only had one set for the car & will need a new tire sometime soon because its almost to the marking. They put 2 new tires on to sale it...why couldn't they have made it a 3rd?

I would not recommend them I was dealing on a car and they sold it to people who came in after i did while we were trying to make a deal.
