My salesman was super transparent. Just tried to upsell me on a car jack system for like $1700. I told no it was no problem. I took it right off overall great service sales and finance would recommend going to see them for a Nissan.

Will post a price to get you in the door, but they won’t sell it to you at that price. You’ll need to pay for their added protections, etc. First offer sheet I received was 31% higher than internet price on CarGuru.

The process at this dealership was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We came in with our own financing already secured through a well-known credit union, only to be told they wouldn’t accept it. We were basically pushed into using one of their banks instead. We went along with it, completed the entire process, and when we picked up the car, we were only given one key. When we asked about the second key, we were told we’d have to figure that out on our own. Within four days, my husband went outside to start the car and the battery was completely dead — it had to be replaced immediately. When we called the dealership, we were told to bring the car with the dead battery to them, despite the fact that we live 40 miles away. No support, no accountability. All of this happened within the first five days of owning the car. The whole experience felt like the stereotypical car-buying nightmare. We would absolutely not do business with them again.

Don't deal with this dealer. They don't follow directions. I asked them to email me an "out the door" price, and not to call me. They called me several times, and never sent me what I asked for.

The dealer was great. We did not buy this car bought we bought a different one for my college age son. We had an issue with it 6 days out. We brought it back to the dealer and they made it right. We were very happy with everyone we encountered along the way.

The sales person was acting like he absolutely didn’t have time for the test drive and asked if maybe it’s out of my budget and didn’t seem to want to show me other cars they had, made it uncomfortable. I’ve left with absolutely no desire to have business with them, don't recommend.

Lied about the miles on a car , it has more than what they advertise here on cargurus then they act like they dont know how that happened , However Carlos sales person has one of the best informative sales person with a lot of patience but i can’t say same for the manager that makes final decisions on a deal . The worst managers i came across by sending sales person Carlos to show me other nasty leftover ugly cars am not even interested because my offer ! I felt disrespected so that’s why I give it a one star. Maybe I got treated like this because Am not white . All this was over a 2021 Nissan Rogue at $27,494. My offer was a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe with 87k miles with 20k in cash . Did not buy nothing. Went to another dealer and they took my car and my 20k and ran with it and they where said Bill Kay Nissan Downers grove Illinois got the worst managers . My advice is stay away from here and never come here .

Had an appointment as we were driving from Chicago. Received text messages confirming the appointment. Even the day of. Got there and they had sold the car the day before and lied the whole way through. Then of course they tried to sell us another car. Drove 40 minutes one way for nothing. I was furious. I will not ever do business with them.

They "replaced the tires and changed the back brakes". Therefore, they increase the price by $2000 while I was negotiating the car!!! They didn't mentioned it to me, on the contrary, I asked the very same morning if the price of the car was the same, the seller said YES. They tried to hide the increased price but I'm not dumb!

Good customer service at this dealer, but same ol car selling tactics from senior agents. I wish dealerships would wisen up to the fact that buyers are coming through the door informed and with a plan, and the whole "if you dont buy now it wont be here tmrw" deal doesnt have quite the effect. Its kind of annoying lol.. and almost $1,000 worth of unexplained "dealer prep" fees was a deal breaker for me.

I was not happy with this dealership, AT ALL! The signer for the loan had a credit score of 750 although we wanted it titled under our businesses name. They told us there would be no problem. I needed to be somewhere by a certain time and although we should have had plenty of time to conduct business, they just dragged out the process. The whole time saying everything was fine. Finally, I had to leave and I asked them if there were any issues.... they said no... everything was fine. We live about 40 minutes from Bill Kay and I didn't want to leave my partner stranded. After I left they told my partner there was a problem with the loan and that we needed to purchase some type of loan insurance. $1,535 worth of .... that could have been avoided if they told us up front there was an issue. They told us the issue was that the business has several addresses recorded. Although the business had only moved once... in the past 20+ years some of the loans had one of the partners addresses on them. The finance department was jerking us around. They had to have known this the whole time. The car cost $1,535 more than it should have. NOT HAPPY! They tried to make us feel like THEY WERE DOING US A FAVOR BY SELLING US THIS TRUCK! He should have walked away, but felt stuck.....pressured.

I received an email requesting that I schedule car test drive for the car of my interest. I emailed him back stating that before I do anything else I would like him to consider a reduction in the price since the car was way overpriced in comparison to other cars of the same make & model. I never heard back from him and it ended right then and there. There were no further communications between the two of us.

Pricing listed on Car Guru is not even in the ballpark of what the dealership presents to you. Beware of any deal to good to be true. They shot me a price on email of 30,297 and the actual cost was over 41,000. Pricing online and in email included every single possible rebate. Such as military discount, recent college grad, previous Nissan owner, if you finance through them,etc etc. This huge tidbit of info was never shared until after we test drove and thought we were purchasing the car for the quoted price. On the plus side the salesman was extremely knowledgeable, and both he and the manager were personable. Do not go to this dealership expecting to get the price quoted to you. I feel that was a deceptive tactic to get us into the door. They do have a huge selection of cars.

I bought my car there. Happy with the deal. It was the little things that bothered me. Windshield solvent was empty. Salesman was great. Service department was all business but not very friendly.

I bought a car there years ago and promised myself when I drive away I would never go back. The deal was ok but the low fuel light was on and they said they were sorry but the gas station they use was closed so I had to find a place at 9:30 PM and buy my own gas. The car had only 1 key so they gave me a 'good deal' later and 'only' charged me $90+ for another key. The parking brake pedal was missing and they promised me a replacement. It took a call a day for a solid week to get them to grudgingly provide it. It has been years but I was so aggravated I remember the details. I waited for them to send me a survey so I could tell them what I thought of them but no opportunity for feedback ever came. I have steered people away from them because of the 'customer service' I received. I was only there because I loved the vehicle I found there.

I went in to see this vehicle and recieve awesome customer service from, Eric and Steve.... They went above and beyong to lower my monthly car payments after I purchased this vehicle... I drove over 45 minutes to get there and brought a friend along with me. All they saw were two women walking in. Khalil was nice, but the sales manager told my friend that she was mean, just because she told him like it was. The vehicle was overpriced, so when I told them what I wanted to pay, they asked how I arrived at that price. I went up $1,000 from my original offer, they came down $249.They asked if I had seen a vehicle with the same features for cheaper. When I said yes, they wanted to know why I didn't buy that one. It sold before I could test drive it. I purchased a vehicle somewhere else the next day, with less miles. It was the vehicle I thought had been sold. The following day, I noticed Bill Kay dropped their price by $1,000.
